Clean, adhering to Covid guidelines and fast. Got a full set & pedicure done in 1 1/2 hours. Cute place & nice people. They even called that morning to confirm. Definitely will be coming back.

Ive been getting gel manis and pedis from here for over 2 years. Thats record devotion to a nail salon for me. This place is clean, the service is friendly, and Ive never had a bad experience. One of my favorite reasons for going here is that no matter who the nail tech is, they all consistently follow the same steps and processes. I hated going to places where everyone did their own thing when it came to how they did nails. I can count on Vivi to provide the same consistent service no matter who the tech is.

I love this place. My schedule is very hectic I called 10 min to closing and she had me come in for full set and eye brow. I loved this place and she took her time and did a amazing job

This place is a absolute gem on Passyunk Ave. The people that worked there are so kind and want you to have a great experience at their Nail Salon. Also I have to add that this place is spotless and the décor is exceptional. When you look up theres a beautiful chandelier in the middle of their establishment. I received a gel manicure and they take their time to make it looked amazing! This place just opened and theyre going to be blooming quick because of their hospitality and customer service!

By far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to since Covid 19 broke out. I had a 4:00 appointment and they were ready for me at exactly 4:00. Clean and extremely thorough. I had a nice gentleman and he did my gel mani and pedicure perfectly. I will say I been to a lot of nail salons but this by far has been one of the most relaxing ones I have been too. The massages were a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved it!!!! I had gotten sns at another salon and it was super thick and made my fingers look so fat, Vivi Salon was lovely and my nails are slim and smooth this time. They definitely know what theyre doing. They took the time to soak off the last dip mani, no drill was used AT ALL, and there was a nice shoulder massage while waiting for everything to dry. Very reasonably priced, I paid $35 for this SNS dip powder manicure. They have a loyalty card too for $7 off after 10 visits, which is just a nice additional touch.

I am very picky with nail salons because I grew up in a salon and I have very difficult nails (thin, peeling, deep ridges, terrible cuticles). Vivi Nail Salon is clean, the workers are polite, and they are meticulously thorough in their nail prep so the final product always comes out beautiful. They also use high quality products, but are very affordable and accommodating.

I just got the best pedicure here last night. (The lavender scrub pedicure—I highly recommend.) Great exfoliation, and an amazing leg massage. The people who work here are awesome, work really hard, and do a great job. I always come here for manicures and pedicures and have always had a good experience. Plus they have great prices.

Brand new nail salon on Passyunk in south Philadelphia. I went in for a gel manicure and was very happy with the service and atmosphere. The interior of the salon is tastefully decorated and very clean. The nail technician even made sure that the color was not see through by applying another coat of gel polish. This wants to make you happy and they provide great service.

This nail salon Definitely need some work to be done. They need new workers cause the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all!

So currently getting my polish on my toes done, I would not recommend this place. Although they are not rude they did a terrible job scrubbing my feet(the heels of my feet) I had to do it my self there was no scrubbing lotion on your legs. It feels like she just cut the nails and cuticles. If it’s an emergency then sure come here but if you can go somewhere go. I’m so upset

The best pedicure I have ever received. Definitely spring for the spa pedicure, it costs more but it is worth the time and money. I have finally found a good spot on Passyunk Ave!

My go to nail spot on Passyunk. I get there dip nails and they last a really long time and look great. The prices are reasonable, its clean, and the people are friendly.

Great job on the mani pedi i got last Friday! I asked for a french manicure, but with green tips instead of white. They did a great job!

This place has gone way downhill. Good prices but not worth the bad service or unsanitary mani/pedi chairs, utensils and overall cleanliness.

By far the rudest workers. A friend and I had set an appointment for a pedi for me and a mani for her and immediately we were a super inconvenience upon entering. Our appointment was an hour & 1/2 before closing... why we were rushed out and given an attitude immediately is beyond me. Yea while they may be affordable you pay for attitude. I ALWAYS tip because I have worked in salons for the past 10 years but I’m also a firm believer in, you earn your tip it’s not just given. Why should I tip you for your anger. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. (But I did still tip) even though it was NOT deserved
