Color Powder Dip Services. Thank goodness for Grace Nails. I had a horrible nail appointment the previous week at another salon. I had to go to Grace Nails to have them removed and redone. The result was great and Im very pleased. it was a big job because my nails were in bad shape. The technician was very nice and professional. The other technician in the shop was friendly. I will be a return customer.

This place is great! I just got the best pedicure in years! They actually got all of the dead skin from my feet and they were very attentive. I also got the SNS. First time and I wont get my nails any other way moving forward! Prices are reasonable. You wont regret it.

While the price for a mani/pedi was extremely reasonable and the person who did my nails 💅 was very nice, I was disappointed that they didnt provide the spray to instantly dry your nails. As a result, my nails were still slightly damp an hour after I left the salon. Since I drove, putting on my seat belt caused many chips and dings in my nails. If I can find that spray, Ill buy it so I can return to Grace Nails and not have to worry if my nails are dry enough to leave.

Been going her for a few years. The place is clean and staff r pleasant. I only go for pedicures and I love Nina. She takes her time and is very thorough. She is quiet and doesnt speak much English but she is a gem.

I came in and asked for a full set, square shape. The tech was kind and friendly, but her work was terrible. She seemed to rush through the process of applying the nail extension and acrylic. She made the acrylic super thick and I have skinny fingers so it looked terrible on me. I asked her to thin the nails down but she told me that my nails would break easily if she were to do that. I get it, but other nail techs were able to deliver and my nails stayed on fine. Inwouldnt have mind if she thin them at least moderately, but it looked hella thick still after she attempted to file down. Also, my nails burned the entire time. I have never had that happen to me before. When shaping my nails, she flared out the top so it had a bucket shape to it. I had to go home and file it down myself. Friendly service, but horrible results.

I used to drive 30 minutes to a nail salon I have been going to for 15 years. I cant even explain how happy I was to find this place. Im there faithfully every 3 weeks. YES 3 weeks because my nails last so long! They actually care about the health of my nails & thats what keeps me coming back. SLS powder is where its at! Everyone is so nice and professional. The pedicures are so relaxing. Go check them out!

Love it, love it, love it . The owner and staff are the best. Its a family owned salon and they treat each individual as though you are a member of their family. I would not go any place else. Lots of love there and my feet and hands never looked better.

I’ve been going to this nail salon quite a while and since the nail technician I was going to before resigned, I noticed every time I come in I’m not greeted and the customer service I receive is horrible. Today I waited 30 mins and they assumed I wanted a wax from a particular technician, however that wasn’t what I was getting wax today!!! Instead of asking me I was ignored finally by speaking me up that’s when it was stated by Jen “ you want a wax and you don’t like how she does it you have to wait” she was assuming that I wanted my eyebrows wax and that’s not what I was there for!!! very very poor customer service and treated very poorly I will never return!!!!

As a long time customer (3-4 years) I must say that the number of ingredients that provide small businesses with return are loyalty/respect, customer experience/service, and communication. As someone who always makes appts a month in advance I let them know I was running 10-15 minutes late. I arrived to find my tech not only working on another customer but not acknowledging or communicating to me. Another person wrapped my SNS in foil and I sat and waited for 30 minutes. Not wanting my nails to become weak I began wondering when I would be acknowledged. When my tech finished the WALK INs pedicure she proceeded to ask me to move down a seat and continued to service this other person’s now gel manicure. Still not apologizing explaining or acknowledging me, her client, WITH AN APPT. At 40 minutes I was fuming with rage and disrespect and ripped off my own foils and went outside to make a phone call for advice. I returned shortly thereafter and was finally serviced 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES past my appointment time. This business owner still neglected to explain or apologize to me. I had internalized so much unprofessionalism I waited until the end of the manicure to speak up and calmly express my distaste for the situation. Rather than compensate me or amend the situation I was simply told that I was late and next time they would try to communicate better... NEVER have I complained about this when it’s happened in the past or wrote a negative review but I cannot stand for how poorly this business conducts scheduling and prioritizing their customer service, which is EVERYTHING. This small business just lost a very loyal customer. Hospitality is crucial and you should work for the customer not against them. I will gladly take myself elsewhere.

Do not waste your money going here. They spent 45 minutes on my pedicure and 15 minutes on my gel manicure. My nails are cut uneven and there was nail polish on my skin. I couldve done a better pedicure myself. When I went home, I filed my nails evenly and removed the excess nail polish. My gel manicure chipped within a day. Will never return.

Outstanding. A real pedicure and manicure!

Decided to make an appointment with Jen well let me tell you I called and didn’t know I had to tell her with who I thought she was the only one who took appointments. When I got their the next day they said because I didn’t say with who I wanted my appointment they left me with the girl that hurts my nails and eyebrows which I didn’t get my eyebrows done because I knew what awaited me. Lastly their colors from SNS never match the ones they have on display and when they are on your nails look nothing like the color! Including your feet! Wouldn’t recommend them their customer service has gone down hill and will not be returning.

My daughter got a mani/pedi and loved it. The staff members were nice and gentle.

My new go to place, they are friendly and actually talk to their customers. And I think theyre better than tic tac nails

I will never ever go back, I got a gel manicure and after 2 days I had to peel them off my pedicure lasted longer and is still on and I got them done 2 weeks ago & it wasnt gel. And the girl I had was not that great all she was worried about was being on her phone the whole time that she rushed my manicure
