My nail tech did a great job. It was my first time there.

Today went back to get a gel refill and they rushed the process also they did not clean up my nails after filing or polishing them, no lotion or hot rag was offered to me as well. A Huge Waste Of Time & Money, Owner Is Rude & Discriminating As Well.... Will Not Be Returning

The technician doing my nails hurt me so bad to the point of nail bleeding out. I wanted a new set so she need to remove my old setShe was using a cutter and I was complaining of the pain because the set was really really glued to my nails. She keep saying I have to be strong because IS A NORMAL THING, and she was laughing. I told her that in the past I have never use that method to remove a old set. Even I said to PLEASE take time with the cutter and the acrylic, that I was not in a rush, because it seemed she just wanted to get the job done in 20min, and it didnt matter the pain. She continued with her rush, and in one moment she pulled the acrylic so hard that my own nail came out too on the side and my bleeding started too. She was laughing and saying oh sorry. but thats normal, thats A SMALL THING. I was so mad that I asked to speak to the manager, she was so rude. She (manager) literally said well, she already started, better sit and take the pain because you would pay even with a incomplete job so yea, I sat I sucked the pain. Even at the end, she used alcohol to clean up kwoning that I was hurt. Still I was thinking she would just charge me for the refill but no for the removal. BUT NO!!! I paid 40$ and they asked for tip and I said no. I walk out. Never visit again.

Made time for a pedicure for me at the last minute and that pedicure still looked great 3 weeks later!

Got the WORST Pedicure ever! After long week of exams, back to back work and Birthday in 2 days, I treated myself a pedicure since its been a month. I dont have a problem with serious face but she forgot to file one of my foot and she applied the color way too thick. Been drying the light color thats on my feet for 20 mins and still not dried. The lady said sometimes it might take 1 hour. She also suggested that I should get a flip flop from them for $2. I ended up removing the color and just got top coat. I have no idea why I tipped her 25% !

Horrible!! the owner is very rude and nasty. i am an African American woman and she told me she was afraid to do my nails that i had to go somewhere because they werent going to service me. and this was for no reason at all. that is very upsetting to have to experience something so horrible like that.
