I loved my nails! Had them done the day before my wedding and she did excellent! I didn’t catch her name and I regret not asking, but I will be going back to her. I was hoping to get each mail different but she talked me into getting both sets alike and the end result still came out great even though I have manly hands 👍🏼 these were done 6/30/21

They took me as a walk-in on a Sunday and did an amazing job with my black/red ombre. Very pleased. I will start scheduling my nail appointments here from now on.

Ask for Dominick. He is the best! Takes his time and and very thorough. I did a dip manicure and gel pedi, was very happy. I am very picky with how my nails are shaped and his did it perfectly and not chunky, which can sometimes happen if they don’t know how to do a dip manicure correctly. His massage skills are also amazing! Will definitely recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I spent a weekend in Scottsdale for our anniversary and I desperately needed a pedicure. I found ARIA to be a good option because of its proximity to where we were going to be spending our day. I found they had mixed reviews, but thought I would give them a shot anyway. Im so glad I did. Brie at the front desk was professional and friendly. I arrived on time and was taken right back to John who helped with my gel pedicure that day. He was friendly and efficient. He noticed I had one nail that had chipped close to the skin and he was extra careful not to file too close or aggravate that area. Everyone I made eye contact with was friendly and smiled at me. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to be taken care of on short notice.

I really wanted to like this place. My manicure was exactly what I asked for, and probably one of my favorite sets I’ve ever gotten. I got a gel polish change on my toes too, but that’s already chipping where at my regular salon I would have it for 5 weeks. My acrylics started to lift within a week and a half. This is the WORST pain I’ve ever experienced with acrylic coming off. They’re only lifting near the cuticle, not on the tip or the center. One tore my nail bed coming off. I won’t come back here just because I don’t believe in paying $150 for nails, only for them to lift painfully not 2 weeks later. Once again, regret for straying from my usual salon.

Julie and Pearl rock! They were so personable and were not in a rush. I almost fell asleep a few times during the Jelly Spa Pedicure, which was worth every cent. Im in town for the OAK @ LAD game tonight.

So fast and great work ! Got me in two hours after I called and was in & out in an hour.

The 15 minutes we were there I said to them, I have my real nails don’t cut them and the woman started cutting them all off, damaged my nails l, So bad we had to get them done at another place it was horrible at aria salon don’t go there. The woman even laughed at me when I was crying in pain🤬🤬😤😤 “this review written by my 9 year old daughter” but in addition to what my daughter wrote, both of us kept asking the woman to soak one of my daughters nails that had glued on jewels, and she did not listen and was clipping them off and ended up cutting so close to my daughters skin, she ultimately broke her natural nail, leaving her in tears and she ran out of the salon. We did not finish here, we went to another salon and they gently removed the stones and fixed her nails. I had second thoughts before going in to this salon after reading some of the reviews but we decided to try it. Worst mistake. Skip this place and go to Pro Nails by Julie down the road on Indian School just east of Hayden

Pressure sales! If you’re looking to feel bad for not spending an arm and a leg this place is great. I wanted to get a gel manicure and a regular polish but had to get a pedicure and leave. It’s just uncomfortable when you feel like you have to spend 98 dollars for a pedicure or else you don’t matter and are constantly trying to be sold.I hate when they use the drill on my nails when I’m just doing regular polish. I feel like the techniques they use here damage your nails because it’s all about the fast turn around.When they were finished they put my stuff in a plastic bag and had the feeling I wasn’t welcome even though my nails were just painted. I asked if I should wait in the chair or if there was a place to wait for my nails to dry.....he said “outside”.

I have seen Ken for the past two months and every single time I am blown away with his work. He is an excellent nail tech with a good eye and attention to detail. His creativity and his artistic skills out do every other nail tech that I’ve been to. I get long stiletto nails and every single time he makes them so stunning that I myself have to take a breath. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken for any of your nail appointments! He is a master at his craft and will satisfy your nail fantasies !! 5 stars for sure !! Book with him NOW!

So aggressive. Will push you to do a more expensive treatment claiming they’re “out” of the lotions they use for cheaper treatments. This was also after waiting 45 minutes even though I had made an appointment hours prior. Take your money elsewhere

My 3 friends & I just dropped in for manis & pedis and they took such great care of us!! Got us all into relaxing massage chairs, offered drinks, and did a fabulous job on our nails. Beautiful ambience and very clean as well. Would highly recommend this place!

I really hate writing this review because my first experience was amazing. It actually made me want to come back and get my nails done on a regular basis. My second time was a nightmare. I took my daughter to get gel nails in hopes to help her stop biting her nails. I asked before I brought her about it and the techs said they could help. She did a dip powder and unfortunately those didnt last 48hrs so they offered to fix it. I asked for Ken (hes really good) but he wasnt available so they recommended Chin. He was very nice and he worked hard but he did a terrible job on both me and my daughters nails. My daughters nails were super thick and theyre curling back even though they were super short. The nails werent straight and they were bubbly. I asked about it and they assured me this was normal. They started to dent because he didnt have them under the light long enough after we left. My nails, I didnt get the correct color, shape, or design I asked for. He also drilled past our cuticle and removed some skin. We both bled a little and our hands are burning every time we wash them.I told the manager I was not happy and he apologized. I left feeling so defeated. I just cried in my car. My friend whos a regular called the management and demanded they fix this terrible job. The manager filed down my daughters nails but they still curl backwards. He changed the color to the color I asked for in first place but didnt ask me what design I wanted and just assumed I wanted a plane solid color (which I did not want). I just wanted to go home after 6hrs. I tried to not be so upset but it was just a bad experience. I paid $200 including the tip for what was supposed to be a pampered experience and left so unsatisfied. I went to another shop and paid to have the nails removed. Thats not good customer service for a luxury. There are a couple of talented techs there but if you dont know who, you might end up with someone who still mess you up. Not a gamble Im willing to take.

I came in for an SNS fill and was thrilled with my experience! My nails were in a bad state after a bad experience elsewhere, but the friendly team at Aria went out of their way to explain what caused the problems and how they were making sure this next set was better. The artist who did my nails paid attention to the details, kept asking if I was comfortable, and my nails turned out perfectly. The shape is excellent, the color is exactly what I wanted and the top coat has kept a great luster over the past few days. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Aria!

Ken is the absolute best!! Took his time on my nails and he is the first person ever to get the correct shape my nails always needed! Never been 100% happier before no matter where I went or how much I payed I always had to go home and fix something myself.He nailed it on my 1st visit so I will forever recommend this place.

This place is beautiful, and is truly a luxury experience. I took a friend here, and we agreed that this would be a perfect place to spoil a wedding party, or to spoil a friend. I got the organic spa pedicure, and I got a wonderful foot massage and paraffin wax on my feet-- they took my nasty feet and made them look so nice again, no easy task, SO THANK YOU! I also got a manicure, tip+dip with a design. I showed the guy a photo off of my Pinterest and he did such a good job, it looked better than the photo that I showed him. I got so many compliments on my nails. I wish I lived in town, this would be my go-to nail place.

Very unhappy of the service I received! They didn’t now how to process with their job, I did mani and pedi with gel, they were start with the gel without adding first the primer, big disappointment,my foot are so rough..I wasn’t able to talk to them because they didn’t speak the language too😠😡😠

First off I never leave reviews but for the price I paid I have to. My friend and I went and got pedicures. The lady I had did a horrible job on my toes and for a luxury place that cost me $70 that is not okay. Also when I sat in my chair there was nail trimmings super gross. The chair next to me was also dirty. Do not wast your time or money unless you know the person is good. Super disappointed in this place...

I usually go to a different nail spot but I decided to try this place since it is closer to my house. I dont ever post reviews, but the fact that I had spent $84 on the lousiest pedicure is INSANE. Especially since theyre completely overpriced, was not aware of the extra $20 for gel until I was paying. I got a deluxe pedi with callus removal and my feet literally look no different... For the price that I paid I could have gotten a full set and a gel pedi... Needless to say I will NOT be returning!!!

I followed Linda from a previous salon . She pays attention to detail, very professional, and always exceeds my expectations. We stayed until close yet never once felt rushed in any way shape or form . If you need a new nail tech I 100% recommend Linda you’ll leave ecstatic every time and she’s just as happy for you . This place is AMAZING! So patient and friendly! Was able to give me exactly what I wanted with no hassle or complaints and the ambience is high end.

Great job by all the staff. Some rhinestones fell out overnight, we returned the next day and had it fixed no questions asked.

FINALLY! Please go here! I am so happy Aria moved into this location. I have been on the hunt for a nail salon where I feel taken care of for so long. This is the first place Ive been to in a couple years that I didnt feel rushed. I chose to do a design on my toes and Jan gave it 100% to do it just the way it was in the picture I showed him. If you advise you would like the 42.00 pedicure they will make you purchase the 50.00 pedicure to the point of discomfort and awkward! Wanted an oval shape but received half oval half square (language barrier see where Im going with this) a simple manicure is 25.00 they are not sanitizing anything and when the employees are done servicing a client they take the mask off and sit on the cell phone playing video games while sprawled out on the pedicure chairs (kind of funny if this were a gaming room) but if you want to spend on a relaxing experience without the aniexty of who is or isnt wearing a mask (btw you have to they dont) I would try to seek another nail salon out. Second time here and for certain my last!!

This place is amazing--the talent of their nail techs is incredible. each time, they gave me exactly what I asked for, and when I needed help deciding on style or color, they offered great insight! I love this nail salon, they really take pride in their work. I have been helped by Rachel and Jackie and they both are fantastic!

The staff was nice and I enjoyed that. But the nail polish here is cheap. The gel nail polish didn’t hold on my stones at all. Got my nails done on a Saturday and half the gems were gone by Sunday. Had them fix it on Sunday and half the gems were gone by Tuesday. If I’m payin 100 for a design and gems I expect them to stay. I never had this issue at other places. Not to mention the work was just sloppy. The nails were sloppy and one nail was so crooked I just had to go to my usual nail place to put on a full new set. So disappointing considering how close this is to my house.

This place is a hit or miss. Some are good nailtech some arent. My nailtech didnt do a good job on my pedicure. He didnt want to soak my old fullest off he wanted to be lazy and pop the nail off. Which hurts and is not good for your nails. I do not like my fullest, two nails were lifting while he was painting my nails. He decided to put more glue on it but didnt press and hold on it. And its till lifting. I was there two hours and I was ready to go. I wouldnt recommend anybody to this place unless you are getting something basic. Smh
