I had to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The nail tech was very nice but changed my almond shaped nails to short stubs when my nails were already almond shaped and I showed her a picture of the shorter almond shape I wished to keep. From there she proceeded to paint outside the nail without cleaning it up. With gel, the polish will harden as one piece and the polish on the sides now dig into the sides of my finger and I’m forced to cut and file it down or peel it off. I’ve heard good things about this place but was very disappointed. This would’ve been 1 star but at least they were nice.

Beautiful dip manicure! She perfectly shaped my nails and applied the dip efficiently but it didnt feel rushed. A little pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion. I made an appointment for 4:30 on a Wednesday but had to wait a bit since they were pretty busy. Overall great experience, everyone was friendly and professional.

Very clean, friendly, and professional nail salon. Pricey but worth for the quality and the results of service. Lena is a marvelous nail tech and my favorite to go to always. I highly recommend her for your nail services which are long lasting and look seamlessly natural

This place always does a good job. The massage chairs are comfortable and they change the liner with each person when you soak your feet in the tub. The people who work there are friendly and polite. There is a cash discount, but there is also an ATM on site. You will need to wear a mask when you go in.

Amazing Ambience, very friendly and relaxing customer service. Actual work 9/10 for meGot two spa pedi for my girl and I. She was scared of the drill to take off her gel since she is sensitive, but right off the bat she was reassured since the work was gentle and quick. Very efficient and attentive to her. The coarse filing was the 1/10 just because it was scary- Overall experience was awesome. Would recommend and also will be coming back. Photos coming soon

This is my favorite nail salon in the city!! I came in for a pedicure and had a great experience. My nails look perfect and the tech I had was patient and really listened. The boutique is super clean and they have a rewards program. Definitely worth the hassle of finding parking lol. I will definitely be back.

Just moved to this section of the city and needed a new nail place. I made an appointment and they took me right away. Probably the best dip mani I’ve ever gotten! I didn’t realize how lazy my old nail place was. It looks amazing! Friendly, professional, clean, salon. Definitely found my new nail place!

Simply amazing. I went in the afternoon on a Friday and was seated almost immediately for an acrylic set with gel polish. I regret not getting the name of the person who did my nails because she did an impeccable job. She took her time and really made my nails look great. She also showed us a picture of her beautiful baby boy attempting to drink water. Great nails, cute baby pictures, and reasonable prices, who could ask for more?

They are all extremely talented and kind! I get my full set and my pedicures here. They’re extremely clean and doing a great job to keep everyone safe during covid. I look forward to coming in and seeing the staff. They also have so many colors to choose from.

My friend and I walked in and was helped immediately. They were nice, we didnt have to wait and we went on a Friday when the salons are usually busy. My feet were done great by an elder woman. However, I got a overlay set on my hands done by a male and when I got home some of my nails felt a little loose. My friend got gel nails so she didnt have a problem. Im just mad I spent $60 for the possibility my nails might break or peel off. Other than that it was good.

On my first visit, the woman at the front desk demanded that I pay in cash even though this is not a cash-only business. Nonetheless, I was pleased with my service. In my attempt at a 2nd visit, I was left standing outside of the salon waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Since there is a sign on the door that directs people to wait outside, I figure someone would come right away. Nope!! Two staff stared at me through the glass without any acknowledgement (a wave, a finger signaling “one second”... nothing) then turned around and continued to work. Major turn off and demonstrates a lack of quality customer service. I was really looking forward to this being my go-to salon, but I will not go where I’m not valued.

Decent, no frills. I had a long lasting, quality gel manicure and regular pedicure here. They were polished perfectly and lasted two weeks on my thin nails.

I got a gel manicure and 10 minute shoulder massage; the manicure was great, and Lisa’s massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The place felt clean and safe; stations spread out and sanitized, temperature check, hand sanitizer available, masks, etc.

Quality should match the price!

This is by far my favorite nail salon to go in the city. The staff is so warm and hospitable. Its a little out of my way, but whenever I go somewhere else I always regret it. Worth the trip to south street for a great, long lasting manicure.

I went at 10:30 am on a Sunday. They had 4 nail techs working, and it was pretty slow. They had me waiting for over 20 minutes to get my eyebrows done, and to make matters worse, a gentleman walked in for a pedicure and they immediately told him to sit down and started working on him. Ridiculous. I waited another 5 minutes, two more of the four nail techs became available and they STILL didn’t have anyone available to see me and get my eyebrows done. Unacceptable, highly unprofessional. Do not recommend unless you want to waste your time.

Very friendly staff but my acrylic full set all popped right off within a week. I used to always get my nails done rather frequently so Im pretty familiar with the process. My first nail experience in the city and I was rather disappointed. Very poor application of the acrylics. Will return but maybe only for a polish change..

This nail salon is super awesome. The women who all work there are lovely, and most importantly the actual service is top notch. I get a gel manicure and a pedicure here every two or three weeks. Wouldnt go anywhere else in my neighborhood.

I usually go to a different nail salon a few blocks from here but was short on time and decided to run in here for a refill and a pedicure. When I asked for a refill they told me they really don’t do acrylic and gave me a hard time about wanting acrylic. After I told her I really wasn’t interested in powder gel she finally went ahead and did a refill. Refills are normally $20 -$30, this one somehow ended up being $50. I got a pedicure which chipped in only a few days. For over $100 in services for something that’s normally $65 I was more than a little annoyed and shocked at the price. Definitely not worth the price. There’s several other salons in the area that do great work a don’t rob you.

Went to get a gel mani pedi with a group of girls prior to wedding festivities. Being someone from out of town, I didn’t know what to expect from salons in Philly. The salon was so clean. I was very impressed to see that they opened new bags of files and tools in front of their clients. I was happy with my gel manicure (10 days later and it still looks great), but I was disappointed with how lazily my pedicure was done. Oh well. They carry a lot of OPI gel colors and have a lot of alternative nail polish colors/effects. Very cool place. Wish my pedicure was better though.

The service was bad they made my nails shorter than I wanted it and didnt want to fix it the lady told me oh well I cant fix it she didnt want to fix it they didnt want to accommodate me in anyway and had the nerve to ask me why am I so mad because you messed my nails up and didnt want to fix it and they still wanted me to pay full price for a manicure I did not get.

Dont waste your time with this place. They will happily keep you waiting 30+ minutes after telling you 5 minutes, 3 minutes, etc. Just keep on walking and theres plenty of other places to go that wont waste your time.

This was my go-to spot for a long time, but the quality has dropped significantly in recent months. Just this afternoon, I got a gel manicure that was the final straw— after filing my nails down to mere stubs, the manicurist proceeded to paint all over my cuticles and finger. Now, just two hours later, one nail has already peeled off. Sad to say I won’t be going back

Went to this place on separate occasions for gel manicure. The first one was great! No wait time and it lasted a full two weeks. From the other reviews I felt like it could have been a fluke. Went another time and had to wait maybe 5 min. They let me soak off my existing gel while they finished up with another customer. The second gel manicure was just as good if not better than the 1st! Lasted another 2 weeks! Love love love!Also as a tidbit from an onlooker, two young girls got a mani pedi and at some point lost their cash prior to paying and had to wait for their dad to come and pay, the manager was so kind an patient and even offered a discount because she felt badly about the misplaced money which wasnt even her fault!Edit: 7/1Got my 3rd gel mani, just a note each time Ive gone Ive gotten a different manicurist. This time was perfect too! This place is my go to now and forever

Disaster of place, went for refills, I always use coffin shape nails, they could see that as I went for refills, she was doing them so square as toes, I just let her continue imagining that she’ll narrow them down to coffin as she was suppose to, when she send me to wash my hands I told her that is nothing like the shape I came with and I use, she narrow them, no any bs except for coffin, didn’t want to discuss more as she clearly didn’t know nothing about shaping nails.. Left and pay with no tip, and never again!!!…
