The BEST salon experience Ive ever had! My skin and nails look and feel amazing. Its a cheerful and positive atmosphere : ) Would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and such friendly staff! My husband and I brought our out-of-town family in for us all to get pedicures, and we were all treated so nicely!Just be careful not to be tricked into paying more for extra services... My mother-in-law misheard the upgrade price as $2. When she asked only $2? The lady said yes. And when it was my turn to be asked if I wanted an upgrade, my mother-in-law (sitting next to me) told me I should get it since its only $2 extra. Both staff doing her pedicure and my own did not correct her. What we thought was going to be $37/each ended up being $50/each without tip...Ill still go back though, because the service was top notch and they did a great job.

I take my wife here and she loves the place. Its a small place in junction city reservations are encouraged

It was my first time going here. The place is clean and they were nice. I showed the lady who was doing my nails what I wanted and she did actually what I showed her. Her name is Kathy and she was really nice as well. I will definitely be back.

I have tried so many different nail places in the area, and they are my favorite. Most of the ladies that work there remember your name, even if you are not their customer. They give a brief shoulder and hand massage even if you are just getting a fill. Never had another nail place do that. Kathy is the best for acrylic nails!

Kathy does a wonderful job. I asked for a design...and she comes up with this!!! It is awesome and she did it so quickly. She has some amazing skills!!Her nail designs are fantastic as well. You can ask for about any design and she can do it, but she is also fantastic at coming up with her own unique designs as well. Either way she is a good choice and Natural Nails is a lovely place to visit. All the staff is super nice and try to be as accommodating as possible.Highly recommend!!

This place is the absolute best! Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating and really professional! Ive never had a dip manicures I didnt love, they always make sure you are absolutely satisfied before youre finished and I love how for every dip manicure that I get, they put lotion on my arms and massage my back while waiting for my nails to dry as well as do your cuticles and the works for no extra charge! V and Kathy are the best at dip manicures!! Hands down, the best nail place Ive been to.

I have been going here for years, and, unfortunately I have had the same issues for years. They do a great job, but they are never on time. If I have a scheduled appointment, it is routinely 30 minutes late. It may be good for those who just want to walk in, but for those who are on a tight schedule, do no go here.

I happened to be in the area and stopped in to see if I needed an appointment, it was near the end of the evening and they looked at my nails and saw they were in desperate need of repair, The manicurist Cathy was leaving for the day and she came back in to take care of me. Took her time and did not rush. She did a dip on my nails and they came out great. Thank you for staying open to take care of me. Very nice people, professional and have a great sense of humor. Definitely will be going back. Thanks again :)

Got a fabulous manicure and pedicure from the wonderful ladies at Natural Nails. Very friendly, great service, and they did an amazing job with my beat up fingers and toes! Will definitely be going again.

Nail broke 2 days after getting done. I asked for gel nails and was not informed until after everything was done that they do not do gel nails and I still paid $50 for my nails I was at this establishment from out of state and when my nail broke I was all the way back in New York so therefore I had to go and spend another $40 to get the nails I originally wanted

Ive been coming here for several years. The people working here are friendly and hard working. Its always clean. The prices are reasonable and parking is easy. A great place to recharge.

I was here a few years ago. I had a reservation for two. The place decided to take two walk ins, who wanted to have their pedicures together, instead of honoring my reservation. They took my daughter back by herself (she was 11) and told me they would be right back for me. My protest was ignored by a woman who pretended to not understand me. My daughter was very uncomfortable with the situation and with the inappropriately short skirt of the woman doing her pedicure. When I finally got a chair my daughter was nearly finished. I would never set foot in this place again. Google must have gotten my location wrong. The people lied to me, let walk ins have my reservation, had my child sit by herself, had a woman in a mini skirt give my daughter a pedicure, and lied to me some more. The only good thing about the situation was that the woman in the mini skirt was wearing underwear. The only reason we stayed and didnt walk out was because we were are on a tight schedule to get to an event.

I have been going to Natural Nails for over a year! I go about every 4 weeks and I always see Cathy! She is the sweetest person and always does a great job on my nails!

Three of us went for pedicures because I had a gift certificate. We made appointments and were seated in the chairs. The other two that were with me were started and mine started about 8 minutes later. I was very disappointed in how rushed my pedicure was. I was finished a good 5 minutes before my friends. The staff stood and said you done. No offer of disposable flip flops, my friends were offered but not me. They have upgraded the facility and new chairs. I was really looking forward to a pedicure since I have not been able to get one for over a year due to medical issues. I will look elsewhere for my next one.

The salon was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They spoke positively of the other businesses in Junction City and some of what those businesses have to offer. My friend and I were able to schedule an appt 1/2 before our arrival and received great pedicures for an awesome price!!

Highly disappointed, called ahead of time to ask if they offered a student discount. Was assured they offer student discount. Was told there would be no wait and to come right in. So I did. Went in and was told that because I was a student at Midwest Technical Institute, the student discount didn’t apply to me the woman (who I assume was the owner or manger at the very least) explained that because I had powder dip on my nails it would cost me at minimum 10 dollars to remove the powder dip just to do a plain Jane gel manicure, no acrylics, My natural nail. On top of the 30 dollar Gel manicure with NO student discount I was originally told was eligible for. So glad I called ahead of time 🙄I felt judged initially because I wasn’t a Bradley student & then I felt judged because she told me that the Dip powder was cheap and she only buys expensive products that’s why it would cost so much to help me (still without the original promised discount) I really don’t mind paying good money for my nails, they are sometimes the first thing people see but honestly this woman made me feel so out of place from the very first question and the way she looked at me. I’m not a “messy” person. I just chose a different school. So therefore I will not be returning and I hope y’all keep this in mind when choosing this salon.Good luck!

This is a great place for manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly. I usually get a gel French manicure and a pedicure, and have never had a problem with chipping. I usually see Tien (I think thats the spelling) and she goes out of her way to make me feel relaxed. She is also very creative if you want a design on your toes. The salon is very clean.

We consistently get decent service here. Chairs will massage your back while you get a pedicure. Reasonably priced for a couples pedi splurge. Its been pretty easy for us to get onto their schedule with an appointment, but its always busy in there whenever we go. Convenient location for a relaxed date night, since there are so many options for restaurants and shops right there at Junction City.

Second time there with the wife. Both got pedicures and during that the lady ripped a chunk of skin from my toe. Very painful and turned into an infection. Just seen the doctor and picked up antibiotics. What a waste of time and money to only have to spend more on doctor appt and medicine.

I have been going here for over a year and have the best time Lisa has provided me with excellent care an I wouldnt go anywhere else

This place goes above and beyond to give you the absolute best experience. They are all very friendly, and even took care of my friends nasty calloused feet. My nails have never looked so good!! Wish I lived closer to Peoria so I could come back regularly.

The best pedicure ever! Everyone is so nice and personable.

The lady who did my gel manicure cut up my cuticles pretty bad. I kept saying, Be careful, please be gentle! 4 of my fingers were bleeding and one needed a bandaid when I got home. Unsure why she kept using the same dirty 1/16 of a cotton ball to wipe the blood from my nails? She also used A LOT of pressure with the nail buffer and scraped over my nails, but more importantly, my bleeding cuticles/skin again and again. I couldnt wait for it to just be over, my fingers were throbbing with pain when I left. I get my nails done all the time and have never had an experience quite like this. Scared to back :(

Went here with my sister to get shellac manicures and we were both disappointed. The people working were nice, but the quality of the manicure was definitely lacking. Shellac is the two week no chip manicure and both our manicures chipped within three hours of leaving. I have had shellac manicures several times and never had a problem before from other salons. Very disappointed in this place... Not to mention they are expensive. I will not be going back because they would not fix our nails without wanting to Charge us again...

In town for a conference and needed a pedi. Google search results looked favorable for this establishment so I walked in. I was not disappointed. Very friendly staff, very clean, and a good pedi. If I lived in the area, I would make that my regular nail shop.

Was not happy with this place. Went in for mani pedi and she soaked my feet tue whole time while getting mani so water was cold by the time pedi came due. No massage of hands/arms when pedi time wasnt really paying attention massaged my legs mostly even after I told her more on foot. Then French manicure started peeling off 2 days later and pedi not even lasted a week. Will never go back to this place again not worth the cost

This was by far the best salon I have ever been to! The people there are extremely nice and the paint job is beautiful! I will definentaly be going back as soon as i can! The shop itself is geourgous and extremly sanitary! The owner and her husband stay at the shop until at least 9:00 at night cleaning and sanitizing everything! I love this salon and the people that work there!

Sadly I cannot leave a review below one star. My girlfriend went in today, they didnt want to help her get her acrylic nails removed because she wasnt buying service. Cashier laughed at her because she didnt have cash in dollar bills and used a debit card. Lady who filed her nails was using the same file for multiple people. They will talk about you in a different language and it will be very uncomfortable. Neither the facility nor workers were clean. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went in for shellac nails. They had a huge selection of colors for CND and OPI. The price was affordable, Helen, the nail tech, took her time on my nails and gave me a massage afterwards! Im very very pleased with the whole experience. My nails look WONDERFUL!!!

The worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. For $30 I recieved the crappiest full set of acrylics ever. I wanted medium length and they gave me super short. Nade them crooked. So when i said something another lady took over on my nails but didnt fix then what so ever. The sign inside the shop said $20 for a fullset and when i paid he said $30 i asked him why and his response was we just changed it for the new years but didnt change their sign. Worst service i have ever recieved. I would not recommend this place to anybody
