Bought some lingerie specifically based off my measurements, and found the cup sizes were nowhere close to large enough, definitely not matching with the bust measurements on the box. Returned to the store 30 minutes later, and the only option was to exchange it for the exact same style but 2 sizes up. No store credit. No different style. We left the lingerie there and will dispute it with the bank. Wont be returning to the store again due to their lack of customer-friendly policies.

This place is amazing! The selection is fantastic but the staff is what makes it. It doesnt matter what time of day or year I go, the service is on point.

Awesome place. Store is extremely clean, theres a variety of things, pending on what you want, and the staff are very friendly and absolutely nonjudgmental. They make you feel welcome to be there and are very helpful on finding exactly what you need, no shame whatsoever. Also, very good quality toys.

Store was clean and bright. There was a great selection, so I found what I wanted easily. Staff was friendly, professional. There was a bachelorette party that came in with a blind folded bride. Cute idea.

Very nice store. Great selection. I enjoyed shopping here. The employees aren’t intrusive, but they are super helpful if you need it. I like that. It takes time to choose your style so when the staff gives you space to browse that’s appreciated. I will make this a regular stop for lingerie shopping. It’s nice to have a physical store to browse. The layout is nice and neat and also very organized.

I only give 5 stars because there is no option to give more! Fredrick and DeeDee are two of the most amazing sales people I have ever met! They genuinely care about making sure that you are at ease and comfortable with your purchase and in the store! Any time I have pulled in and they have been working (together or individually) I knew without a doubt the store would be clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in until we were done and on our way home! These two are the definition of a power team, and are stand alone OUTSTANDING sales people! Everything about this place from inside and out including the employees managers owners etc were super friendly. A lot of shops like this really dont have a selection for us plus size gals but Hustler Hollywood did love it love it love it

Id like to say my experience in this store was NOT pleasant. My friend and I both wanted to come explore this establishment,and buy some things for my birthday. Heard great personal reviews. The young blonde haired woman immediately asked for both ids. One of us is white, but ONLY the id was checked for the African American person. Most definitely without a doubt watched us like a chicken hawk/owl the entire time we were there. There were other people in the store, but eyes were focused on us. I felt so uncomfortable I definitely left in a matter of 5-6 min. Ive been working in retail long enough to know what that means. 👎👎👎I definitely feel more welcomed and valued at other shops like this. This is the first and last time I will shop here for sure.

Awesome atmosphere. I felt extremely comfortable, which is the opposite of what Ive felt going into other shops. Nothing dark and gloomy about this place. Knowledgeable staff who I felt very open speaking with. They made it easy. Love the building, especially the purple lights.
