Excellent Experience! Everyone was friendly and professional. My phone decided to take a dip in the pool and I lost my display and had a cracked screen. They repaired my phone in less than 2 hours. They replaced the corroded parts, replaced the battery and put a new screen for half the price other places wanted for just replacing screen. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Had to come in to see if my samsung watch was broken or if just the charger. The manager gladly came to help and took a look at the watch and said it was the charger thats broken to leave the watch there for a minute. I said ok I am going next door into meantime. She said perfect. come back they lost my watch. the manager is yelling about how she would never do that because it is against policy for her to let us leave. we asked for higher ups and she said they are not a retail store. in total they lost my watch and fail to even look at the cameras.

The Maywood, NJ service center is an amazing asset for the Samsung team.Everytime I have gone into the store, I have never been disappointed.My most recent trip was no exception.Phil and Eli were both very kind and 100% knowledgeable with every aspect of what Samsung offers.We were very lucky they were working when we walked in 30 minutes before closed.They did not rush us at all. They both went above and well beyond. The patience they had working with my daughter and I to solve our issue was above our expectations.Both Eli and Phil are an amazing examples of brand ambassadors.Thank you both for a great experience.Regards

The experience I had at this location was like none other then I have ever had. It has truly been the highest level of customer care, knowledge, and over all quality of service that one has to personally have for themselves to understand what I cant even begin to explain. I had a rather person problem with my device and Xavier has truly set the bar for what a customer should receive when looking for care for their device. Not only did he go well above and beyond as a representative of Samsung, but fixed my problem in under 5 minutes. Im not exaggerating, and this is not a fake or paid review. He took the time to answer every question I had and fully explain the situation which brought me to Samsung in Maywood. He definitely has set the bar for everything concerning the care of a Samsung device, and customer service overall. To say he is an asset to the Samsung community is an understatement. He could and should be recognized as an exemplar to all Samsung agents. Needless to say, you should visit Xavier in Maywood for all your tech needs for your Samsung equipment.

Professional, efficient, warm and welcoming- this describes my experience with Ellie and Angie, was phenomenal!I walked in today requesting help because the apps on my phone kept crashing. When I walked in Elie greeted me in the best way possible . She reassured me that they would be able to help me and told me to fill out the service form. Quickly after Angie approached the main desk and began to Womenhelp me with my issue. They literally helped me within less than 5 minutes I have gone to the Samsung store multiple times however this has been the best experience I have received in quite some time. Angie and Ellie were awesome and I hope that they help me in the future.

While interpreting for her, Eli was patient.While the service center couldnt fix the problem there, Eli was able to walk us through the process of sending it out to the repair center.Edit: Because of how well we were treated, my friend has decided her next phone is definitely a Samsung.

I made an appointment to get screen protectors replaced on my Galaxy Z Fold 2. (The inner screen is very sensitive and Samsung recommends having the screen protector replaced at one of their stores.) Once I arrived I was given a 40 minute wait!! What is the point of scheduling an appointment if I have a long wait for something as simple as a screen replacement?! I didnt have time to wait 40 minutes so I decided to leave, the Samsung employee then informed me that since I handed over my phone he would have to do a diagnostic prior to returning the phone to me which would take another 10 minutes. This is baffling, all I wanted was a screen protector replacement and couldnt get that done timely even with an appointment, yet Im told a diagnostic must be run on my phone regardless. The whole ordeal was a waste of time!

I visited the Samsung store in Maywood, NJ on Friday May 7th, desperate to find out why my new Samsung Galaxy S21 was constantly freezing and restarting. After performing a diagnostic test on the phone, it was determined that the hard drive needed to be replaced. I worked with your customer consultant Chanel and she made the process seamless. She explained the issue, helped me back up my data and then proceeded to offer me refreshments while I waited for the phone to be repaired.After receiving my serviced phone, I went home but was unable to locate my backup data. I went back to Samsung the next day and was lucky enough to find Chanel working on Saturday as well. After a lesson or two about the Samsung Cloud, Chanel was able to retrieve ALL of the information that I needed. Her service and her patience are impeccable. I was super annoyed with the fact that I needed to have my brand-new phone serviced, but after working with the team at this location I an no longer ready to write off Samsung. Thank you to you all, especially Chanel.

Buyers beware Samsung will have you take the warranty off your appliances in order to get a “refund” . I have been waiting since December 10th for my refund!! I have called them a total of 10 times explaining I never received my refund. They have done absolutely nothing to verify my information. I still have it received my refund and was told the check was already cashed. I’ve been called a liar and been told it’s my problem they will not issue another check. I’m now forced to contact the BBB and if it’s not resolved that way take them to arbitration. I’ve never been treated so bad by any company. I will never buy another Samsung product and I would advise you to beware and seek alternative companies to do your business with.

Man, I gotta change my review here. The folks at this store are really nice. But they also broke my tablet in a service repair, and then repeatedly insisted -- over many phone calls, and 3 visits -- that they hadnt. The error that these folks made and their unwillingness or inability to recognize it cost me misery beyond what I can account here: it took 5 months and countless, hair-rending customer service calls to get Samsungs national support service to finally own up to the damage, and give me a refund for the tablet.Because of this experience, I fervently hope to be able to avoid ever again buying a Samsung product.

Have been here to have 2 different phones repaired and they were very professional, both in the customer service and repair quality. They very clearly explained what the problem was, how they diagnosed it, and how they would repair it. Before coming here I called several quick fix repair shops and they quoted me almost twice what Samsung changed in the end. Also based on friends and family experiences, Samsung did twice as good a job as those other shops/kiosks. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, having to get a phone repaired sucks but they made it a pleasant experience. Thanks Angie!

I had issues with Google service on my Samsung phone, I knew it had nothing to do with my phone, but I desperately needed the problem solved. So I went to the Maywood, NJ Samsung Care location, I did not have an appointment, and the service/tech staff was very busy, but Xavier told me to have a seat and he knew exactly what the problem was, and would do what he could. 20-25 minutes later, done, I was back up & running.His courtesy, professionialsm, technical knowledge, and positive attitude get a 10 rating across the board from me. People tend to enjoy negatively reviewing businesses and services, I wanted to make sure I made the time to positively review this location. Kudos to management and staff, keep up the good work!

Absolutely useless.. Much rather mail in device. Young.man by the name of Xavier was stand off ish rather than exceptional customer service. Social skills could use a bit more work. A bit more effort and my phone couldve been serviced there but instead I was told to deal with Samsung Premium care .. I paid 1500 for a Samsung z flip and was disappointed!!!
