Excellent mani & pedi with fast service and relaxing atmosphere.

Lady was rude & rough especially when caring for my cuticles on my big toes. I asked her to stop & told her she was hurting me a few times before she stopped. I woke up this morning & my toe is very sore praying it doesn’t get infected. I will never go there again. 😞

This is my favorite nail place. Kasey is so talented and sweet. She takes her time and really makes sure you like your nails! But its a small shop so its always best to make an appointment so that you can be seen!

I went here because pictures seemed good and reviews were high. I was unsatisfied with my pedicure, it had bubbles in it, splotchy patches of nail polish. And polish on my skin. I asked for it to be fixed and the lady just went over it with more nail polish. I had to be at work so i left and called and ask to make another appointment. She said they don’t take appointments? I asked to speak to a manager which she then said the manager doesn’t speak English and to speak to her. I come back later to get it fixed and was told that the look fine...i was talked to rudely, so at that point i just asked for a refund. Which i was told no. So the lady starts to redo them, at the very second she finished my last toe she hops up and goes to sit down and help another customer. I couldn’t even give her any feedback. I left once again with bubbles in my polish and polish on my skin. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Went once to get a full set with gel and gel on my feet only, no pedicure and was charged $70. I didnt want to make a big deal and was in a rush to get out. Overall, the service is great, and people are nice. They do a great job on the nails, but $70 is a little much for just a full set (gel) and gel toenail polish. I dont plan on going back.

Ive been coming here for years, only trust Kasey with my nails. She gets to know you as a customer and is more than willing to try and squeeze you in. I will wait just to get a fill with her, great environment, and full of laughs. Ive always felt comfortable coming here and will continue to recommend everyone here.

My son works at Midas so I thought I would get my full set and a pedicure done since I was waiting for him. The first time they told me they could get me in at 3:30 but was only one lady in the shop then the second time I went in was 24 days later and wanted a full set one lady in there again doing a pedicure and two ladies in the back eating and it’s 4:30 they told me they didn’t have time to to a full set the hours say they close at 7. So 2 1/2 and they can’t get a full set done. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If there was a no star I would put that but there is not so I put a 1 star.

First time here I received a pedicure and fill in that needed fixing from prior nail shop that messed up. Kasey and her mom did an excellent job. Her mom does the best pedicures. Kasey did my fill coffin style and gel, she reshaped and made all my nails even. Great nail tech and friendly. I have found my new nail tech. They are great at what they do! Thanks

My all time favorite place to go. Its easy going and they prefer you book by appointment (although walk ins are accepted) which I like since Im guaranteed to be helped upon arrival.

OMG!Five stars all day long. It’s a great place to come and relax while getting quality service.I’ve been coming here for over two years and have not heard one complaint ...watched the worst women come in today and treat the nicest people like trash! That sailor mouth belongs on a boat. This a a family oriented establishment and often clients have small children accompanying them... that Troll needed to stay under her bridge. Keep up the great work ladies!

Lotus has never disappointed me! Ive been coming here for a little over a year and Ive never had a bad set of nails, Ive literally had the same set on for about 10 months never having to change them because they hold up so well. I go and change the color every 3 weeks, they have so many colors youll never run out of choices!! They have every style you could want and they keep up with the new trends of nails. The prices are also great! Any design you take to them they can do and make them look even better than the picture!
