Nice place to get your nails done. Its my girlfriends favorite place to go. She brought me along to get a pedicure this time. It was great! Really relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was nice and did a great job. I didnt know my feet could feel so good!. I always thought nail salons were for girls but after this wonderful pedicure my mind is changing. Guys if you are on the fence about going I would say do it especially if you are on your feet all day.

My daughter and I splurged yesterday and walked into Luxurys Nail Bar for some pampering! We quickly discovered the salon was under new management. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. We each got a gel manicure and pedicure. We were offered water/soda and taken care of quickly. I feel the staff went out of their way to make up happy. I will be going back in the near future!

The lady who did my pedicure seems to absolutely hate her job, she was very rough and had a mean face the entire time lol. And I have cute feet. Avoid this place. Super unfriendly.

The ladies were nice. Took my wife for a a pedicure and got one myself. It could have been better but, it was decently priced.

I treated my family to a manicure and pedicure, and I have to say this place is the most horrendous place on the face of the earth. My sisters nails were bleeding, and the paint bubbles. The Non-English speaking staff did not take care of my 86 year old grandma, but instead made her wait for a while. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went there for the first time due to a gift certificate that I received and it stated that I had one full year to use it. The owner Kim would not honor this $25.00 gift certificate since she was a new owner of this establishment. The name of the place is the same and she should honor the gift certificate it is not customers fault that the place was sold. As a manager of an establishment that has the same name on it as the certificate you should honor it or put a disclaimer on the gift certificates. So what this company just did was steal our money. This company is selling stuff and then changing owners to steal customers money. This is not right and please be aware of what is going on at this nail salon as you are being scammed out of your money. If you would like to see the gift certificate see below and I am writing to the BBB as well since this is not right and customers should not loose their hard working money because this nail salon would like to scam their customers. SO BEWARE!!!!

I normally always get my nails done here and theyre very good at doing my nails but the past two times ive came here ive gotten my toes done and it was the worst pedicure ive ever gotten. She rushed through it, and did a very bad paint job. Disappointed to say the least

This was once the best place in Phoenix, but they were bought out. The lady messed up my nails horribly! My nails are still messed up two months later. I am so upset that the old staff is all gone :(

Published hours say this salon is open till 5pm on Sundays. I arrived at 3:50pm only to be told we closed early to clean. Lost a customer!!
