Everytime Ive been here they are able to get me in quickly and the service is great!! They take the time to do your cuticles and add on a massage as well. Ill be going here more often for sure!

Terrible place. i came here for the first time in years, in hopes that they have improved, but they’ve gotten worse. i got regular acrylic nails with regular polish only 3 days ago, and my nails are ALREADY starting to come off. my acrylics usually stay on for about 3-4 weeks, maybe even longer. i will never come here again.

I had got nails done there and this time they was not good they look really rough.

The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. The Acrylic was so blotchy and un even. He almost forgot to put matte on my thumb until I said something. He did my nails very rushed and did not try. Several of my fingers had lifting, and the gems I asked for were very crooked. Definitely will not be coming back here. I went to Bettys nails and they fixed me up so perfectly. Thank god.

They dont make everyone wash their hands, they pick and choose who should.

Would give no stars if I could.... got a full set of nails here for Mothers Day and it wasnt even 12 hrs before the first one came off now I have had them 3 days and 4 are already missing.... when I called the salon they said they would fix them free of charge I just wanted a refund to get a set that is going to stay on... I get my nails done regularly and I have never had an experience like this anywhere else $41and they didnt even last a day.... save some money and go somewhere else

Customer service is poor. I called in advance for prices. 15 minute later I arrived to poor customer service. The rep said they have no more openings which it was 5pm. They seem to have taking care of other customers so no one was waiting. I ask the rep “why he didn’t tell me on the phone, that they wasn’t taking anymore customers”. He basically rushed me off. Just rude☹️ I wouldn’t give any stars 😩but I wanted to post my experience. I’ve been going to Nick on Harmon highway for 7 years. 🥰him but he was close today n I’m pressed for time due to the holiday. I’ll see u tomorrow Nick🥰🥰🥰

Ruined my nails using big globs of super glue to put crystals on. Instead of using nail adhesive gel like everyother accredited nail shop does. Left lumps and uneven bumpy textures all over my nails. So unprofessional. A waste of $70, and she didnt even aplogize. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Let me tell you this is a really nice place. The owner was very nice and friendly. I love my nails and price was just right. I recommend this place. And give them 5 stars because they are awesome. 👍🏼😃

I was in a hurry and the walk in wait at my regular place was astronomical.I went with the intention of getting my girlfriends nails done and getting my nails cut down. I also had broken one nail completely off and needed it fixed.I felt like she just wanted paint and I had a simple cut done and replacement nail. I thought they could handle it. The staff pushed and pushed for me to get gel nail polish even though I was paying for both my girlfriend and myself already. I am very particular about my nails anyway, but I feel she didnt even attempt to make the new nail look like the others. The acrylic replacement nail was lumpy and the polish application was sloppy and uneven. She knew I wasnt happy with the nail. She insisted that the gel needed to set and it would look better. It did not. Dont waste your time or money!

Not worth the money!I’m rating the place a 1 Star because the lady who did my nails was rude, coffin shaped nails were an extra $10 witch I was upset about because my nails didn’t even looked coffin shaped they were just fat triangles. I asked for long gel white nails but she told me long nails would break quick and white didn’t look good with long nails, I was upset she kept wanting to do what SHE wanted instead of what I wanted for my nails. She made them so thick and didn’t even file them down until I made her do it, i was so upset she didn’t pay any attention to detail so I just asked for regular instead of gel but she still put gel on me. The paint job was not clean and she only tried putting one coat on my nails, I was charged 50$ for horriable nails.

I will not be going here again based on the low quality gel manicure I received. It was uneven and didn’t cover my nail. My friend had a really great manicure though so I think it depends a lot on which person you get.

I use to love this nail salon but it is absolutely awful now. I went there twice since the first time and both times my nails chipped the next day. The people were also very rude and did not care what I wanted

Rude, was jerking my friend arm while doing her nails. The prices wasn’t the same that’s on their list compared to what they say the price was, nasty face expression and don’t know how to do no designs really or art work.

Paid 50 for pedicure and nails to be polished and I could have done a better job myself. Polish doesnt cover full nail and they said they couldnt do design.. (polka dots and stripes) waste of money

Walk ins very welcome I was in and out, other places I tried to go in peoria were rude as they did not have walk ins like I am used to in my town. Could be bigger with updates but service was good.

My friend took me to get a padie for my birthday. I called ahead and made an appointment. Her teenage daughter decided she need to come at the last moment. We had to wait 10 min past appointment time with no one getting their toes done at the time. When they got us in the curtain in between chairs was crazy. My friend put it behind her 5 times so we could chat. The lady she had asked her 11 times to upgrade to a more expensive service. My frind started off polite and by the 8th time got stricter with the NO. 10 and 11th time she was mad. She was paying for 3 all ready. My nails were smuged as well as spot on my feet hurt when I walk whike the calluses on other spots threw my gate off. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! I gave 1 star for them getting one more person in on top of our apountment. We only went here because we can not find one open on the weekend. JUST DONT DO IT!

Had appointment with Lisa she didnt even show up to do my nails, very disappointed left there went to different shop immediately and had nails fixed and repainted. Im sorry but will never go back!!!!!!!! All though the nice person I am even paid and left tip.

Did a decent job on my nails, but got in a hurry at the end. Did not feel comfortable at this place. They were laughing with each other.. not sure what at exactly. (Kind of seemed like it was about the customers) I used to go a while back, and Im telling you the new employees they have are just rude. Will not be returning. Plus you can get the same thing done WAY cheaper other places. $70 for a mani Petti 😒

I paid $40 for acrylic nails with regular nail polish I usually go to Sassy Nail but this time since I was shopping around I thought Id save time and go there but I made a HUGE mistake the lady there was so greedy and when I asked why it would be $40 when I usually pay $28-$32 at my other nail place she used the excuse that it was my nail length and I dont think that should be a manner to overprice $10 more just for length I gave her no tip because Im sure she charged me with the tip in the $40 worse nail place do not recommend.

I asked for a simple design and it took at least four different girls to look at it. Then they keep saying you need acrylics to do this design. So I just went for a triangle on the bottom of my nails. Omg. Worst idea ever. No side is straight. A five year old could have done better. Then when I went over to dry my nails all the girls said I needed to have them fix it because there was pain all over my nail and there was spots where she didnt even cover them. She didnt really fix anything and the triangles still look awful. Never going back again. The service sucked and the people were rude. The lady that was sitting next to me accidently missed up her nail after the guy was down and he freaked out. I thought he was going hit her. And he refused to fix it saying it was her fault

Horrible. I went here bc I was in from out of town. I went in for a fill on a beautiful set and came out embarrassed to show off the new ones. The guy did not pay attention, did not care what I had to say, and just did not care how crappy my nails looked. Its been 4 days since Ive gone, three nails needed to be refiled to make them even and one nail broke, which I told him he needed to fix it before i left and he refused to. Do not waste your time and money here.

I do Not recommend! My Poor feet hurt so bad!!! Iv tried pedicures 3× here, (convenient of not ascheduled appt.) hoping for different results, with different people... same end result, my poor feet r so sore afterwards! The end up feeling like sandpaper! #bwareofthecheesegrater!... I tried a set of nails once, iv had press on nails better than he did! With no cuts to my cuticles!... yes this place is convenient since they take walk ins b4 their actual appointment, but the quality of work is absolutely horrible.

Had a pedi and gel mani. The woman who did the pedicure was very nice and she did a great job. However the man who did my mani was subpar to say the least. I originally went in for a regular mani. As I sat down he kept asking if that was what I wanted and that Gel nails last longer and look so much more beautiful. So, against my better judgement I went with the Gel. Two days later its peeling off. 😒

Worse nail place I’ve ever been to. Workers were very rude and rushed every part of it. My nails were very messy. I asked multiple times for them to clean it up and they still failed to do so.

Place isnt even worth 1 star !!!I asked for ballerina tip and the lady said I wouldnt look good with it and gave me short ugly square nails, and to and on top of that all of my nails came out crooked!! I Will never advice anyone to go there! Worse customer service ever !!!!
