Ive been coming here for a few years now and I always have a really good experience. Beautiful salon, friendly people, huge selection of colors. They offer a nice variety of services and they keep things running smoothly during your visit. I recommend!

If you are looking for a Express Nail Shop this is the one. My nails are as wide as my fingers! Would not be coming back, glad I got not get a pedicure from them. I was not allowed to wash my hands after she did the filing. I also asked for square nails. They were flared out at first. I brought it to the tech attention. She tried to correct it, I ended up with wide squoval nails.Dont waste your time or money.One more thing that was very unprofessional was the nail tech asking the gal running the front podium is not my turn yet? As she was finishing off my nails. Very unprofessional. You are only here for the money not worried one bit about customer satisfaction. Now Im stuck looking at this ugly set of nails & I have a job interview tomorrow morning. I am very disappointed.

Ive been here a handful of times. They arent my favorite place but my favorite place closed and they do my nails better than any other place Ive tried. My experience with Asian owned nail salons is that nail techs arent happy with their job and they try to get as many people in and out as possible which compromises quality. This place is no different. If you go on a slow day, they do pretty good. I came in on a Friday morning and they were very busy. They got me in a chair right away but the tech cut my nails uneven. She quickly did my paint and kicked me out of the chair. I walked to my car with wet nails. Now my toes look like they have air bubbles, but Im assuming its dirt from walking outside. Theyve raised their prices and its nearly $30 for an express pedicure. I definitely did not get $30 worth of quality.

Absolutely love it here. Clean and the best nail job ever. Take my daughter every 3 weeks. Worth every penny.

Absolutely terrible. I have been coming here for a long time and the last year or so they have been terrible. To start with the business owner, Leo, is always in a bad mood and is very rude. I always go in and try to be nice and understanding and it gets me nowhere. The quality is the nails have gone down. They always come out bumpy and ALWAYS break. Do not bother making an appointment because they do not honor the time. You will still have to wait so much longer even with an appointment. Please, save your money and time. There are many other better nail salons around the area. They will not respect you, your time, or what you need. They go for quantity over quality and it shows. Save your money.

ONE Day after getting my fill-in for $90 my nail art came loose and fell off.Not to Mention Male receptionist has a terrible unprofessional attitude. I watched him shout at customers while in the shop. He also makes Very Inappropriate crude jokes (which are only funny to him and the staff who understand his primary language). The nail techs follow his lead and some can’t speak the English language well thus making it uncomfortable when trying to directly communicate what color you are looking for. While the male receptionist threatens to throw people out of the shop for taking too long to pick a color.The reason it took long for a color to get selected for customers, from what I could see, was because nail tech didn’t understand the colors in English (which I can be patient with when in a safe environment). Yet they still use the little English they do know, to have a poor attitudes and be threatening of customers just for being customers (and choosing polish). Left feeling very attacked and uncomfortable. BBB has to know about this place by now. No need to attack anyone in 2021, especially a paying customer who comes through the door treating your business as a business not a concentration camp. People should be allowed, feel comfortable, and encouraged looking at nail polish in a nail shop. It’s common sense in that field of business. Completely Disgusted by my visit and what I seen while there.

My first time here and I loved it. I went in with my friend and her boyfriend. Got a pedicure with Gel polish and a full set. Beautiful job on both, I wish I got my girls name.

Wont be going back. I do believe the tech I had was new but she thrashed 3 cuticles in a row with the dremel. Someone show her the proper way to trim cuticles!!! They hurt. Badly. Using neosporin to try to heal it.

Came in with appointments made for Mani-peds and got exactly to close of what I was looking for and GREAT pricing for everything as well! I also just had to make a last minute adjustment from dip appt. To acrylic but it worked out great!

I left my visit today feeling extremely upset and angry about my experience. I felt as though my visit wasn’t made important as the tech kept getting up and didn’t seem focused. The tech was extremely rude and kept telling me to relax my hands when I couldn’t because I was so on edge due to how I was being treated. He sounded extremely annoyed when I asked to change the shape which was NOT hard at all since it was coffin at first and I wanted it changed to almond (so he just had to round the tips). I do appreciate that he didn’t charge me extra for the shape change but overall this was a complete waste of my time and money, and i WILL NOT be coming back here ever. Thanks.

I had an amazing experience going to Hollygood Nails today! They were great and professional, did good work in good time. I went for a nice ombre and they made sure I walked out with what I wanted. For those interested, they do the beautiful acrylic 3d flowers as well, and while I did decide not to go with those for personal reasons, Vs hand drawn flowers were just as beautiful. I would 100% go here again. Totally recommend!

This team knows what they are doing... I have tried other salons and I dont know if they are just missing something special in their s&s dip, but this place is always my comeback because how they take care of my nails and how long they last is the best that Ive been able to find so far.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They bamboozled us on the prices. paper thin. began breaking day 1. The nail tech was extremely rude.Threw her nail file down got mad and did a quick careless job.. would not recommend at all.

Terrible service. I had an appointment made and still waited about 45 minutes before being seated in water for 15 minutes with no one talking to me at all. Once a lady sat down to start my pedicure, she didn’t speak more than 3 sentences to me while doing the 18-minute pedicure. She was very rushed. I also didn’t like that many of the customers were wearing masks incorrectly with their noses uncovered and they didn’t say anything to them.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the male receptionist was nice and checked in on me throughout my wait prior to getting to the chair as well as asking if I’d prefer to be sat without someone in the chair next to me. Honestly, I got anxiety the longer I waited thinking about how unsafe it was for me to continue to sit in this shared space with people wearing masks inappropriately. I will never go back, bad service and overpriced (a “basic” pedicure is about $25).

Nail was a male...rude and non professional. Ask for his $32.00 infront of everyone cause he doesnt want my nails to smugg. I went to the basin to rinsed my hand...i asked if i should take one of the towels in tbe basket ....he said or you can use your shirt. I waa alarned at these persons doing business...tbese chinese and will certainly be going further with this

Absolutely THE BEST nail salon! As a licensed cosmetology instructor I am extremely picky and pay close attention to cleanliness and detail and this place satisfies my OCD! Honestly, the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The guy who did my nails literally switched the colors I picked. Now my nails look ridiculous. It was supposed to be matte and that didn’t happen. It was suppressed to have stones on one nail. That didn’t happen. It was supposed to be coffin shaped. Guess what.... that didn’t happen. I’m appalled.

If your clients come home crying over the horrible treatment of the staff and quality of work then the business owners are out of their mind if they think any of our friends or family will be back. Nail shops are a dime a dozen.Everyone thats not them.There is a great nail place at Peoria and 75th next to the planet fitness. Go there instead. Advoid what we had to go thru thank you.

Cleanliness was good which was the only reason why I came bc those received good reviews. But the nail tech I had said very few words to me and seem to care to make conversation. She also seemed to be in a rush, was on her phone in between doing tasks, polish starting to wear off and chip and it’s barley been a week. She was in a rush she didn’t realize that she messed up on my left middle finger as well. Left me sitting there waiting with my hands in the LED light for my nails while talking to her co-workers for 10-15 minutes. Poor service and unprofessional. Will not be coming back

While this salon is the only decent one between 75-89 ave, it’s still not the best. I’ve been going here a year but after they’ve gotten lazy I decided I won’t be returning. I paid $105 for pedicure for my husband and I. We were both worked on at the same time with one lady starting my nails so three ladies sitting around us total. They were screaming a conversation over us which I though was so rude. I’m paying good money to relax and enjoy a date with my husband and we can’t even talk to each other. When I go in there I have to ask for specific people because not everyone who works there is the best at nails, I hate to say it, but it’s true. I’m just really disappointed in the way this salon has gotten in the past few months. I will be finding a new one.

This was the first time I went for a pedicure after a long time and loved my experience. I got the pedicure that included trim, file, callus removal, cute polish and design, leg scrub, leg massage with lotion, river rock massage and warm towel rub down and then and a shoulder and neck massage all for $45. It was lovely and they do great work. Kim was great. The only thing is that I found that they dont do much for ingrown toe nails, they tried but Ive had better (this is why the 4 stars). I would recommend this place and would come again.

Not sanitary- One lady checked the temperature of my water with the same gloves she was working on another customer with. They put hot towels on my legs that were warmed up in grocery bags. It doesn’t look like they sanitize all of their tools. And the place looks sloppy overall.The water for my pedicure was cold and they didn’t change it for close to 15 minutes despite me asking. They had me waiting in cold water while my friend got her pedicure done. They made unnecessary comments about our cuticles looking bad.The pedicure was NOT worth $45. Short massage, low quality products, and again, over all the place looks unsanitary.

I went here for my birthday to get my first Acrylic set and I noticed that the lady that was doing my nails had used the same brush to brush off the dust from filing my nails after the acrylic was put on and used the same tools and about a month later I saw black dots on my thumbs and on my pinky’s.. Yep it was warts. Disgusting. Very uncleanly... now I have had them for about a year and here I am typing the review I should have after I started seeing them..

They fit my granddaughter and I in without an appointment and did an excellent job for us both. They were able to clean up my nails from the last nail salon.

My now go to nail salon even if its a bit of a drive. They always treat me well and my nails look amazing. I initially went in a few months ago to get my nails fixed because I had a terrible manicure that was bubbly, crooked and too thick. They fixed my nails and made them look perfect. Yes it is a little pricier, but this place is clean, the workers are courteous and they do a great job. You definitely get what you pay for.

New to the neighborhood & got the combo pedicure and a full set done today. Most amazing pedicure of my life with the most amazing massage. My appointment was at 11 & got started right away. I was done by 12:15. Very fast but quality service. Nothing felt rushed--just clearly experienced. Will be back for sure!

My wife Wendi was about to give up on nail salons & we are headed to Vegas for thanksgiving holiday 2018! I couldn’t let her give up so, I called this place based on ratings. They were very welcoming to us both, good sense of humor, and my wife has the most beautiful set of nails ever! She’s beyond thrilled. This is her new place! I wait in the car and usually it’s FOREVER! It was a full set off- full set on with a beautiful design, seemed fairly quick for all that so I am happy too! Highly recommend! Her nail tech is EVY. Great service, great friendly staff.However today I was asked why we arrived so early. 20 minutes early we prepare ourselves for traffic and 101 closure, and we were in no rush. Then I was asked if we do not have nail shops closer to where we live? Made me feel like she didnt want our business.

Tammy is the lady who does my nails and I love how great my nails look afterwards! Shes the only nail tech who has not hurt me in anyway while working on my nails😊

I tried this nail spot on the recommendation of a friend. I was having a hard time finding someone that did quality work. Thats where Kiki comes in! Shes super friendly, does my nails exactly how I like. Doesnt make me feel uncomfortable by trying to pressure me into getting additional services like other nails techs have in the past. Ive been several times and have always left happy & satisfied! Just for reference I get gel nails and gel pedis. Totally worth it in my humble opinion to get gel.

I brought my 84 year old Mom here, shes never had a pedicure and suffers from dementia. They were all so very nice and patient. Ive been here before, which is why I felt comfortable bringing her. Thank you, especially to Kelly.

Great place with really nice people. My daughter and I are headed to Hawaii tomorrow and ask for a decoration that showed Hawaii. They came through. Keep in mind that four different people did our hands and feet.

Im new to this salon but have followed Tammy here from another salon. She does fantastic work! This salon is clean and neat so things seem pretty sanitary. Ive not had any problems getting an appointment with Tammy and Ive not tried a walk in appointment.Lots of colors and options so I would think youd find what you are looking for.

This is the first time and i dont think i will be coming back. This place is nice and very clean, but i felt that one of the nail techs was rude. He began to laugh and was speaking in his language to another tech when i asked him a question about the nail job. He did not take enough time. He seemed rushed about getting it done. Overall the nails turned out awful looking. I absolutely did not like them at all. Truthfully, the nails looks like theyre about to take off somewhere! 😂

Love this nail salon. The new dipped nails are so awesome! Super thin but durable! Fun process to get them done. I highly recommend Leo for nails. The pedicures are relaxing and enjoyable. They take their time and do it right. I highly recommend Laura for pedicures. I live some distance away but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Been there a few times and this is now my go to nail salon. I even took my husband there once. Way better than several others in the area. Be aware they only accept cash tip, just an fyi as I normally dont carry cash on me. The first time they were super nice and just added money to the total but now I come prepared.

I year ago I went to this place. The first time I loved. The next 3 times, okay (Not amazing). I then took my family there for a girl day. My sister asked the guy several times to please file down her nails because they where too sharp. He ignored her and said it is fine. My nice ask for something and cake out way different from the pic. I know it wont be the same but these where way off. I stoped coming after this.A few months later I end up coming here because i thought I would give them a second change. It is close to my home and it was a last minute decision. Nails came out beautiful, I got a dip done and pedicure. Dip did take close to two hours. The girl that I had wasnt there a few months ago when I was there. There was a few new faces so I though maybe things have changed. I was pleased with my service that time around.Go again, this guy does the worst!! Terrible dip powered in the planet! My nails looked like blocks! They where uneven. Terrible! Wish I would have took a picture but I took them off after 3 days! Very inconsistent work! It a hit or miss.I went again to get a nail fixed because I had to get a new set on my trip since the last guy here left them blocky. Again!! I got the owner, thought this might be okay. He did the worst!! Job! Colored my nail a different color I had a white acrylic and he applied a pink. Told me he can never Match! Customer service sucks! I was not happy with my results and still paid! Never!! Going here again! Should have learned the first bad service!

Tammy was wonderful! The owner (I think) greeted me as I walked in without an appointment. I was expecting a wait, but he seated me at Tammys station right away. She worked on my way overdue for a fill nails. Did an amazing job making them look and feel so natural. Much thinner than Ive ever had, didnt know that was possible. Pleasant conversation and bonding over similar family issues. Great service. Prices as expected. Worth going here than other places for sure. Test was to see if the nails held up. Rarely do I have that luck. Ive always thought it was me, my natural nails are paper thin and too flexible. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks. 4 weeks and my nails have not lifted at all. Not even a little, not one nail! Miracle for sure. The main reason Im going back now is that they have grown out so so much that they are too long! Otherwise Id try to last another week. Again, I cant usually keep acrylic nails on. They lift and require a fill after 2 weeks. Not 4! Shes very talented and I cant wait to sit at her station again. Soon too, as I cant type they are too long!

I dont know where I went wrong or if it was just a bad day. I chose this nail salon after reading all the great reviews, but unfortunately, I cant say that I had a great experience myself. I have never been nipped so many times in my life. Both on my hands and my feet. Although upsetting, I can normally deal with the occasional cut, however, I have never woken up and hardly been able to walk. As a result, I now have an infected toe that I have to go to the doctor for.I sadly will not be back.

I went there on a Saturday and they took me in right away. My lady was so nice! I got a pedicure and she really put herself into it. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The place is extremely clean!I wish they accepted tips from a card transaction but tax was taking too much of their tips away and so I had to stop by the gas station to get some cash back so I could tip her. She told me not to worry about it, but I couldn’t cut her tip out. This place is for sure my new nail salon!
