Don is wonderful, very patient and knows what hes doing.

They fixed my husbands ingrown toenail now he can walk perfectly they are amazing when it comes to things like that cant wait to get my toes done next week.

All I can say is VERY RUDE. I came in a few customers looking at me. I am only seeing one worker whom waits two minutes before saying what do you want. I tried to tell her I have never got my nails done. She spoke in her language somebody came from behind the curtain holding a bowl. He spoke back to her in his language and closed the curtain. So Im waiting on her to say something NOTHING so I left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thee worst experience at a nail shop. They are not a team in there. The lady messed my nails up so bad with thick acrylic. you could still see my toenails thru the polish. They halfway acted like they didnt want to fix it until I started acting up! Yall to worried about being cute in there instead of nails!

If I was able to give less than one star I would. I have been trying to call to try and schedule an appointment and they picked up and held the phone and refused to say anything. I heard them laughing in the background as if it was funny. I would not recommend this place to anybody ever.

Its a no for me my first time there and last I asked fora certain color she gave the complete opposite ofAnd seems so stressful in there instead of relaxing .

Will give them another try. Had the greatest pedicure of my life. So relaxing, so thorough. Nails were okay, but the line on one was a little off, asked about it being fixed and wasnt happy with the response. For the $100 I spent, I felt they should have offered to redo that nail, if fixing it wasnt possible.

Staff is awesome!

Went for waxing. Was seated in an office chair, not in an esthetician style chair. Room was not clean and garbage was overflowing. Wasnt given a mirror to check the results. Left with wax on my pants and hair on my face. Disappointed because the lady was very nice, the price was reasonable, & its in a great location.

Same price for mani/pedi without any color on nails. Need to clean nails thoroughly and couldve done a better massage

I always get my eyebrows done here and no matter who does them they do a great job. They could use more practice on newer nail designs rather than doing the traditional flower. Otherwise they do a good job.....5-22-18> I will have to subtract some of my stars, I got my toes today and Im not happy. I asked for a design and this is what I got. Its too much, and its smudged. I will be taking this off.

I just went in to get a fill on my nails. I decided to cut them down and get clear glitter. I am so very pleased with my nails. I will not be going anywhere else

Love Rebecca. My mom and I have gone to her for many years and she does a great job. We never have any problems with our nails lifting, chipping or coming off. Rebecca also does a wonderful job with my mom toes during pedicure due to my mom being a diabetic and cant take care of her feet herself.

Very HORRIBLE customer service. Every time I set an appointment I ALWAYS have to wait an hour past my appointment time and they help other people while im waiting. They’re very inconsiderate of others people’s time. Definitely would not recommend this nail shop!!

I just love Vinny...he gets me right every time...Appts are recommended but walk ins are worked in quickly.

Waited for hour before appointment ppl came, i asked how long he dont know, and got my eyebrows done ddnt look n mirtor he turned the lights off on me, had to use my phone to look at my eyebrows, very very unprofessional

My nails are the bomb. VERY impressed with not only the atmosphere but the staff. GREAT place to go first time for Acrylics for me and soooooo very happy and soooo many compliments This IS the place. Thank you and I WILL be back. :)

I had the guy with long hair also . Not recommended !!! He cut to much skin on toes and on my fingers as well . I wanted black tips with a sunflower . He told me I was done only having still my white tips. I told him i wanted black several times . My toes look great bu th my nails are terrible ! Shapiro is fine . He seemed to not really focusi6pn what he was doing . My daughter and I will not go back !

Went in to get nails filled after being done half job first time was told 10 min after 20 moved to chair then told to choose color was left for another 20 min then once returned was told once again to pick color i said i did 15 min ago .he said xome back Thursday at 4 ..really ..always so disappointing ..

My nails service was provided by the guy with long hair thats sits to the left of door at the first station. I asked for a natural look with my tips being white and the nail bed ti be natural pink, so he suggested getting a white tip gel nails. The powder he used was to dark if a shade pink so the nail bed didnt look natural plus the white tips of my nails had some of the pink powder on it and the white tips also turned ended up being a dinghy white color due to the pink powder used. I expressed this and showed this nail tech and he proceeded to become very upset that I was pointing out the problem! His body language and the way begwver due yo his own work was bad. All I initially asked was if he couod paint the tips ehuyr bring that he had no gotten pink powder on the white nail tip. I ended up just having them painted all white for the whole nail. I will not visit this nail salon again nor do I recommend!

This was my first time going to this place, my daughter wanted to go here bc she heard they did great nails and design, and it was her and her cousin sweet 16. First I got a pedicure and it looked like I did the pedicure, I had polish all over my toes!!!!! The lady idk her name gave me $5 off on the pedicure, but she sud had his but redo the job!!! He rushed through it to get to the next person!!!! Then I got my nails done, and wen I say this man was rude he was jus flat out rude! Grabbing my hand, mugging me, speaking sharply to me and he jus acted plan nasty!!! I don’t know his name but he is taller and kinda huskier then the other men there. My nails looked a mess the acrylic was so thick at the cuticles then so thin in other areas. And when I said something about it the ge gets mad at me smh. I talked to my daughter about me never going back and her and her cousin got there nails done by the same guy and said the same exact things smh. My nails broke way b4 they sud have, the whole overall experience with this place is trash!!!! These people are extremely rude and they need to check out some of there staff there!!!!

Im so mad that lady with black hair she is always on her damn cell phone and she was so worried about who was texting her and then had the nerve to take a phone call I was super pissed and she was so rough with my hand and after a while I got mad and yelled at her u are too rough I will never go back there the only reason why I was a customer there for two years was because a certain man did my nails but he passed away but its ok I will never spend another dollar there I dont like her business who does that spend time on there cell phone while taking care of a client Im so done with that place I wish I could give them negative stars but I have to put at least one star ughhh🤔🤕😤😔

They do horrible nails & toes. Eyebrows might as well not be on their list of services because the lady who does them is NEVER there.

This establishment has gone down hill. It used to be the only place I would go, but service is not what it use to be.
