I have been going to Lynns Nails about once a month since I moved to Peoria this summer. Reading the reviews of different places helped me to pick a nail salon in my new city, so I hope this can help others!I found Lynns Nails through Google. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me right in that day. Every time I come, everyone is super friendly. No matter who does my nails, Im always really happy with how they come out. Im always amazed that they remember what we chat about and ask me about it the next time Im in! Im kind of boring in my color choices (I always get a plain color dip manicure) but recently Jessica and Roba convinced me to get sparkles on the color and try a new nail shape and I love them both!Everyone at Lynns Nails is friendly and kind, they get me right in for appointments, and they do an excellent job on my manicures. Thats everything I look for in a nail salon, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon!

Absolutely love this place!! Rachel is my nail tech, and she does an amazing job every time. I go every 2-3 weeks depending on how I’m feeling. Every time I call for an appointment they are able to squeeze me in for whichever day I choose. Everyone is always so nice and polite and their services are affordable!! I love how they work together to help each other out, and they always comment on each other’s work which is so uplifting. If you’re ever having a bad day, book an appointment with Lynn’s nails and I guarantee you’ll leave feeling so much better.

A bit of a hole-in-the-wall near Lariat Steakhouse, Lynn’s Nails offers the sort of atmosphere of a salon right out of the movies (See: In the Heights). The girls were gossipy and fun, just like I’ve always dreamed of, and very accommodating to our tardiness.We all chose either simple manis ($20) or gel polish ($35) and all left happy with our selections.Lynn’s Nails does not take credit/debit, so please be aware of that before you go!!!!

I love this place! The staff is phenomenal as well as the owners. They treat you like family every time. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I came here a few months back to get my nails done for my wedding. I came because the reviews were so good, and honestly everyone working was super nice. I was just incredibly disappointed. My mum has Roba and my sister had another one of the girls, but I had Roba’s husband (Freddy, I believe) and just had a really poor experience getting my nails done. It was my first time getting my nails done professionally with acrylic. He wasn’t very conscientious with the nail buffer. He kept getting the skin below my nail bed but every time I said “that hurts” he said “sorry, but I have to get the bottom of your nails.” After the whole process was done I had cuts under all my nails. My skin was raw and tender and this was three days before my wedding. The nail work itself looked very nice, but the pain wasn’t worth it. When I went to get them taken off (I live out of state) it took the girl nearly an hour and she still couldn’t get everything off. She was visibly annoyed and actually gave up. Like I said, everyone was really nice and it’s unfortunate that I had a poor experience with how it was done.

A friend of mine recommended this place and Im really glad I took her recommendation. I felt the welcome was actually appreciated at the door. Temperature was taken safety was a definite priority. The technician did a great job with removing old nail polish, trimming my toesies and giving a massage.I dont need anything super fancy and i simply like the service that I am paying for to be done and done well. This was done and done well Ill be going back.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!“Amazing” is an understatement to define my time here at Lynn’s. I had my first pedicure done about a month ago, and WOW! My toes are still Shining! 10/10, the nicest staff you will meet! Ashley, Rachel, and the rest of the team at Lynn’s Nails are truly the best in Peoria!

Everyone here is super friendly and make sure you are happy with what you wanted. I have short nails like short short and they worked with them making sure no matter how short they will make whatever that I want (length or design) they will make it happen

Kami did a fabulous job! They take cash and check only. Would absolutely recommend appointments. They charge $35 for a fill and 35 for a pedicure. Wonderful nice people!

My first time at this place, and im definitely coming back! I had called earlier in the day and got an appointment later that afternoon with Rachel. I can say that I have been to many nail places (all over Milwaukee, WI) and I have never had a gel nail polish that has lasted so long. Usually I get my nails done and it starts chipping a week or 2 later, well I am going on 3.5 weeks now and my nails dont have a single chip. The place was clean, great customer service, and friendly people. Will definitely be coming back!

My friend tried out this salon she was not happy. She was too shy to share a review but I am not. The owner of this salon is a terrible person. They are not being covid safe, and look at the response to the negative comment.Im sure the technicians are capable but you should not want to enrich this owner.*edit in reply to Owner*Every client walks out happier than they came in. - My friend was not happy, several other people in your reviews are not happy. I assure you not everyone who patronizes you is happy with your service. I suspect most of those people are much like my friend, to shy to assert their voice and tell people what a horrible place you have.I am not that person, I do not believe you have adjusted your covid protections at all. I know that you did not observe at least most of those when my friend visited. I refused to go in except to pay for her because it was supposed to be my gift to her. You ruined my gift to my friend.

Hands-down the BEST mani-pedi service in the area. Freddy Roba and Rachel are always kind and personable! I started coming almost a year ago and have since brought my mother and sisters on board. We love that the team remembers us and our preferences, and we always have a great experience. When I go in I know that Im going to leave feeling valued and happy with my nails. I cannot speak highly enough of their skill and attention!

We called and made an appointment for 2:15 but we arrived at 1:10 and didnt realize that we were super early because my sisters car was still on the Eastern Time Zone. Oops! We told them we could come back in a hour but they said it was fine. They were able to squeeze us in and they did a great job!

I went in and told the man that I wanted acrylic nails. He insisted on powder nails. And instead of using heat to dry my nails like they do where Im from in Georgia, he made me dry with a regular fan. I had smudgy nails with lines in them. I went to nail spa in pekin and got my acrylics and am still going there over a year now.

This establishment is fantastic! The owners are so sweet and they do a fantastic job, for a fair price. Its definitely a clean environment, dont judge it by the store front. Give Lynns a chance if youre looking for a new nail spot! You wont regret it!

Really great place to go. Great price, quality, they speak ENGLISH which is a plus. My gel nails lasted without a chip for 3 weeks when I had to take them off solely because they grew out. Customer for life!

I try to make it to Lynns nails every other Thursday! They only take appointments, but I usually forget to make my appointment later in the week and they are so nice about fitting me in during the day. They seriously treat their customers like family. I love that they help out their older customers get into the pedicure chairs and make sure they are comfortable while waiting. You dont find service and compassion like that much anymore. Highly recommend trying them!

I got a guy who was new to the acrylic and I noticed only at the end that nails were awful. They were so thick and uneven. He showed them off to another worker and she was quiet but did nothing. I was very embarrassed.

By Far The BEST Nail Shop In Peoria IL!!! They Are Fantastic!!! Very Very Nice People!!! I Highly Recommend Getting Your Nails Done Here!!

Although the rest of the reviews call this a great nail place in Peoria, Im a bit afraid of what the rest of the nail salons look like in this city if this one is considered good. The fact is... We came in before closing without an appointment but there was no one in the, but the worker Freddy was rushing and couldnt even keep lint off of the simple nail polish manicure. The whole room was covered in nail polish remnants and smelled as if they had washed the walls and carpet with straight acetone. The normal nail polishes were almost all old and dried out. At least the CND gel nail polishes were kind of okay. Im sorry for coming in without an appointment but at least tell us if you were in such a rush to finish. The decor was only half new, and the file that he used on my nails was dirty. Peoria needs to raise their nail salon standards.
