Im so upset! I went to get my nails done here for the first time and my nails are horrible. I got there dip powder nails and they are ugly shape and the color is not constant. It is light in some parts and dark in others. My nails ended up different shapes and I can see my actual nails on the sides. All I wanted was for my nails to look pretty for mothers day, especially since I havent had my nails done in a long time. I called and asked if I can go back in to get them taken off because I dont like them at all, they said it was going to be a $10 fee. 😢

Thuy was wonderful!!! She was sweet and really helped me by taking out my ingrown nails which I chronically get!!! The salon is reasonably priced. I did the Pamper Me pedicure which was $30, and it includes a massage and paraffin wax! Thuy massages my legs and feet for quite some time and the nail polish was beautifully applied at the end!I used to go to a salon in Missouri City but I moved to Pearland recently and have been looking for a salon to go to! I think I found my go-to place! Definitely recommend!!! ✨

Omg I have a new nail salon. I love how well Ken did my nails today. The best work and customer service Ive had in a long time. He did not rush but he also wasnt slow. Ken was very efficient with everything. My nails look so clean, even and my hands feel relaxed. Usually I get my nails done at other places and my hands are sore from over-drilling. I am very pleased. I will be referring everyone I know in Pearland. Very relaxing atmosphere. The even have a rewards card. That is always a bonus.

I think I finally found a go to place for dipping my nails and nail art. Normally I ask for a design that is something simple yet different and not too much because I work in a professional environment and most get it wrong but Ken gave me the right look. Also my dipped look is not bulky and the icing on the cake is that the dipping is super reasonable. My nail is the one with the design the other hand is my baby who was also happy with the service. This was our first time and we plan on going back. I would give them a try if I were you.

Ken usually does my nails, but he wasnt in today, so Kim did them & she did a wonderful job too. They take their time & they make sure youre happy. I highly recommend Thy Nails.

This establishment makes you desktop dollar without spending your last dollar. They serve drinks and have great massage chairs. Not to mention the nail techs are skilled and speak English. They make me feel comfortable enough to take a nap.

I’ve been coming to this particular nail salon for my pedicures specifically within the past year. They’ve had different owners and nail techs. But recently for the past 3 weeks I’ve come in, well tried to come in twice and the service/customer service has been HORRIBLE. I called to make an appointment because it seems when you don’t make one and you just show up they tell you 15 minutes but it ends up being 30 minutes or more. The owner tells me when I call that they do same day appointments and that they could see me at 4:30. I arrive at 4:27 and I still have to wait 15 minutes. The lady owner never acknowledges me nor does she ask me what kind of pedicure I want once I’m seated in the chair. She wizzed through my pedicure and as I’m drying my toes she asks “excuse me ma’am would you like to go ahead and pay so that I can start on my next customer” I said oh wow! Proceeded to hand her the exact amount. I’m sorry but I WILL not be coming back. The customer service is piss poor and the quality can be done better elsewhere. I just like the convenience due to them being located across the street from my apartments. Guys don’t even waste your time ! Lee’s nails off of main st. 35 is better. !

I have tried many nail salons over the years, but Thy Nails is the only one I go to now. They are professional, friendly, and I always leave happy. Angie is my go to girl for nails, but all the technicians are excellent. You wont be disappointed.

The best place ever

The place isnt as fancy as others, but its close. Their constantly changing things in the shop giving a fresh feeling, They like to make sure you are acknowledged as soon as you walk in, and your experience with them was pleasant. If theyre busy, they do their best to pace themselves carefully getting the job done but in a fashionly manner. Other then that theyre pretty great. Its small but very welcoming.

The owner and wife really need to work on their personalities and the way they interact with their customers . The wife comes off as stuck up and her friendliness doesnt seem genuine at all. They rush you when your trying to pick a color. I was asking the husband ken to show me the gel colors and his tone of voice when he responded to me saying which one was with such attitude and nastiness (he actually raised his voice alittle) as if I was Unconvincing him, and shortly after he gave the colors to me his wife Angie literally pulled them from out of my hands because I was taking to long for her! I have never had an establishment where I am spending MY MONEY treat me like that! Needless to say I didnt choose a gel color because I will not be spending extra money in a shop that is rude to me. Plus my nails came out mediocre. I am not happy.I will never come here again! To anyone reading this please go to cozy nails on pearland parkway instead! And ask for Kim! They are all great but I personally like Kim the best. Sure it is more money than this place but it is way better and they are actually nice!

I am new to Texas actually 8 days new and i recently bought the dip system for home so as you could imagine i didnt feel like doing my own. So i found this place and chose them soley because of the reviews. First thing i paid more than i would back home in VA. I paid 35 for a coffin nail tip no color and a gel clear coat..the guy was an older bald nail tech who didnt talk much but i can appreciate the line between business and conversing. He was detailed and patient although they had a slight rush. I waiting to see if i have a nail ache(that headache your fingers have when they are tight) that will determine my overall satisfaction. So far tho ill br back. Oh an they do offer soft drink cans of coke products. Large color and dip selection. It seems other nail techs like angie and Ken were highly sought after but i am still satisfied and it wasnt either of them. Welcome to Texas to me!
