Do not go here this place they will rip you off. I went here for a smog which they were happy to take my money and fail my smog. They told me I failed cause my engine light was on. I have a code reader at home and at no time has my engine light come on till I brought it here. So ok they tell me to get it fixed and bring it back they will re test for $10. I then take it home and fix the issue and bring it back. Except this time they will not touch it. Saying they wont retest it even though they were happy to test it the first time no problem. They tell me my cat converter is not certified and they will not test it. They made no mention of this ever until now. If they were honest people they would have never tested it the first place. But no they charge me for a first test knowing they were never going to pass it and the $10 re test was just a empty promise. I spoke with my family and they have had issue here to where my sister went in for a oil change and they tried to charge her over $100 for the oil change. Please go somewhere else places like this need to go away so we can trust our auto mechanics. I can not and will not recommend this place for anything.

They were all dialed in. Three bays open. A couple vehicles in process. Took a Rav 4 in for a full synthetic oil change. In and out in about 15 minutes. Crew was polite and professional. I left assured they did a good job.

The Girl in Charge has no clue what she is doing. Did not communicate properly and refused to change my cabin filter because she claimed my car doesnt have one which is crazy. I was pointing right to it and she still said my car doesnt have one. I had it changed at Jiffy Lube and I watched them do it. Also the 50/50 mix coolant they use is no good. since the fluid change my truck overheats all the time.

My father found this place and it’s a hidden gem. Great service guys are quick and easy going definitely recommend to everywhere. Gave me a half off oil change as a first customer.

I recently went here late one afternoon because it’s five minutes from my house, and my car was overheating. They were able to order the part, replace it, and have my car running like new before noon the following morning, all at a reasonable price and with great customer service. They even gave me a ride home. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future.

I came here for my smog and the only smog checker attempted to extort me for $120. He wanted me to get my oil changed and engine flushed for an under the table cash-price of $120 in order to pass my smog. When I was hesitant and not complying, he would try to scare me that hes sending my failed smog check to the DMV. He also claimed to be a manager. Literally a criminal working as a smog checker. This just happened over this last weekend. BE CAREFUL. AVOID.

Price was a bit high. But the service was excellent and the staff was efficient and courteous.

Went to get an oil change and asked if they could also replace my headlight that went out. Was told at first that they couldn’t because it was too hard to access, but then one of the other techs/mechanics (I think his name was Joshua) jumped in and changed it from underneath my car. Always have the best service and nicest people working for Valvoline.

Absolutley the best price in town for a first time oil change. Half price!!!, They have explained all details of what they will be doing. I also need a tune up and other services done. With that being said. While my car is getting a oil change they will give me a estimate of having a tune up done as well. They have some great deals going on right now on other services. I dont have the time today to have other services done, I will be returning this weekend.

Very bad buisness i went to get my oil changed on a less than 1 year old car and 2 days later my car was acting up bad and so i took it to the dealership turns out they took my intake out and didnt put it back on at all just left it sitting in there so i had to have my whole air system cleaned out and a new filter because the filter they put back was wrong too i brought them the bill and they refused to pay it and the manager was extremely rude to me had a attitude because i refused to have them do it because they are the ones who broke my car in the first place so now i am out over 400 but they will be reproted to the carb state office monday for unethical practice do not trust them with your vehicle!

Took my Dodge Journey here for a cranks wouldnt start issue diagnosed it to be a dead fuel pump. They were reasonable to install a part I bought online no issues. I had doubts about this place but the service manager proved me from any reasonable doubt. I highly recommend this place for any service needs. I will definitely recommend this care shop to future doubtful skeptical customers. Thanks again guys and awesome job.

Dont trust these guys. Theyre young and dont know what theyre talking about and arent honest. I was quoted something over the phone but when I showed up it was a different story. The guy gave in but then after telling him the issue my truck was having, he ran a quick test on my battery and blamed the very thing I told him Pep Boys fixed. He wasnt interested in helping me and didnt want to honor what I was quoted over the phone. Then he tried telling me since my battery died and I jump started it, that Id have to drive my truck 150 miles or it wont pass SMOG (referring to the drive cycle apparently). This only applies to newer vehicles not my 1993 truck . I had a coupon in the mail so I thought Id try these guys but DONT bother! Im gonna stick with California Smog Repair (ask for Gary) or Complete Car Care (ask for Billy). They are the nicest guys youll meet in the automotive industry, they know cars and are honest!

They didnt electronically submit my smog cert and then said they dont keep records of them. Really? They were very friendly and quick when I had it done but I now have to spend a couple hours at the DMV to fix their error.

I went there twice now, but the second time they got careless and didnt replace my bolts to the engine splash cover. This causes it to hang and drag and make noises. Therefore, I will never return because thats just being lazy and cost customers money to fix! Plus they dont rotate the tires or check tire pressure which they should do anyway.

I’ve come to this Valvoline shop for years and the service is always quick and thorough. The guys are friendly and give honest recommendations for repairs/replacements.

I needed a last minute oil change before heading back home, I called and Chris was so nice and let me know I could swing by though they were closin soonz I came and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. They took their time, made me feel like a friend. Chris put air into all of my tires and explained to me what was going on, and why. Joshua replaced my coolant, windshield wash, and coolant, and let me know my battery was okay. Usually when you go to get anything done with your car you DREAD it because there’s always “something” but for me my experience was so great I had to do a review, and I NEVER Do reviews. Jake got underneath my car and cleaned everything. I just feel like they took care of me, and for that I’m so grateful. Oh! I’m also so not aware of cars and what the importance of everything is so I was asking question after question after question and they didn’t hesistate to answer anything or make me feel dumb for not knowing. WOW!

Replaced oil filter and had oil change. However, when I asked if they knew how to reset the oil change required light on my vehicle, the person answerd yes. He then proceed to go through menus and mess with my radio. He obviously had no idea how to reset the light. When I told him to stop, he continued to mess with them. All of my personal settings were changed. VERY UPSET

Just had my 2004 titan worked on at valvoline express, had a couple oil changes before this and minor things will not go to any other shop then valvoline express these guys are good and professional. Again thanks to you all at valvoline express .

I took my car here for over heating. They changed the housing unit then a couple hours later it was over heating again. I took it back because I paid for a diagnostic and was not going to pay again. They then burped my car and it was fine for a couple more days, it started over heating AGAIN! I found another shop and they found that it was my water pump leaking on my timing belt.. Needless to say I will not be returning to this shop. I paid for a diagnostics on over heating...therefore, every single part of my heating system should have been looked at and it obviously wasnt. Very dissatisfied with them.
