Great service provided to my wife. The lady in the picture did a great job on my wifes finger nails. They still look good today after 5 days. She took extra care and accomplished an outstanding job on her cuticles. I would recommend Luu Luu Nails and Spa to anyone who wants to receive quality work.

They definitely need more people working I arrived at 12:23 and I’m still soaking my feet no one has attended me at all this will be the last time I ever come this sucks so bad I usually don’t mind waiting but in this case today was just not good no customer service whatsoever.

Had a pedicure today and the technician cut my skin open and I had to ask her to put medicine on it. You pay to come and relax and pay extra and the add said 10min massage and it was not even 5 minutes. They need to be taught better customer service and how to handle it better.

Very rough on my cuticles also nipped my skin under my nail with clippers. Overall poor job on acrylic and filing. Definitely overpriced!

Very poor customer service. Called ahead of time and told them my husband and I were coming (from 40 minutes away) and they said okay. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have anyone to do our nails (although there were 2 people working) and we should come tomorrow.

When the manager is not around everything is a rush job n not too nice..i had a new person tell me I was a liar about getti g my nails done at the location ! When the manager herself did them ..Sadly when they listened after the 4th time telling them my colors were found .i.i spend almost 100 bucks to b randomly told Im a liar the customer when I came to relax.He never even apologized for accusing a customer of lying ..I only come here when Im just trying to getaway n relax. But I definitely need to find a place where u listen to your customers b not told 5hey lying .My Money equals great service n this was not it today!

Not sanitary. Dirty wax was used for my eyebrows. My eyes are now covered in a rash. I get my eyebrows waxed often so this is not due to sensitive skin.Any clean salon knows you should not double dip the wax stick. That is a great way to spread things to other people. Will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and never really had any complaints until recently. It started with an eyebrow wax that went horribly wrong. The technician ripped my skin off my face and it took a month to heal. I complained to the manager and she said she would speak to her...NO Apology! I sucked it up to a mistake and came back for a mani/pedi.......This technician cut my cuticle so bad...NO Apology!!! THis place will never offer you a discount if something is wrong. Now lets fast forward to yesterday....I had a male technician who was really nice to me. The only problem i had with him is that he butchered my nails with his file and left them rigid. he also chose a different service for me but did not explain the price difference. i paid 42 for a polish change on toes and hands! I can no longer do business here. I wish the salon well.

I have been coming here for about two years; however, after today this will be my last. The young lady that was working on my pedicure was too busy trying to see who was walking in the door. She did a half ass job. While I was getting my nails dried I had to repolish them myself. They were even rude to my 8 year old daughter. When I paid the lady couldnt even say thank you. I understand it was a busy day but be blessed you had a lot of costumers that wanted your service but you dont have to worry about this one ever coming back!✌🏽

My experience was terrible. They had very few nails colors to choose from and what they did have was cheap. Multiple coats had to be applied so the color would not become sheer. My manicure was horrid, my cuticles were butchered. I pointed this put during my service and no effort was made to correct it. I was told put cuticle oil on at home and they will look better. Then she applied a meager amount of oil to pacify me. My pedicure was subpar. They had to be reminded to remove the deaf skin off my feet and clip my cuticles. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend ANYONE going there for service. I told her I would post my experience and she blew.me off, didnt even try and correct the mistake.

Wheres the button for ZERO star?Incredibly dishonest business. Hubby bought me a $100 gift card here and was assured it would be honored even if a few days beyond expiration date due to my inflexible work schedule. He confirmed with the female owner again, who said just to remind her when we come in. Upon my redeeming the GC a few days after its expiration date a few months later, owner now claimed she had NO CLUE what hubby was referring to and refused to honor the certificate nor acknowledge him. I told her I would consider calling the cosmetology state board on a different issue, as many manicurist employees are known to work illegally without licenses (common knowledge, having family in the industry). She froze with a panicked look but again brushed us off.I understand the need to put an expiration date on perishables, but it doesnt take effort to honor a service that was already prepaid to maintain good clientele relationship, especially when the terms and extenuating circumstances are agreed upon prior to purchase. Unfortunately hubby paid in cash not credit card so I couldnt ask for a charge back on her failure to honor her verbal contract.GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! If the owner can be this unethical, one can only wonder if she and her employees are replacing and/or disinfecting tools (nail files, nipers, loofah foot pads, etc) as needed, or just cutting corners to save a few bucks at the customers detriment!

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!My first visit at this nail spa was about 4 weeks ago. My husband and I both got pedicures and in addition I got a full set with colored powder. Our experience was okay but not up to par with other nail places I have been to since moving to Pearland. When I checked out my total was 80$ I asked the cashier to put 40$ cash on my card and 40$ cash. Im assuming there was a language barrier because I was charged the full 80$ on my card. I acknowledged it and the cashier gave me the 40$ cash back.I returned to the location on 4/20/19 to get a fill and my experience was worse! I expressed to the nail tech that I wanted a fill. It took 3 techs to correctly do a refill! The first lady removed my color then expressed that she didnt know how to do a fill the way i asked. After she left I waited for 30mins for someone to help finish my nails. The 2nd tech finally starts my nails but it was evident that she was inexperienced because she was taking a long time and kept looking closely at each nail as if she was worried. In addition, she was talking to another technician and laughing the entire time throughout (very unprofessional). After an hour of her doing my nails I wasnt satisfied with her progress nor the appearance so I requested for someone else to finish them. The manager fixes the best she could and explained that the tech was new and adjusting to how they operate at the location. I dismiss the mistake and pay, by this time it had been 2.5hours that I had been there.I arrive home and realize that my card was overcharged 20$ later that night. Since they were closed the following day due to Easter I went back today to correct the mistake.When I arrived I explained the issue and provided the receipt. The manager brings the cashier that overcharged me to the front and they both accused me of lying and didnt apologize about their mistake! I felt very disrespected and uncared for as a customer. She gives me the 20$ cash back but continues to try arguing with me. I express to her I was not interested in arguing and told them I would no longer do business there and leave an honest review then left!!!

On two occasions Ive had rude service. They are terrible at multi-tasking. I came in for a broken nail. They tried to soak my terribly bruised nail in acetone for 15mins while my tech goes and performs a whole pedicure.When I voiced my concerns the guy rolled his eyes at me and started speaking exasperatedly in his native tongue?! BODY LANGUAGE IS UNIVERSAL HONEY.This Friday, I walk in at 7:20. They close at 8 !!!! They had 3 people walking around. The one with blonde hair cleaning up rolled his eyes at me as soon as I walked in. The lady with glasses asked me what I wanted and offered me other services like usual. the blonde guy rushes over and speaks in his native language to the lady at the counter to tell me no. He seemed upset and ready to go home. So she kindly turned me away saying they were too busy to come back in the morning ?! Everyone saw and was appalled but, at this point I didnt want their service.Heres some advice, paint a better poker face when you speak because not everyone is a stupid American. If you hate your job, stop being miserable and leave. The manager needs to hold everyone accountable for their customer service. Im disgusted and feel sorry for your business.

Went today for a pedicure and technician Nhi is amazing first time there and she was wonderful took her time and I love the result best pedi ever ! Definitely recommend her

The first time I came I had the BEST experience. Ive been searching for a new nail place since I moved to Pearland 2 years ago. I was so excited and eagerly came back when it was time for a fill. Not only was the service lacking (the water for my pedicure was luke warm at best, the tech lacked attention to detail, I was rushed to select a color), but they nickel and dime on pricing. First I was told that if I wanted multiple colors theres a $5 upcharge....i dont think this is fair....bc there is no difference in labor or supplies, but they arent the only shop that does this. Then I was told theres an upchathe for changing a color. Then told that I should really just get a different set all together which cost even more money bc even with me changing the color and paying the additional for that, the prior color will show through. I then promptly asked her to stop the pedicure bc I wanted to go to a diff shop. At this point shed taken the polish off SOME of my toes, not all, and worked on callouses. No cut down. No cuticle work. No filing. No painting. She charged me $20 (the price of a full pedicure). I wont ever go back again. I wish I had a differwnt shop to recommend, but at the very least Id say if u value consistancy and fairness to steer clear of this shop.

If i could give 0 stars i would not only was the ac NOT WORKING but they also cut my moms toe so bad it was still bleeding when we left! The nail polish there is also so cheap it came off within 3 days! I also got my nails cut to short causing me to bleed and my toe hurt and they STILL put polish on them gross!

I went to have a manicure and polish with Gel polish on December 23. The guy said it will last a month. On December 25th a piece of gel fell off. Picture attached. Not going back

I was cut and the manicurist saw me bleeding but never apologized and just acted like it didnt happen. She was rushing and because of it my nails were all uneven. I will never go there again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to go there either.

The place opens at 10. The staff trickles in at 10:20 one by one. Manager came in with an attitude. Not a fan. Had to walk out as I was not acknowledged

HORRIBLE ! I spent $50 on my nails just for 3 of them to brake that day and when I went and got the broken ones fixed two more broke. They broke from things like opening the door. I’m livid my nails last a few hours. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Do not go to this nail salon. They mess up your nails and they are extremely rude and they talk about you the entire time youre in and Ill give you dirty looks do not go here cause I will mess up your nails we wont be able to take them off and they dont listen to anything you say .
