After long time that my nails didnt grow like they supposed to, Mrs. Van did an extraordinary job, she offered me to do dip powder instead of acrylic or shellac in order for my nails to grow healthy and strong. At first, I didnt believe that doing the dipping was going to help but here is the results. Those are my real nails in real time and Im not kidding this was my 3rd time doing it and I can tell you that what she told me was true. So, for those that have hard time to have their own nails long I really recommend you to do the dip powder product and the best of all, let Mrs. Van to do the make over on your hands. You wont regret 😊😉✌🥰

Writing this review from the parking lot because my experience was amazing. In town visiting and needed to get my nails done and a pedicure. A quick search led me here and I am NOT disappointed! Ive been getting my nails done for YEARS and today was the first time I received a recommendation for proper shaping of my nails. Van recommended coffin shape according to my nail bed and they turned out perfect!! Oh the pedicure (sorry I didnt get her name) was amazing as well. If youre from here or visiting, go see these ladies!! ❤#iamHappy

I went there on a Sunday. It was only 2 people being serviced at the time. Walked in and went to the receptionist desk and waited for someone to help me. Nobody said a word did not even acknowledge my presence. I took out my phone and I waited about two-three minutes. A woman who worked there looked my dead in my eyes and still continued to sweep. I turned to leave and that’s when someone said “Hello, may I help you.” By that time it was too late. I don’t mind waiting but at least acknowledge me and say “I’ll be right with you or something.” I don’t think that is too much to ask. Needless to say, they’ll never get my business.

Vann does an excellent job on my nails! The staff is very cordial. I will definitely be back.

They have great prices but are always an hour or more behind even when you make an appointment. They lie to you so you can make the appointment knowing that it’s going to be late. They will no longer have my services. They could at least be honest.

I went to happy nails yesterday with my cousin for a pedicure and the staff were all nice and friendly. The only downside is even though we had an appointment we had to wait a little which was fine because the wait was worth it!

I got my nails done for my wedding photoshoot by Van and it was absolutely gorgeous! This place is spotless and clean! Van takes very good care of her customer and ensure the safety of everybody! She checks your temperature, and sanitize the station after every customer! I usually go in the morning/lunch time to avoid busy hours! Highly recommend!

What an awesome place! I was there a couple weeks ago and there was a long wait of over an hour so the front desk guy politely asked me if I could come back the next day unfortunately I was traveling out of the state but really appreciated him being so polite and honest.Went back today but called 1st and they had an opening! My tech Ann was so nice, warm and friendly. She was very careful and gentle and kept checking in on me periodically to make sure I wasnt uncomfortable. She cut and filed my nails just the way I asked. Im definitely going back here and I only paid $25 for cutting down acrylic nails, refill and regular polish!

I went there yesterday for a gel set and a few of my nails didnt cure. They are all bumpy and squishy now and a couple have peeled off some.... really feels like a waste of money tbh... Also, I left with a small cut on my pinky.Update: I did call in about fixing my nails and it seemed like they didnt really want to fix them. Kept trying to make me come in at a way later date even though I said i work during the week and cannot come in. Definitely will not be going back

I brought my sisters here to celebrate a birthday. The service was OUTSTANDING and considering that we are in a pandemic environment. The salon was extremely clean and COVID sensitive. Highly recommended?

The manager Van is amazing! Not only are the services good, but she will accommodate you in any way and she goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience is good. I had an issue with one of my nails ( done by a different tech) she saw me 1 minute before closing, took all of my nails off and gave me a beautiful full set with dip. She did not have to spend her time re- doing all of my nails, but she did and I am so appreciative of that. I would highly recommend. Very clean salon as well.

This place is wonderful! As soon as I walked in they were right there to help! My nail tech was JoAnn and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I LOVE my nails. The manager/owner was there constantly making sure everyone was taken care of and asked if I needed anything. The atmosphere is just a happy one. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this place.

I really dont know where to begin, I have had problems every time I go to this place. A friend of mines recommended it to me, however, it seems as though the owner picks and chooses who she wants to treat appropriately. Ive had the biggest, bulkiest nails before. Only because I said I like them a little thicker than what they provide, because they are normally really thin and left easily. They thought they would make jokes and make the nails very big and wide. after complaining, another nail tech had to redo them. although, every time I go, I have problem after problem I continue to give them a chance. After my last experience Im not going back. I made an appointment with the one nail tech that I like. they accept walkins but the manager looks at me funny when I walk in and says you didnt make an appointment. Therefore, I made an appointment only to get there and the nail tech had called in for the day. No one cared to call me and say so. When I arrive for my appointment no one greets me. After about ten minutes and me steady looking for someone to acknowledge the manager finally comes over and says the person is not there and she will have to let someone else to my nails. I was very upset because Ive had bad experiences with other people there. Surely, I went ahead and let the other person do them and it was a disaster. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere and having the nails removed. The staff is unprofessional, they dont like for you to tell them how you want your nails. the manager says Im a very picky person. I told them I come there regularly and pay lots of money and I should leave as a pleased customer with my monies worth.

I went in for the first time on Saturday and it was not very busy.. I was able to sit down immediately. I received a pearl pedicure and and a color full set. The nail tech was great I showed him a picture of what I wanted which consisted of different designs. He was able to match it to the t Unfortunately I never got his name.. But my pedicure on the other hand was beneath mediocre.. I thought the Pearl Package was like the ultimate. There is still dead skin and cuticles on my feet. The shellac polish that is on my get have began to peel. There was not a thorough massage given. She basically just rubbed my feet and legs.. When I said something she basically just continued doing the same thing. There was approx 5 coats put on my toes and like I said still peeling.. Would recommend for nails but not toes.. Sorry..

I went to this nail salon today and Van did my manicure using SNS powder. She was friendly, efficient, and did a good job. Her work is high quality and I am very glad I stopped in.

My husband and i went for pedicures, but got there right at closing time. They brought us in and were very nice and helpful!! We were there well after closing, but never felt rushed and received top notch service! Both the techs and the manager were great. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Love the variety of colors for gel and shellac. The deluxe pedicure is a must with 15 minutes foot massage.

Such a lovely place!! I brought my gf there on Saturday. The owner was so nice and very welcoming when we came!! The place looks really nice and is very well decorated! Everything about this place just makes you feel so relaxed and comfy. My gf who has been here before says she loves the gel manicure which was long-lasting and there are tons of pretty nails colors! Now I have to go spend more money at another Salon having the rest of these removed and more put on.

I’m actually disappointed. Due to the reviews I decided to try this place out because I needed a new nail salon to go to. However, on here it says they open for 9:30. The sign on the door says 9:30 as well; however, I sat in my car almost 30 mins waiting for this place to open. It was not open at all. That is a very bad impression & bad business!!! I arrived at 9:27 & left @ 9:50 after sitting in my hot car. Very upset that this place didn’t live up to their business hours. So I gave my $$$ /business to the nail shop up the street. #lostClient

It was my first time visiting and I got a mani and pedi. My toe nails got fungus as a result of it and it took 3 months to heal. I will never go back and I dont recommend anyone who is looking for a clean salon to go either.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was a loyal customer even though the ower is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I went I made an appointment with the same nail tech who always did great on my nails. Well she was let go but she still recommend I stay there. Long story short they talked very bad about the ex employee when i mentioned her it was very unprofessional. owner is VERY rude as I state again. They make you feel uncomfortable bc they blatantly talk about you they literally point and laugh at you in your face. I made an appointment with Rita and the owner purposefully put someone else on my feet knowing I asked for Rita. When I seen Rita to tell her the owner made it seem as it was my fault... And on top of all that the guy Brandon who did my nails did horrible. Its annoying bc hes always bragging about how good he is when his work is really mediocre. I went to Maui Nail Spa yesterday evening about 6pm, I live in the area and Ive always thought about trying them out. So when i went it i wasnt greeted properly, I walked in the door and got the response, what do you want today no hello, how are you, nothing. As i was seated, I saw that they have complimentary wine and or water, I wasnt offered not nothing. The lady that actually did my nails did the shape good, but when it came to doing my simple design, she asked a lady by the name of Helen to do it for her. Helen was extremely rude, worst nail tech Ive met in my life. After she did my design, i felt that the design wasnt done correctly so, i turned around and asked her if she could put two little line in the blank spaces and she told me NO and i was so surprised she told me NO and i asked her again, showing her my nail, and she slightly pushed me and my hand away!!! I believe she started talking to the nail tech that did my actual nails telling her, everyone crowded around me and was looking at my nails....HOW RUDE AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! Helen kept saying NO shes not fixing it. It took another nail tech to put two little lines on my nail. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT NAIL SHOP, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....Ill simply continue to go to Lexus Nails and Spa on Shadow Creek Parkway to get my nails done, there amazing there.

I just moved to Pearland and tried this place. Do not recommend. The salon atmosphere is ok, not the best Ive been to before. The problem is the guy doing my shellac mani nicked my finger and I bled for a while. He also made my nails oddly shaped and I had to ask him to file some more on a couple of fingers to make them smooth. BIGGEST complaint, is the guy that did my pedi scrubbed so hard on my heels, that Im hurt today. I cant walk on my heels! Also, they didnt rub my shoulders, offer me a beverage, and it still cost 65$. Pick a new place!

I will not recommend this place to anyone . i did my nails on saturday evening at 6 pm and by monday evening, my nails were chipped and my nail polish colors were two different colors! i came here with great expectation. i am very disappointed. i went there on wednesday evening to show them the nails and they replied it because you wash your hands so much and regular naisl just stay for a day or two. who says that? i have got my nails done before and im very disappointed because i spent $55 and on a delux package. very upset and bad customer service.

Paid $95 for a pedicure and dip powder that is completely uneven and way too thick. Wont be back.
