Next time I will make an appointment and ask for one of them in specific. Dont take me wrong.... front desk lady is super sweet and she wants to make sure everything is taken care of but this is the result of multitasking. I am not saying she is not technically sound because she might be but when you are in a rush trying to finish my nails while also greeting customers coming in and assigning them, this is what happens. I think it might have been best if she would have left the last lady that was helping me finish my hands instead of rushing her to take care of another customer and for her to take over.... my toes look way better than my hands :(

I was given different prices and still ended up leaving with old polish from my previous showing through all of my nails when I told them I could see it they said it was dark inside so that’s why she didn’t notice. No one offered to fix or cover it and still charged me full price. Not only that she tried to charge me an extra five dollars for shaping them?! Would not recommend

They were very good at opening, now they are getting worse, simplest design took forever and yet not the same as the picture got bored and ask for only french lines i was very annoyed by their service although i paid a lot and my nails was not clean enough

Alex did an AMAZING job on my nails. I provided him a picture of my favorite nail design done previously when I lived in Hawaii and HE NAILED IT!!! If you see the neon pastel color paint drip design that’s it and I’ve found a new nail spa and Alex 💕

I wish I could give it no stars. I came in on July 5th to get an ombré refill and brow wax. They were flies ana gnats everywhere. The lady that did my wax ended up putting wax in my hair and tried to just pull it out. At this point I’m livid. She the proceeds to tell me just leave it she’ll get it.. oh no ma’am. She is also the lady that started on my nails she filed them all the way down and then walked away. In comes this lady that was obviously running late and sat down to do my nails. By day 3 my nails began to lift- all of them. I come back in on today- July 10th only to be told that I have to wait 2 hrs to get them redone. The owner asked me for my phone number and last 4 of my card. I told her I didn’t have that type of time to wait and told her I’d rather a refund. She said okay let me look it up. She them back doors and says that the website says that they don’t do refunds, which is not true. It’s not listed anywhere. She comes over and says well the nail tech that did your nails was new- her first time. You can only image the look on my face at this point. Never again. Reporting this shop to the BBB.

This is by far my FAVORITE nail salon in Pearland!!! I have been to a lot of them and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here before. The technicians are very professional and friendly. Thy make you feel like family. I love my nail techs and the owner! Ask for Loan, Maddie, Kevin! Best massages EVER!

I had a great experience at Nail Ganic! They have the best pedicure spa services, and they always do cutely designed nails and full sets!

Came in on a rainy day of the early weekend. Hoping to get my nails done before heading out for dinner date. Did not get disappointed. I was greeting friendly at the door by the manager. since it’s rainy I thought the place would be dead but I was wrong. They were packed. Didn’t have to wait long? Just 5 mins enough to wash hand and pick my fav drink: strawberry magarita on ice. I got seated in Alex desk to get full set done. Thoughts of having simple nail? It got wild after he discussed the design which show my personality and custom for Early Spring dinner date. Perfect! From the length, shape, color, design details to glossy finish. It’s hard to find things to complain. He knows what he’s doing and very good at explaining why and what to expect. Very pleased for the amount of the charge to how my nail look. totally recommend Alex. Hand down to the very best full set I had. Will be back in the couple weeks for another surprise and bring my family here. Things could go wrong with nails somehow, with Alex: Nope.Keep up the work Nailganic.

I have been looking for a good nail salon in Pearland for a really long time. I have tried almost every single nail salon in the area, but nothing compares to Nail Ganic. The staff has excellent customer service, and the place is well kept and clean. I had my nails done at this place, and I was not stratified with the end result. I told the manager/business owner about my concerns, and she took care of me. LOVED the end results. Also, they will take you in and give you the same customer service if you end up going a few minutes before closing. Love this place!

When they first opened I gave it a try... My nails had bubbles and it took me like an hour to get a seat, then like another hour to get a manicurist come to me. I explained the lady owner I wanted shellac and she asked me several times trying to upsell something I didnt want. I came here, made a bad review and got an answer from the owner who asked me to go back... When I got there she told me almost lecturing me about the review I had placed, she even asked me to make a new (good) review, which she waited and even saw me writing to make sure I did, fixed my nails and I went back again for another shot since I was pleased with the service I had the last time. A couple weeks later went back for a refill she sat me with somebody she described as a new tech, this guy almost removed all my nails, seemed rude, grabbed my fingers really hard and use nail tip to clean the mess he was doing... He asked me to go wash my hands and I came back to the owner telling her I was not comfortable with the guy and that I was coming back whenever any of the others were free. Came back around 4 waited again like 30 min and then I was pleased.It is just exhausting, I thought I was never going to find a place where I could be treated like a customer and feel appreciated. I am going to a new place now, (not saying the name out of respect), really close from there, not as fancy but you are treating with professionals who appreciate you and your business, where they dont try to make you change your mind so they can make more money but in the other hand they recommend and try to please you as much as they can.Recommendation: value your customers they are the best thing you have.Customers: Do not come here, overpriced service, poor looking nails.

Ive been coming here for over a year and the person that did a good job is no longer there and now its the same, after about 4 days it looks like I havent even received a pedicure and thats ridiculous I dont think Ill be going back.

I’ve received a pedicure from this place. I was partially disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I was rushed. I was rushed to pick the color I wanted. I was rushed to sit in the chair. The pedicure was going okay until 6 people walked in within 10 minutes, and that is when the remainder of my pedicure became rushed. The gel polish (which is $15 extra) was painted on sloppily. She filed my polish after the uv drying which scraped off some of my polish. $51 later, a horrible job done. With social distancing going on, there should have been limited people being scheduled for appointments. Why was I rushed? I don’t know. I don’t know about anyone else but when you go to a nice nail shop in a very nice area, you expect quality service. It’s not fair that these salons take our money and rush the service! There are a lot of salons doing this and they should stop! I even tipped the tech, paid, and left peacefully to not cause commotion. I also have a receipt to prove I was there. It was also my first and last time going to this nail salon. I do not recommend this place.

Ive been to many nail shops before and this by far is the best. Everyone is so friendly especially Courtney she greets you as you walk in and helps you with anything you need. The nail techs do an awesome job on your nails as well. This place is so clean and smells so good. If your looking for a nail shop this should be your first stop.

I would have given 4-5 if the workers were following safety/sanitation/wearing a mask over their nose and NOT under their chins!Not going back, because I do not want to get exposed to covid-19 through no fault of my own.

I went in today for a new set of nails and a pedicure, Andy did my nails 💅and Dan did my pedicure. These two guys are awesome. Andy did my nails just like I asked him and Dan was putting me to sleep 😴in the chair while doing my pedicure. I will definitely make NailGanic my go to nail shop as long as Andy and Dan are there.

Booked a Couples appointment for 4 people and John, was AMAZING! John provides us with the best service as well as the nail technicians. They have gained loyalty in me as well as my friend and her husband. Definitely recommend this place!! 😀

Gina did a great job on my French manicure. Mary has done my pedicure twice now and she was super sweet. Massages are with the the timer so you get the full 15 minutes too.

My daughter and I had a great experience here today. Courtney is the owner and very hospitable. Khiet, Nancy and Gina did our nails today and we were very pleased. Definitely recommend!

Courtney & Loan were exceptional..

When they first opened they were excellent. I wanted to give the new salon a try. After a few visits I was happy that I found a new nail salon. Now things have recently changed! All of the good nail techs have left. You see mostly men. I recently visited and will NOT be returning!! I received a refill and pedicure..my polish on my nails look lumpy with streaks. My toes were filed uneven and the gentleman had the audacity to tell me my toe nail was straight. We were literally ARGUING in the nail salon. It was to the point I told him to remove the polish from all my toe nails and let me leave!!! They have become unprofessional and did I mention I was in there for OVER 3 HOURS!!! Looks can be deceiving which is probably why all the good nail techs who started their have LEFT!! Dont let the look of the nail salon or the drinks fool you!!! Did I mention they will not cut/trim your cuticles unless you pay an extra $5! I have never heard of that for as long as I have been getting my nails done. They are robbing people for money and doing a POOR JOB WITH POOR SERVICE!! I will be going to get this polish removed and repolished from another salon. Think twice before coming here!!

Just sharing my experience here!These are my nails after 2-days I got them at NailGanic in Broadway (near Kingsley)! The status was same even yesterday 1-day after I got them done! (All nails cracked and chipped)I went there today to get my money back. The owner said they dont do refund and only do repairs. I stayed there 40 minutes and they did not start my work. They picked the new customers but not me! Of course! They would pay and I wouldn’t!Left the place and called to book an appointment for the afternoon. Booked an appointment for 4:00 pm and when I got there the manager said you didn’t have and appointment!! Need to wait here! Waited for 40 minutes... no one came to me! I just couldn’t stand it anymore and came out!

Loosing my interest with the service

I have tried several nail salons in SCR and this is the first time I felt like I found my spot. They are suuuuper clean, have more color options than Ive ever seen. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Ben did my nails, I usually dont trim my cuticles bc 9 times out of 10 the tech cuts me. He was so gentle & love how he did my nails. They just opened so give them a little grace on being short staffed, they are trying really hard to find high quality technicians.

Its very disappointing when businesses use false advertising. Per the website if you sign up you can receive 20%off ..Well I usually go to Fashio Nails (I have no issues with them) but this place looked nice and clean so I figured Id try somewhere new. I pulled into the parking lot signed up and received my discount code in minutes via text. I walked thru the door and let the receptionist know that I would like a classic pedi and I have their promo code. She infoms me that my code is old and no longer valid. I show her the time stamp reflecting that it was received less than 5 mins ago. She asks her manager and he once again refused to honor the promo code. I then ask what about the sign you have hanging outside saying 10%off all services needless to say my questions went unanswered. Instead the receptionist started giving me help picking out polish ( I never asked for help with polish) . I am a customer service manager of a fortune 500 company and I know I have high expectations but offering water is not good customer service. A small business is built on its integrity and nothing else. There are nail shops everywhere, this place is not out of the ordinary...you would think the experience would be exemplary with them being relatively new. I pride myself on supporting small up and coming businesses but this is one I wont use again.**** The young lady who did my pedicure (yes, I still got the pedicure) was nice enough. I have nothing bad to say about her or her services and she will be tipped just in case you were wondering ... But this place needs to update their website/signage and hirer new management ( the manager should have come to greet me,apologize, and explain why the promo code was no longer valid )**** The guy at the front desk gave me the the discount.... He said I should have told them I had the code 🤔... I tried to explain that I did but I just gave up and let it be. Thank you for honoring the code . I wont be back but I will slightly adjust my rating

I thought I’d give local businesses support so I came to try out Nail Ganic after reading few reviews online and lets just say the service/experience was terrible for me. The lady who did my shellac manicure was in a hurry to finish. She was on the phone as she was doing my nails and when she wasn’t she was complaining about the color I picked out. Also the massage you receive with the manicure was literally a minute less with both hands. To top it off as she said “thank you, you’re all done” there was nail polish outside of my nails. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.When I went to go pay the front desk guy asked how my service was and I told him not the best and he didn’t even care or show any concern to try to understand why I made that type of statement. What’s the point of asking then?!Terrible experience overall.
