Cheryl was wonderful, answered all my questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the Neptune Society. I purchased their services for myself after losing my husband unexpectedly. The Neptune Societys assistance after his death was wonderful. They handled everything at a time when I wasnt prepared to deal with a lot of paperwork.
I would highly recommend making such arrangements in advance so you will have control over how you want your remains handled at the time of your death. This is much better than an insurance policy because the expenses are all made in advance and are much cheaper than when they have to be done by survivors. If you do this for yourself instead of leaving it to your relatives, you will not be swayed as much by emotion and can make decisions logically and sensibly.
We made arrangements for my fathers cremation. The representative we were assigned to was lovely. But once we set up the process, every time I called in to ask a question, the reception was horrible, inconsiderate and insensitive. The last call I made to find out if the date and time of my fathers cremation, I was hung up on twice, interrupted to shuttle me off into a non existent voicemail. I called back from a different phone number and finally put though to the women responsible for our relationship. This type of treatment happened a few times.Incredible that I would receive comcast type customer service from a funeral home!!
Working with Neptune Society was easy, and the staff were thoughtful and explained everything well. I feel relieved that I have all the necessary steps completed, which will make things easier on my family when my time arrives.
Neptune society is simple and easy. Great to have things taken care for those left behind with a lot of work to do .
It was easy and fast to set up. People there are friendly curtious and professional and knowledgeable.
I lost my son Keith unexpectedly on October 19, 2020. During this emotional and difficult time for our family, Ms. Wylie was always compassionate and caring when she contacted me. Because of Covid and me having to deal with everything from the East Coast, Ms. Moses was also instrumental in guiding us through this devastating process.
My mother and I used the services of the Neptune Society of Walnut Creek when my dad passed away a decade ago, and were absolutely amazed at the professional, yet compassionate treatment we received. I required their services again this past year when my beloved mom herself passed, and again their professionalism and compassion shone through. They made an extremely difficult time so much easier to deal with, and I highly recommend their services in every capacity.
Bari was professional, courteous, and went beyond to find out information and relay it to me. My brothers case ended up taking 8 months to complete, and Bari was in contact the whole time.My experience with Neptune was excellent.
My mom had a prepaid plan. Neptune society was very helpful, timely, and caring. One bit of advise, I was told you can ignore the restricted parking signs next to the building. Neptune has only 2 assigned places, so it is OK to park in adjacent places at the Walnut creek location.
My Uncle purchased a policy with Neptune Society for my Dad. I don’t know what I would have done without them I recommend EVERYONE get one to make it easier on the family you leave behind. All the employees were so kind, calm and patient and Kelly Wylie was absolutely WONDERFUL. I just loved her!
Pleasant, thorough, responsive, and caring.
My wife passed in Aug. 2010 and we were recommended to this place and they took very good care of everything and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Our experience with Neptune Society was wonderful. They explained their program clearly, they helped us plan for our uncles affairs, and they were very professional in all respects.
I purchased a policy for my funeral.
