My go-to nail salon! I’ve been going for years and they never fail me. It’s so clean, reasonably priced, and the ladies are wonderful!

This is the only nail salon I will go to. There are other reviews about the staff being unfriendly, but I’ve been going here for years every two weeks and have never gotten anyone that has been rude. All of the employees are so nice, and every time my nails come out looking amazing. I highly recommend that people check this place out!

Eva is my go to tech, and I recommend making an appointment with any of your favorite technicians. I have had service by most and they’re all great! Very friendly and professional.

Went for the full hydro and hot stone massage pedicure and it was amAZING and so worth it. Three of us made appointments around 4:30pm on a weeknight and the salon workers really took their time with the massages.They have this large wall of a plethora of colors and it lights up and is fun. There’s also a TV across from the pedicure station if that suits you.

Really disappointed in this place. It was clean and there was a nice selection of polish. They are also taking temperatures, etc. However, I had the third listed type of pedicure and I was there for a total of 17 minutes. Everything was very rushed and for the price was not a great experience. There was no one else in the salon and the attendant went immediately back to her phone to watch a show. They were all on their phones or watching tv but then rushed through my pedicure? There are plenty of other places in the area for the same price that are much better.

Very clean and nice selection of polish. Select staff arent friendly and may be pushy about getting both manicure and pedicure done. I felt very out of place as well, speaking as a minority.

I’ve been coming here a while now and have never had any problems with my nails! Lilly is my favorite, she pays great attention to detail but also gets me in and out pretty quickly. My acrylic nails always last at least a few weeks between fills.

A good pedicure. Not great, there were spots missed in callus removal and one foot/leg was massaged for a solid 4mins and then the next for 90seconds. Ill go back and request another technician.

I have a nail place way closer to my house but this place is great! My nails always look amazing, they know what theyre doing and prices arent bad! Ive had my acrylics done for upwards of 60 to 80 dollars at other businesses. The highest Ive ever paid here is 45. Their color selection is awesome and Im always happy when I leave. Im suggesting going there to everyone I know.

I visited Brilliant Nail Bar today (1st time) and was really taken care of by a nail technician. She was so friendly and accomadating while doing my pedicure and followed an exact picture I showed her from Pinterest on my nails. I booked my next appointment with her before leaving because I feel like the attention to detail & kindness was worth another visit. The selection of polish, gel and dip powder is really great. There were many regulars there at the same time, who seemed well taken care of.

I have been going to this place since a few years. A recent incident has disturbed me - thanks to Thanksgiving rush, one of the staff (obviously inexperienced) did a terrible job on my gel nails. The polish chipped the next day which they fixed for 2 nails. Other nails chipped too in the next few days. I let it be, who has the time ? When I went after 2 weeks, the removal took 45 minutes of repeated acetone application and tons of scrapping, NO APOLOGY !!! HORRID service and so much attitude. Mistakes happen, an apology is all that is needed.

The man that did my nails had no customer service ability at all will not return .... went back had great service. The male I spoke about was the young man not the owner. Had great service today my nails look great. Good place to go.

Awesome place for services! Johnny has been my go to for 18 months and my nails / feet look perfect every time. Im very picky and this shop really delivers a great experience no matter who you use!

I have been to this place multiple times, there have been few technicians that i liked in past however they have all left. The service I have received as a walk in customer has been really bad. Most of the time they rush and end up cutting my cuticles too deep. Instead of being relaxed, i was stressed the whole mani pedi session. Even after notifying the technician, there was no apology or no change in the way. Extremely disappointed and never going to this place again.I would avoid this place at any cost.

I have been to this places many times before and the only reason I will never come back is that the vast majority of the ladies are so rude! Recommend you to find another place where you can relax and feel well treated!

Ive been going there for over a year, and I I am very happy with anyone I receive services from. Ava is my usual technician, and she is amazing! I used to go to my prior nail salon for four years, and Im happy Im coming here instead.

My nails look awesome thanks to them! Ive been going there regularly for over a year and think they are terrific! Especially like the included quick shoulder massage and beverage offer. Nice service touches!

Great environment and friendly staff. Sometimes a little rough on the process getting gel off. My gel fill manicures can last over three weeks.

I came in Saturday and it’s been two days and my nails look absolutely horrible . I got a full set of acrylic & it looks like I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them removed. That was my first visit (I thought it being “Preston” they would be really good) and also my last visit . On the plus side the pedicure was okay... the whole ten minutes. What a disappointment

A deluxe pedicure for $35 that included an extremely brief massage and 1 coat of polish. The entire service lasted 22 minutes. Disappointing and rushed service especially since there were only 4 customers and the salon was not busy. I have paid this amount of money at other nail salons and the service is 45 minutes with a decent leg massage.

I have followed Amy around for 9 years from her last place to here. What a beautiful clean nail spa. Everyone is friendly. Services are great and at fair market prices. The extras make you feel Iike you are on vacation at a spa. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

The ladies there are great! Theres never a long wait. If your nails should have any issues after they work on them, theyll fix it at no charge. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Great people! I have been seeing Julie for my pedicures for many years, since this same group was just up the road at Preston Corners, theyre always so accommodating and friendly. I enjoy going here once a month.

First time at this salon and they are bad. They hurry things through to accommodate waiting customers. Nail filing and polishing was shoddy. Left my nails worse than before. And they hardly do any exfoliation

Nice place!

They are okay, mainly just a convience, as they are good with taking in walk-ins. I got liquid gel fill-ins each time I went in, but they are inconsistent I am more often than not, left feeling like the job they do is not worth the money I pay.

Kudos to McKenzie !! She was fabulous, we talked & I got a few extras that I havent found at other nail spas!! Beautiful decor & everyone was so friendly. Brilliant Nail Bar Of Preston would get 6 stars if Google had that option!

Absolutely poor customer service. Rude employees. I told them I did not want my nails filed, yet he continued to file my nails down to my skin and it hurt! I told him to stop, but he just looked at me and said “well it’s not my fault they are short.” The Asian guy that did my nails had a girlfriend and they both were rude to me and my friend. Do not go here unless you want to leave pissed. I asked to speak to their boss and they threatened to call the cops on us. Will never go here again.

Personally, I have gone to this place multiple times and have given them multiple chances with doing my acrylic nails, but they continue to always come out thick, and boxy and very uneven. The process is also aggravating and uncomfortable as the last time I went the lady cut the skin above my cuticle. Although the staff is kind, I have given this place too many tries, and will not be returning.

I never want to go to another nail salon. Never knew it existed until I got a gift card as a for the place. I only get acrylic nails and they gave me the best acrylic nail job Ive ever had. The atmosphere is nice, however they are always very busy but they do seat you and have a nail technician with you shortly. They are a little pricy but its to be expected in an area like preston. My acrylic fill-ins were $35 last time I was there but I do also get them painted with gel polish. I highly recommend this place.

They are so inconsistent. Got a gel manicure with acrylics and they started to peel the same night. They fixed it for free but what a waste of time. This is the second time Ive had to do this.

Horrible place. Got a full set two days ago and the gel is already half way off and the full set is already lifting up. Also my nails kept burning when she had me put them under the light to dry. Never ever will i be going to this plave ever again!
