They are pros at what they do! They will answer all your questions, they dont rush you. They have all kinds of different machinerys to get your job done easily and quickly!

The desk ladies are nice and helpful. They have mice vending machines. Its the only place in kc that has a gas powered t post driver. When you need to get 120 t posts in the ground in under 3 hours its the way to go. Please hit the like button

I have used Hertz Equipment Rental many of times in the beginning of starting my new business. I have used them so much as far as generators and platform lift equipment that now I have created an account with them. They have come in handy on short notice when I need equipment fast. The staff and mechanics always make me feel welcomed. My venue has been very productive thanks to them. At one time I needed a large boom lift to set up lights that I didnt know would be delivered so late. I had it delivered within the hour of calling. Very happy to be working with them! I may be a bit biased as I work for this company. They take care of their equipment by cleaning it and inspecting it every time it comes back off of rent. They follow a strict maintenance schedule in both preventative maintenance and safety inspections. They also offer safety and operation training for all of the equipment they rent out.

Easy to work with for small business owners equipment rental

I was driving behind a Herc Rental flatbed truck that was carrying a backhoe and being driven by a Herc employee. Rocks came off of the deck and cracked my windshield. Kansas Highway Patrol happened to be there driving next to me and stopped the truck. We exchanged information and the officer told the Herc driver to repair the windshield.I have been calling into the supervisor for over a month - Mike Martinez - and he took my call that very day but now will no longer accept my calls and I have left numerous messages. He told me the first day that he would get me his insurance information and would call me back. I have been patient, and I have even called the driver back - Greg Hogan - asking him to help me get through to Mike. All I want is my windshield repaired as prescribed by the officer...The lack of reply from the “management” when this should be a very easy insurance claim is untenable.
