After the ALASKAN WINTER WEATHER we had .... i have been out of water for a week. My nail tech, Tiffany, asked me how i was doing while she was giving me my pedi. and i told her i was doing good other than i still do not have running water. Tiffany and the owners told me to fill up my five gallon jugs inside their shop, so i would have water at home. today is Monday (a week later) and still have no water. But the service here is great. The Owners, Kevin and his wife and Tiffany are amazing and sweet people. I like this nail salon, and Tiffany does a wonderful job with my manicures and pedicures.

If I could provide zero stars I would. This salon, the owner, and store manager are very rude and have been on numerous occasions I have tried to patronize this location. They barely greeted me and the owner looked at me and started laughing and making comments to the staff. Very disrespectful and it has happened before to both myself and my mother. I will NOT return to this location.Clients are better off going down the road to Legendary Nails & Spa on the same street near Costco (Business Center Drive). Legendary Nails greeted me with respect and were very accommodating as well as providing great service.I am very dissatisfied with this Nails of America, do not waste your time going here.

I have been doing my nails at Nails of America for almost a year now since I moved back to Pearland. From the very first time I walked in, the owner Tina, made sure I was taken care of as I had literally just came from a horrible experience at a salon down the street. Since then I have seen Kaelyn twice a month. She always does an excellent job on my nails and eyebrows! The owners are the sweetest and are always so welcoming! I highly recommend Nails of America!

The customer service here is horrible they lie about their hours it’s not what it is online nor on their door and people are rude i’ll never go there again. And this happened more than once. I tried to give them another shot however the outcome was the same

In the many times ive came here today was the worst experience I have had with this nail place. I was burned when the dip was being taken off repeatedly and cut on my pinky and pointer finger. I also have little gash/cut under my ring finger nail. This was a terrible experience. Not every employee is bad but I believe that only some nail techs know specific nail techniques, so get with the people that do exactly what you want.

Nails of America is my favorite place to get my nails and toes done. I have been going for several years now and everyone there treats me and my mom like family. Ive never experienced such heart-warming service from a nail salon. At Christmas they gave us hand lotions and for my moms birthday they gave her a large bottle of body lotion. They go above and beyond to make you feel special. Our go-to girls are always Katie and Kaylyn. We always have so much fun with these two. Its like getting your nails done with your best friends. We have sincerely development a relationship with the amazing ladies and its the highlight of our month when we get to see them both!

Nothing to brag about. It is a clean place, nice chairs. I went in for a pedicure and manicure and the lady hardly tried to remove the cuticles I had to ask her to redo some of my toes and fingers. The massage that comes with the pedicure and manicure is the equivalent of just being rubbed down with lotion no message whatsoever. The classic pedicure cost $27 and I didn’t think it was worth it honestly.

Mylien did a wonderful job on my fingernails yesterday. I went in for a chrome polish and it looks beautiful. She was also very gentle.

I always have Kevin do my nails, he does a fantastic job and I always get compliments even from total strangers. Tim is my go to for pedicures, he takes his time and my toes always feels better after he is done and they look beautiful. Even after my first visit with Tim he remembered me by name, they all make me feel important when I visit. The owner, Tina, gives me a hug and has been known to give me a nice shoulder massage while my nails are being done. I highly recommend NOA.

Terrible service and too expensive. I went for a manicure (dip powder) and pedicure. She proceeded in dipping my nails first, not cleaning my cuticles. I thought well maybe they do things different here. She then finished my nails and left.I thought maybe she went to go get the tools. I had to ask why the lady didnt do my manicure. She had the audacity to tell me my cuticles looked fine so she didnt see a reason to do it. I was in disbelief!M cuticles were cut up after that and the dip was so thick. Needless to say I will never go back.

I got the dip powder. The person who did my nails was very rough. He ran the nail polisher thing too high and it cut my finger. In all the times I’ve got my nails I’ve never got cut that bad. The finishing sheer coat started chipping off in the first week. And it was more expensive than the place I regularly go too.The only good thing is that the atmosphere was nicely appointed.

A young girl did my pedicure and totally messed up my toe nails. Horrible experience, but the lady that did my manicure was great. Rule of thumb always go for the more experience workers. I am up dating my last post. I have been back to this nail shop twice since my first experience and I can honestly say I HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE. 5 STARS

2 visits with the wife and its nothing to write home about. Both visits had a lackluster performance from the crew on both of us. On the most recent visit the lady doing my feet hurt my big toe. Not a go-to place.

If i could give no stars I would. There was a lady who put her hands on my mother and was being very disrespectful. she was talking about my mom and made a mistake on the nails. my mom asked for square shape and the nail tech made them round. she made them short and my mother wanted long. the nail tech then said she was going to remove the nails and make my mother pay for the mistake. my mother an I also got a pedicure and the nail techs didnt even massage us and rushed. everyone in there was UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY

Love this place I’ve gone several times with my co-workers, a birthday brunch with friends and just on my own. Never had a bad experience with them as far as my nails. If you know what you want to get they can do it! I’ve done different shapes long or short and again perfect! I love Anh and Amy:-) they are my go to. And if they do something you don’t like tell them to fix it and it’ll get fixed. Again I’ve never walked out not pleased. I get shellac on nails(last two-three weeks) and feet (last a month of necessary). I type all day at work so i definitely use my nails and they are THIN i do not like bulky thick nails and they always are perfect! Thanks Anh and Amy!

They kept trying to talk me into getting the $37 pedicure instead of the $27. I FINALLY decided to do the $37 pedicure because she told me it was 10% off. When I got to the register, they charged me $37. When I reminded her of the 10% discount she promptly told me that the 10% off was if I spent $50 but I was not told that until it was time for me to pay. WATCH OUT for the UP sale. Its a matter of integrity. I will NEVER go here again.

I went on a Monday to get my nails redone. I soaked my old nails off and got new ones put on. This was the first time I was here. My polish chipped the same night and I was upset but I couldn’t go back yet. The very next day all of my polish from both thumb nails completely came off. Friendly service. Sad to waste my money.

Service is horrible, payed 40 dollars for an awful thick dip powder set, was laughed at, and was given attitude by the nail tech doing my nails, will not be returning ever. Rude staff, not friendly at all and nail technique is mediocre to say the least. I honestly could’ve watched a YouTube video and did it better myself . Such a shame as the league city NAILS OF AMERICA is fantastic . This place in Pearland is the worst salon I’ve ever been to . At least do decent nails if your gonna be rude the entire time smh deserves no stars honestly

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The staff we dealt is very unprofessional and rude. I went here with my fiancée to get a pedicure. Overall the establishment is very clean. I got the middle package for the pedicure which is supposed to be a 40 minute pedicure. I started the massage chair as she started and pedicure and the chairs stops every 20 minutes. Literally the first cycle was not even done when she said she was done. If I’m sitting there paying for a 40 minute pedicure that’s what I expect. I understand I’m not getting my nails painted but If a man walks in there for a pedicure that time used to paint nails need to be used for something else. Regardless to say we will not be going back.

The gentleman doing my nails today was very rude and rough during my service. Never said hello or acknowledged me, burned my cuticles with the drill and never said sorry. By the time I was done I had a serious attitude. This was my first time at this nail salon and will not be back again!!

Really enjoy coming to this nail salon. I actually pass up about 5 other competitors along the way. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I never feel rushed when I am here. I get manis/pedis and brows done and the finished product always comes out looking nice.

Hit and miss. Sometimes they give great service. Other times they are rushing you through the process. Can be a long wait without an appointment.

First time here it is right by my house so I thought I would give it a try. There was no wait and they had so many colors to choose from it was so hard to pick!! I got coffin shaped nails and ombré French tip(paid $55). Thuha did an amazing job on my nails. She didn’t cut me, and my nails came out amazing. I highly recommend this place. Also coustomer service is amazing so nice.

DONT DO IT——-I thought I would like this place but I’m appalled at the fact that I came in to have one nail fixed and ended up having to have all of my nails filed to change the shellac color. This was due to the fact that no one could identify the color that was already in my nails. I just got the done HERE on this last Thursday!!!!! I offered a simple “customer friendly” solution to the short older lady at the front that she dismissed repeatedly. I suggested that they write the number for the color on a card and give it to the customer. This works and has worked for the many years that I have patronized LexiLexus nails on Shadowcreek Pkwy. The woman repeatedly told me to find the color myself!!! Do you all know how many different types of Shellacs exist???? Too many! So I was unsuccessful, in a pinch for time and about to walk out with my one broken nail. Then 5 more people came out to assist. Talk about a total waste of time and resources. So I provided my suggestion to another young lady, who dismissed it again. I’m totally pissed off by now because I’m being told we will just change your color to a darker one. Now the nail repair that would have taken ten minutes has turned into an hour ordeal!!!! Kevin was very helpful. But it amazes me how you can be presented with a solution that works for the CUSTOMER as well as the business and just be totally disregarded with a response of, “Oh we just don’t have the time. You can take a picture of it yourself and keep it in case you need it!” Well what the hell am I paying you for?! Kevin is fixing all ten of my nails AGAIN! Mother’s Day is Sunday and I didn’t feel like driving back to my regular salon. I thought I had found a new one but NO THANK YOU! I refuse to pay for service, tip you and be treated rudely.

I got shellac polish on my nails and toes and it was peeling off in 7 days!! I spent $176 and when I called to ask them to fix it they said no. Like whattttt! Who spends that much on 2 mani/pedis that only last a week. Regular polish should last a week, let alone shellac. Find a better salon.

Got the basic pedicure package, supposed to be 30 minutes, lasted a whole hour. Kaelyn was fantastic and thorough- and her massages are great!

Yes this nail place is the best nail place I have been to they provide great service and nails come out nice. Yesterday my daughter got acrylic nails and the lady who was working on her did it well her name was Tu han she gave her ombré pink nails.

The friendly staff and clean environment is what got them the 2 stars. The skill level of the technician I had was 0 stars. She was unsure of how many layers of gel to apply to each finger and how long to leave under the uv light. The next day the gel on my fingers began to peel. After paying $123 for a gel mani and pedi I don’t expect it to peel the next day.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was planning to go to Silver Lake Nails in Pearland, because of their excellent reviews, but stupidly decided to take a chance on this new salon. This is nothing more than an over-priced, glorified mall salon. Its a shame. I was really excited about this spot, but I will drive the extra couple miles to Pearland to get a professional job. This place wont be in business long at this rate.

I took my daughter about 2 weeks ago to get a full set of the powder nails. Idk if i got a new worker but i dont think she knew what she was doing. I showed her a picture of what i wanted. She said she understood and then i had to explain again that it was ombre and show her the picture. I even showed her the hand sample that they have in the salon. She didnt do it like we asked and someome else had to help her figure it out. In the end still not what we asked but my daughter was ok with the result (i will say she did really nice shape on them and that is the reason i gave her 1 star). We had asked for jewels and she had to ask someome how to put them on. We were there for 2+ hours just ridiculous!Then on the second day her nail popped off and both of the stones fell off as well. I would have taken my daughter back but with our busy schedule i could not find the time.I will say the place its clean and the staff is friendly, but i want good quality especially for the price they charge.I will not be going back it was not worth $65 for 2 days worth of nails.
