The spa is nice and quiet. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I Had a pedicure, massage, and manicure with dipped nails as well. So manicures don’t require water anymore or hand and cuticle attention? Nothing to soften hands but lotion and a hot towel? This is new for me. Asked for nails to not be bulky. They are pretty, but still appear to be too thick. Masks possibly made it difficult to understand each other because I repeated my needs more than once. No shape on toes and no shave of big toe. The head, shoulder, back, and arm massage Kim gave was absolutely AMAZING though!! I may return to try again when the world opens back up without masks.

Best nail salon 💅 I’ve ever been in too .The staff are very friendly and attentive to detail.The nail technicians do amazing nail artistry.The nail salon is very relaxing clean I felt very at peace when I got my nails done .They follow COVID-19 protocol so you and the staff feel safe they have many nail options they do amazing work with the eyebrows.They have a new costumer for life i love it .Prices are great 😊 especially during this hard times .I highly recommend Ritz Nails .

Ive been coming here for over 2 years worst services ever TODAY!!!It says they close at 6pm I got here at 5:15 to get a new set and they made me wait just to tell they wouldnt take me. Worst way to treat a loyal customer that drives about and hour to come to this location just to get my nails.I really want to say Dont waste your time hereBut wait best part was the person telling me she cant because for her to get home takes her and hour how is that my fault and that you only have one person that can do DIP NAILS.Same person that did my toes 2 weeks ago and was rushing

Awesome experience. Went with my daughter and other mommas and daughters/ friends getting nails and pedis done for the same prom. Ladies were super sweet and helpful and took time after our alotted appointment to finish all the girls.Nail work is fantastic and they do an awesome job. Will definitely come back!

I am somewhat satisfied with the service. I feel like its a waste of chair space if 2 people came in the same car and want to sit down in chairs next to each other so they can talk. They should be able to sit next to each other. Thats half of the spa pampered day girlfriends and women friends enjoy togetherAfterwards we ( girls ) go eat at the same table! Not to mention all the clothes we all touch in the stores while shopping!

Well.. The pictures speak for themselves. I have never been to a nail shop where I have to tell the technician to remove or push back my cuticles. When I noticed they did not take care of my cuticles, the tech said that it is an extra cost and I would have to request it beforehand. And as for the pedicure.. I noticed when I got home how bad it was (see the picture). A total waste of $67 for dipping powder and regular pedi...😒

I am new to the area and wanted to find a nail tech near my home. I loved how sanitized the location was, I signed a very thorough disclaimer relating to COVID which made me feel comfortable. They take this serious. The nail salon was comfortable and clean. Jennifer took time to make sure I was satisfied, she didn’t rush, she paid attention to every detail and asked me how I wanted my nails. I am very pleased by this nail salon. I will definitely recommend.

My husband and I went to this shop at the last minute! We both had manicures and pedicures. We were very impressed with the staff! Jennifer and another tech were mine. My husband had Tricia and another tech. Needless to say we enjoyed every minute we spent. They also spend time giving you a massage. The experience was great all around! I got a manicure the first day one of my nails chipped went back today they fixed it no charge and I got a pedicure today, they did a amazing job also got my eyebrows done, also they are on top of their CDC regulations when you come in you wash your hands wear a mask 😷 they are very clean and it is truly appreciated in these times with COVID-19 going around and all the staff was very professional and teamwork my daughter told me about this place thumbs up here👍 💅🏽

How much do you guys charge for pedicures?

I have been going here for 6 months and have always had the best experience. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. My personal favorite is Kim but all of them are very good and pay attention to detail. The salon is very clean and has a great relaxing atmosphere.

Very friendly. Came in early Dec for an acrylic nail set and pedicure. Within a few hours 3 of the nails started to lift. Went back the next day and they fixed them. However within a few more days multiple began to start to lift. Had I not been in the middle of a cross country move, I would have gone back and asked for a refund or a new set.

Ive been here a handful of times. Each time the service has been great! Very clean, calm, relaxing environment. They offer me something to drink while I sit for my pedicure. I definitely need to go more often.

This was my first time here. Walk-in.The decor and ambience were pleasing. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.Ricky did my nails and Lilly did my pedicure.He took his time to ensure the refill was clean and done to my specifications. Lilly was gentle and thorough on my feet.The price was typical for the services I received. I’ll return.One star off from perfect as my big toe was cut to to the skin.

Found my new nail spot.. I came back because no one has been able to tackle my cuticle problem like Donna. Absolutely love her.. U just tell her what u want and she does it right the first time. Very friendly, patient, and welcoming.. They are running a 20% off right now for their grand opening, so enjoy. . Oh, and the place is beautiful from the inside. Very intimate and luxurious. . Absolutely recommend it..

I went here today as a walk-in as my regular salon was closed. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their services! I got the “pampered manicure” and Jennifer gave me one the best arm, shoulder & neck massages I’ve ever had! She did an awesome job on my cuticles and eyebrow wax as well. Will definitely be back!Edit: The quality of service definitely depends on which nail tech you get. The last 2 visits I have been placed with Lilly. Though extremely nice and she gives a fantastic massage, her painting skills are sub-par, which, let’s face it, is what you & the rest of the world sees after a pedicure. Polish looks chunky/unevenly applied & just awful overall. Peels way too early as well. Am seriously re-thinking my choice of nail salons.

Too expensive. Very nice ladies but too pricey. Paid $42 for “pampered pedicure “ & foot still hard. Paid a total of $100 altogether. They do more massaging than scraping. I guess they have a different technique for removing dead skin. Nails ok. Toe nails where filled crooked. Will not return.Update: 2 days later. On Monday my diamonds fell off. I told the young that was doing my nails that that would happen. $10 wasted. WOW. It wouldn’t be so bad if the diamonds wasn’t sitting on a big lump of polish. That’s what my nails look like now. NEVER AGAIN :(

Worst experience ever! I made an appointment at 6:15 and they didn’t take me until 6:30. The lady was rushing bc they were gonna close at 7! And my nails came out horrible. I went back to get them fixed and she didn’t even do the same set I wanted and they were very rude when I went back. Two days later my nail broke! Never going back there again.

I am EXTREMELY happy about the service that I received. I will not post my techs names so that they arent busy when I try to make my reservation ;-) I received a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. My shellac is 10 days old and I am still loving them. The polish wasnt thinned out to the point of chipping, and the tech did not polish the edge of my cuticle line causing the polish to peel. Everybody who knows me, knows that I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my pedicures because I like a firm massage and she exceeded my expectations!

I have never had a Shellac manicure last more than four days before it starts peeling on the sides of the nail. Im going on TWO WEEKS and my nails still look beautiful! I will keep going back to Ritz. They are friendly, clean, and professional too.

Okay let me say I did not even make it to the service, I walked in looking forward to getting my nails done of course and I was turned away, even though they claimed to take walk ins they said they were booked. I only saw about 2 people in that salon, I will never step foot here again due to horrible customer service.

This was my first time here. I got dip color. So far so good!

So, my friend called in and scheduled a 5 oclock appointment the day before. I show up at 4:55 and my friend had just started her pedicure. I was shocked that there was just her and her daughter, and 3 other people there. Usually nail salons are hopping on Friday evenings! I digress. I sit for 35 minutes. No offering of drink, not really even a hello. A lady came and did my pedicure, I was about to just tell her to skip me, but for some reason I was being nice. Probably because I was around my friend and wanted to be civilized. Lol but in the time I was sitting there, they started on at least 3 other peoples nails. Short staffed, and the place wasnt even busy, on a Friday! There was a huge red flag. Easily the worst nail spa in Pearland. Will never be back, and Ill make sure my friend experiences an awesome salon. I assure you, she wont be back either. Work on your customer service, Ritz nails!!!!

I was a walk-in for a mani/pedi. The salon is nice and clean but my tech (Lilly) was very inexperienced and did a horrible job. She put the polish on so thick it still hasnt dried almost three hours later. Nails uneven and rough, cuticles not trimmed properly. Total waste of time and money!
