I have a rarely driven 2014 Honda Accord that I brought to my local Meineke on 03/19/2019. On this day I had REAR rotors and brakes replaced, an alignment and an oil change for $454.79 (64,852 miles) that included a military discount. I came brought my vehicle in due to a squealing/vibration noise that I was hearing whereas they suggested that all of the above was needed and I couldn’t flip the rotors. On 08/10/2019 I brought the vehicle back because it was driving rough, and I was still hearing the noise. On this day they replaced my FRONT rotors and brake pads for $319.10 (71,936 miles), whereas I was confused on why the front rotors would need to be replaced. Mind you, I took my car to this place because I was pressed for time and didn’t want to drive to Bartlett to let the Honda professionals work on my Honda as I have always done for this vehicle. Over the next few months after 03/19/19, 08/10/19 and 2019 and 2020 I called, but constantly told that my vehicle was fine and it was normal as if I just purchased the car and wasn’t familiar with it from year 2014 at 36 miles to current.On 02/26/2021 (kind of after the COVID 19 precautions) I took my car to my regular Honda dealer due to the same issues, whereas it was determined that Meineke placed the WRONG front rotors on my vehicle!!! They said that my front rotors should have NEVER been touched due to it being rare that they ever wear out over the lifetime of the vehicle. They presented to me the correct size rotors that they (Honda dealer) used and the one that Meineke used whereas it was determined that they were very large and possibly the size rotor for a truck/SUV. On this day I paid a $409.95 (87, 0888 miles) before taxes to have the correct rotors and brakes placed back on the front of my vehicle. The Honda dealer stated that the rear rotors were correct, but not the Front rotors. From 08/10/2019 to 02/26/2021 I could’ve been seriously harmed or killed due to the ROTORS that they incorrectly placed on my car. I’ve also spent about $900 for the WRONG rotors and then the correction of this mistake, although it could’ve been more because I could have lost my car and my life including my family members. I will NEVER return to this place as a result of this huge costly mistake and I want my money back ASAP.

Great experience! I went in on Memorial Day. I discovered a nail in my tire. I didn’t have an appointment or anything, but they took care of me immediately. Got me in and out in less that 15 minutes . Very friendly as well. Will consider for future services!

I was working out of town when my differ went out on my truck. I went to Meineke in Olive Branch,Ms Curtis jumped right on it and moved me ahead because I was from out of town. The only problem that we ran into was the delay in the parts being shipped,Curtis and his team made additional repairs that was needed to ensure that my truck would operate properly and my bill was less than what was quoted. They were very professional if I lived in Olive Branch they would my go to.

I don’t have his card in hand at the time, but I believe the manager’s name was Tim. Tim went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in good time, and treated with respect. Great customer service. I usually go to Walmart for oil changes, but I’ll be coming here more often.

I like Meineke because they are very professional, quick and thorough. The waiting room is a very quiet, clean and inviting place to wait.

I just bought a used truck and thought I smelled oil. These guys looked it over, couldn’t find anything then didn’t charge me a dime. I will be going here for all my maintenance and oil changes for both of my vehicles. Very honest!!

They really deserve more than 5 stars. They have options for people who don’t have the cash on them right then and there. You could use easy pay or American first freight and more. Pay it off in 101 days and no interest. They had my car ready in two days. They investigated the issue and now I’m back on the road. Thanks

Although the manager and technicians were customer friendly my experience with the overall service is terrible. Truck went to Meineke for a/c and exhaust repair on 6/3. Two weeks later I am still without my truck due to issues that surfaced after my Meineke experience...issues related to negligence on their behalf.

I had an online appointment for 430 and the server guy stated that I would be in at 415 stated that could take an hour but they were literally done in like 30-35 minutes my truck is a 07 Toyota Highlander I have brand new tires that was put on a couple of weeks ago but they service with the wheel alignment has my truck running like it’s a 2021 they were so professional as well I will be back

Albert Einstein said that insanity was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I will admit that I was insane for taking my sons truck to be serviced by this shop. People, please be aware and cognizant of your options before allowing this shop, in particular, to perform any work on your vehicle. My first incident with this shop was with a huge misdiagnosis of a part that I was told that I needed for another vehicle of mine which would set me back nearly $800 for parts and labor. A tech that no longer works there pulls me to the side and explains to me that this part was never designed to fit my year/make nor model. Fast forward 8 years later and I take my sons truck in for what I have already had diagnosed for a P0420 code and yes, the converter is clogged. I was prepared to replace both. Mind you, the day before, I replaced O2 sensors in both down and upstream and I also replaced the spark plugs the day before I took the truck to Meineke because quite frankly the truck needed a tune up and I was wishful thinking and hoping that I didnt have to have a new converter(s) but I do. I get a phone call from the manager stating that from his diagnosis, ALL OF MY PLUGS WERE FOULED and that I needed to replace the bank 1 and 2 O2 sensors and that I also needed to replace the flex pipe as well. When I told him that Id just replaced the sensors and had new plugs put in, he stated that wasnt what he saw when they pulled my plugs... not the code but when they pulled my plugs. I then ask what code... P0300? Which one and he states that he didnt have it available. Total price out the gate was $3,100! The management has ZERO INTEGRITY as he thought he was speaking to a novice! Im not AES certified in auto mechanics but Im certified in detecting B.S. Im curious as to how many people theyve done this to?? I NEVER write reviews nor leave comments but I was taken back by this type of service. I better tread lightly because I havent retrieved my sons truck yet and I owe them $60 for yet another misdiagnosis?? Please consider another shop for your car needs and do not be insane and do the same thing over again searching for different results if youre thinking about returning.

I needed my air conditioner fixed. They changed out the fluids twice and it still wasnt fixed. Gave them 100 dollars for nothing. Did not get a refund.

I stopped in without an appointment and was helped right away. The gentleman that helped me at the desk was very polite and helpful.

I took my truck in to get a leaking tire repaired. They supposedly repaired it in about 15 min. I checked pressure the next day and it was still leaking.I took it back in and the manager acted like he didnt care so i walked outand will not return. I paid $20 with no ticket given me.

Went for a brake inspection because of a noise. They said I needed all new brake pads and rotors. I had just replace them the day before. It turned out the brake clip was touching the rotor. A screwdriver fix the problem. They wanted $400 . I fixed the problem myselfDo not go there unless you like giving your money away.

We were traveling when we needed an oil change from them. They had a ton of cars in front for other things but they were able to squeeze us in. We were able to use a coupon as well.

Great work done on my vehicle but the price was ridiculous. They put $10 worth of gas in my truck and charged me $115.00.

My sons truck has been there almost 2 weeks. They went up on the price and they claim to be understaffed. We are never coming back.

Not one employee wearing face coverings. There is too much going on during this pandemic for face coverings to be an issue. This is a service industry. Part of service is keeping customers safe, or at least attempting to do so.

Wasn’t quite sure what I needed/wanted as it was an exhaust modification. Knowledgeable employees helped me make my decision.

They short tech of pay and dont do customers right dont work there or have your vehicle worked on Im short of pay little over 200$ and no one wants to make it right

I have a lowered modified car and finding a place that would align it correctly was hard to find for me. Most places I went to could not do the alignment or did not know how to. Meineke Car Care helped align my car right and didn’t give me the run around like most car shops. Friendly staff and professional people, my car was done in about 45 mins. The alignment was really good and at a fair price. This place is awesome and I recommend it to everyone. 👌🏻

Came in for A/C problems. They diagnosed the problem and told me what I needed to do to get the problem fixed. I am very pleased with the personal there as my experience there was very good. However I ended up getting my attorney involved because both of my warranty companies refused to honor the repairs.

Meineke was a good choice for my wheel alignment. Hadnt had an alignment on this car since ownership. The price was fair.and locally competitive. Staff was polite. Comfortable waiting area with courtesy internet. Arrived right at opening and service was completed in a reasonable time. Thanks Meineke.

Hes an honest mechanic hes tells you what you need and dont need. I have a Cadillac and every shop I took it to was scared to deal with it Except Mr Floyd. He always gets the job done correctly the first time. Im happy to say this is my new mechanic.

I took my car in to find an oil leak, and in about 10 minutes, they located the leak free of charge and quoted me a great price to fix it. The young lady up front was awesome. But I had to return my vehicle. I had my brakes and rotors did. 3-4 hours later my truck was making a loud screeching noise. They had to refix something behind the rotors that they didnt tighten. But it scared the heck out of me. The other man in the building said 3 others had to bring theirs back also for some reason

Took my truck up to get dual exhaust their work is worse than a backyard mechanic DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE he also told me there is no garranty on the work they done.Went to get it fixed and now I will be seeking restitution for the $125 spent on fixing it right luckily my uncle is an attorney

TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR REPAIR AND ANOTHER ISSUE STARTED WITH MY CAR, SO I TOOK IT BACK BEFORE MY WARRANTY ENDED FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK THAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY DONE AND WHATS NEEDED WILL COST ME ANOTHER $1800 WHEN MY VEHICLE WASNT HAVING THIS ISSUE BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT AT THIS LOCATION.

The service was great, but I wish they would have used paper on the floor before getting in my car. I have light color interior and my floor mats were stained with black grease.

Tried to repair tire 2 times and failed to do so both times. Very poor unacceptable service.

All were very polite and oil change was done quickly. Unfortunately whoever moved my truck left oil/grease on the door and interior fabric and steering wheel 😟

I came in and got two services done, one being an oil change that included getting my fluids topped off. My boyfriend checked my fluids the next morning and said that my fluids had NOT been topped off. He was upset and so was I. He told me to call Meineke but I decided not to. I schedule an appointment which i was about 15 mins early for. I was able to get my car serviced immediately which was good considering the usual wait time for oil changes. I was able to use the offer coupon which was also good. I needed my air filter replaced and they asked if i wanted that done. It was an extra charge but it didn’t bother me. I waited for about 45mins total. The only thing i don’t like is that they don’t tell you what all comes with oil changes. I knew from going online but it would better CS if the tech would say “Hey MR... this is what comes with your standard oil change if you want anything else serviced it may require an extra fee”. Nevertheless I’m grateful

I came in to replace my car’s battery and general inspection after it had been sitting up for about 10 months. My car was in good shape and I was treated fairly and with courtesy as is usual for me at this station. I am always treated great and never fear that someone will do anything that is not good for me.

Meineke is a car center that my husband uses on a regular basis. The staff always does amazing customer service.

Came in today seen the place was under new management. Told Wes the new manager what i was told by Brent a month ago and he had no problem honoring it at all. The shoo5 and the waiting area both very clean. The manager and techs were very kind and helpful. I would recommend any all people to this shop. Its in a great area in Olive Branch and the new people there are wonderful Ill definitely be coming back.

I had brake trouble while working out of town with a crew I had to get home with the same day. They took care of everything at a fair price and had me on the road in plenty of time to get the guys home that evening.

I first used Mienike about a month ago after a national automotive center had bungled a repair job AND charged me a bundle to do it.The store manager was very sympathetic to my plight. Because of his professionalism, honesty, and friendliness, I felt confident having work done at Mienike. The mechanics redid the work - CORRECTLY and at a MUCH LOWER COST! These guys are AWESOME! They are honest and hard working. I am a fan for life!

Worst exhaust work I have ever seen. Paid 472$ on 2 separate trips and it still looks like a 10 year welded some random pipes together. Paid way to much for everything, it was not even what I asked for. Should have went to Delta Muffler, I may still have to for them to completely redo it with proper size pipe and welds.

Staff was friendly and informative. My issue was with the price. After shopping around for the part I needed I consistently found the part at over $100 cheaper through other dealers. I am talking about same brand and model/part number. I only paid the extra because I would have had to pay to have my car towed elsewhere. I got the feeling multiple times that they were trying to gouge me on cost because they knew I was stuck there. The job was done quickly and well, but no one wants to be taken advantage of. I know that a lot of shops would do the same, but I probably wont go back to that store or another Meineke simply for that reason.
