I walked in without an appointment after getting a terrible wax at another business. Alana at the front desk was kind enough to take me even though she had another appointment within the next 20 minutes. Time was crunched but she was very thorough, clean, and professional. It was my first Brazilian and she made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming here regularly.

I absolutely love this place. Ive had a great experience so far. The service is professional, through, hygenic and clean. The service is a little on the expensive side. Im given to understand that their wax is made by the Lunchbox company and their personnel is given training.They have walk-ins but getting an appointment is better. They do have a strict cancellation policy. So best that you keep the appointment or call in reschedule (if you need to)You come out smelling so good. Bethany and Kelly are wonderful conversationalists. This place gets my thumbs up

So, I was “put on restriction” at another wax center so I made an appointment With Jessica at the Lunchbox. I have to say that this is the best place, clean, way less painful than the other place and the quality is outstanding. I hated going to get these services done but Jessica is amazing, very personable and great to talk to.

Went for waxing. Given time 3hrs but completed in 2hrs. The lady waxing my hands n legs got so much of patience, she took time to explain me about my skin n how well it can be cared (while waxing). Waxing is done with perfection by her. She took care of my skin really good. She is really friendly, would go every 6weeks mostly to lunchbox from now on.. 😁 m really happy I found the right place for my waxing needs. She does it so easily that I felt between less pain to no pain. Fantastic service by lunchbox... 😁😁😁

I should’ve realized it would not end well When she was spending too much time tweezing my brows. She waxed too much off the arch of my brows. They are now too thick in the front and super thin from the arch to the tail end of my brows. Its very aggravating that my eyebrows looked better prior to the wax. I’ll be sticking with the Westfield location.

Absolutely amazing. I am extremely happy. I was super worried at worst because I am uncomfortable being completely naked and I was scared for the pain. The girls make you feel very comfortable and the pain isnt half bad. I am very happy and I am regularly coming from europe and will always sneak a visit in.

My eyebrows had only recently grown back after I lost them during chemotherapy for breast cancer. They didnt grow back the same color, thickness, or shape as before, and I just didnt feel like myself. Ariel did my eyebrows, and when she was done, I felt amazing. My eyebrows looked fantastic, and her charismatic and passionate demeanor uplifted me as well. Absolutely would recommend.

Best Brazilian wax experience Ive ever had at a salon! From the calming aroma of the waiting area to the pristine waxing rooms, the entire facility is wonderful. Bethany is great and so easy to talk to while shes working. Product recommendations arent forced (but are wonderful for post-wax care) and everyone is so laid back, yet professional. Ive been coming to this location since they opened and will remain a loyal customer for the unforseeable future!

I had my brows done by Alana, and they look great! Its always good to have work done by a perfectionist, and thats what she is. She really took her time to make sure my brows are razor sharp, while leaving the shape intact and on the fuller side, as I had requested. As an added bonus, she is very calm, confident, and pleasant. Ill definitely be back.

Everyone that works there are friendly and wonderful people. And although the waxing with slightly painful and some areas the positive energy and the great personalities there eased the pain. I recommend going to the Lunchbox Wax in Morristown.

Very first time. Place was clean, smelled great. The women were extremely nice. I just felt a little rushed. A half hour was blocked for a Brazilian that took 5 minutes. I wasnt asked if I had had one before, what I can do in terms of skin care (exfoliation), wasnt asked if I wanted anything specific. At the end of the day I had to finish the job myself. At least the next appointment is free with their current promo.

No better staff or facilities have I found in over 20 years of being waxed. Not to mention one of the few places around that takes care of the men as well as the women. (*nothing to fear when you get your manzillion here!!!) I would recommend Lunchbox to any man that has even thought of being waxed. These Ladies are the best!

Very Disappointed!!!! Its been 2 weeks and all hair is growing back already. Do not waste your money here. Should have went to European Wax Center. Lunchbox offers a free wax your second visit for new customers. Now I know why. I even did the survey about my visit and did not get a response back. So if you dont want your hair growing back right away do the Nair thing or go somewhere else.

Tried this place out for the first time for an eyebrow waxing. Considering the price and 30min estimate, I assumed they would have put more effort into it. Instead it took less than 10 minutes and I left with a small patch of skin missing from my forehead. Not returning.
