Arrived at the office with no appointment as a new patient. I was greeted by the receptionist with a nice friendly smile. I told her I was not a current patient and explained to her my Dental problem. She immediately suggested to have at least X-rays done to evaluate the issue. I agree and asked her if they had any availability to see me at that moment, to my surprise they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. I get the X-rays done and it is suggested I remove the wisdom tooth causing the pain. I totally agreed. The Dr and assistant were super cool and made me feel comfortable all along.The Doctor was very gentle and showed he cared. Because my tooth was infected I couldn’t get the tooth removed today but I am certainly coming back soon to complete the treatment. I got my work done at grandpas dental. I really liked their services. I needed to get 5 crowns originally and it cost me just a little over half of what i was being charged at the other dentist. I liked office and it was very easy to find. The crowns look and feel great! I was reading below and saw that some one is mentioning they had a bad experience. Thats really is too bad because I had a great one. At the end of my treatment I ended up only doing 4 crowns and they refunded my money no hassle. So I dont see why you would have a problem with refunding stuff you didnt get done. I recommend them to all my friends. And my wife will be going in next week . I am very much SATISFIED!

If you have any trace of common sense, please avoid these clowns.If you like wasting your time and love to reschedule repeatedly after you have taken time off work, then this is the place of your dreams. I dont understand the previous negative reviews. This office has always worked with me well - in fact, I had a $2000 credit with them due to a pre-payment for work that I couldnt have done at the time, yet in the intervening give years they have given me treatment using the credit and have accounted for everything well. This is not a luxury office with TVs in the ceiling - basic but competent and quality service. I couldnt care less is the dentist or hygienist is chatty. With the gear in my mouth I cant talk anyway, and when Im in the chair I am focused on meditating so I dont feel pain.

If I could access this review feature by giving 0 stars, thats what I would do. Went in for replacement dentures and got nothing but ripped off. The dentures are HUGE and make me look rediculous. The doctor says I just have to get used to them. Been back 3 times to have them fit properly but they still dont fit. The fit is so poor that I dont wear them, they make my bottom teeth hurt and cause my upper gums to bleed. The doctor says I just have to get used to them. Theyre in a box, in a drawer, in my bathroom, where theyll stay. Complete waste of time and money.

I made the mistake of going here five years ago because of a coupon. I just needed a front crown redone. The whole experience was a mess, and its still coming back to haunt me. They got the color of the crown wrong - twice. At one of my appointments, the receptionist made me wait for several minutes so she could go next door to get a soda. The crown they finally put on is very thick and bulky, and it has been pushed on with my bite because its so thick. Now it doesnt even line up with the rest of my teeth because it has been pushed forward so much due to how thick it is.Today I went to a different dentist who told me that because the tooth has been pushed forward and was inflamed at the root as a result, it has developed an abscess and needs a root canal in order to prevent a potentially dangerous infection. He also told me that Ill likely need an implant in 20-30 years, and hopefully youll be dead before you need dentures. All as a result of a crappy job at a discount dentist.

The worst dental experience I have ever had. We paid up front to have dentures for my husband 4 years ago. He has been in several time to have his temporary dentures adjusted and every visit was an hour wait then they would send him home. Due to Dr. Ran out of time and couldnt see him. My husband got fed up after 3 years of it. He has never had his dentures fitting correctly or have they ever given the permanent dentures. Its taken over 1 1/2 years trying to get a refund. If I could rate no stars I would. Absolutely rediculous. Never pay them first they rip you off and give horrible services!!!!

Just went there today to get prepped for a crown. Lots of drilling! Everyone was very nice. The dentist was very concerned for my pain level and kept asking if I was ok. I go back again for the permanent crown in about three weeks. The cost is at least $200 below everyone else around here. I will update after the permanent is placed. So far very good.

A bunch of work done for nothing! My fiance went and had a crown done and was talked into doing an implant next to the crown. When she went back to have the implant, she was told they couldnt do it so they ended up taking off the crown to do a bridge instead. The crown was a total waste. She has had to wait a month for the permanent bridge and the day before the appointment, was told she had to reschedule because a machine was broken. We have been trying to reschedule but they are ignoring us. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Its horrible to think that places like this exist. My father have started going to this dental with my mother almost 8 years hoping its as friendly as its logo. I would definitely look into other family dentist organization. Our investment in our dads dentures havent been easy considering the value of customer service is bad. Zero hospitality. The Doc that wears blue scrubs and his helpers havent nearly satisfy our concerns for dental adjustments. My dad himself dislikes this place and wants me to switch sadly we have to hang on a lil more until we dont need to because this place took all the money we invested for my dads denture, bottom and top.

I had a great experience at Grandpas Dental. I went to them for a second opinion originally. I had seen a TV advertizement of another dentist new in town that said they could get my teeth fixed in one day, but when I got there they wanted to pull all my teeth and give me implants. They were also very pricy and I wondered if this was all I could do to get the job done right. I had so many teeth that I thought were not so bad that I decided to go to Grandpas. They were able to save most of my teeth and got only a few implants for about 1/3 of the Price. Im glad I found them, and really glad I didnt have to take out a loan to fix my teeth. I recommend them. They are nice, friendly, and very competent.

Horrible experience. Had two crowns and a bridge done two years ago. The crowns both recently fell out, and the bridge is crumbling in my mouth. Went to my scheduled appointment and after a 40 minute wait, they told me something had come up with the doctor; he was going to be late. Went to 2nd appointment and Receptionist told me I had missed my appointment. I was there when she told me to be. They are very eager to take your money, and then you fight to get the work done. And heaven forbid something should not last; good luck ever trying to get it fixed. The money you save going here will not be worth the aggravation.Just called to confirm my appointment. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and subsequently told that my appointment for this week had been canceled and rescheduled for next week. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. Its been 30 minutes, and I dont think I will be getting a call.

If I could do Zero star That is how I would rate these guys! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. YOU ARE TAKING YOUR LIFE INTO YOUR HANDS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, NO AMOUNT OF SAVINGS IS WORTH YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!This is the worst and unsafe dentist office in the whole state and country for that matter! I gave them over $6000 on a downpayment for a full mouth restoration. After my first visit was hospitalized with a life threatening staph infection and went through 6 weeks of intravenous antibiotics because I had a preexisting heart condition, that I put in my medical chart and always had been premedicated on procedures and the dentist didnt even look at my chart and I almost died. The hospital couldnt definity tell me where the infection came from so after I got better I did go back because I had paid half of the money upfront and on my next visit I witnessed the dentist and dental assistants take tools from my dental tool tray and use them on patients next to me. And had a fit stopped everything, demanded my money back and this was the first week of June 2017. It is now October 2017 and I have not received a refund of my unused/unearned $3400 back from this dentist yet. They have told me a minimum of 5 times that the check is in the mail and I finally got a tracking number for my check and wouldnt you know they sent it to an Address I havent lived at for over 3 years.

The secretary was very nice, the Dr. not so much. I felt like I was in a chop shop not a dentist office.

Horrible service. Waited 1 1/2 hours before seeing dentist. Overcharged $1800 for work that was never started or even worked on. They will not refund to my elderly parents without filling out lots of paperwork and charging 10% processing fee. One visit told that they would extract a tooth, the next visit said that the crown was just broken.
