I was an apartment property manager for 4 years; I know a good management company when I see it! Which is why I chose to rent at Indigo Apartments indefinitely. Started my lease November 2020 and I have had an outstanding experience living at Indigo Apartments. The location is amazing and I feel secure on property because they have security and its just a super comfortable area and property altogether. I live alone so this is super important to me. Their amenities and apartment renovations are AMAZING! I love the layouts of the apartments so much, the 1 BR units have unbelievable storage!!! All staff members are helpful and GRAYSON and DANNY in the leasing office are SUPERSTARS and truly deliver overwhelming support and assistance! Also, the maintenance team is quick and responsive. For example: A few months ago during lunch time hours mind you, my little dog got stuck in the outdoor patio bars. I stay on the first floor and my patio is on the first floor and my dog is the perfect size to be able to go in the bars yet not be able to get out. If he didnt get unstuck asap, he wouldnt be able to breathe. The bars were pinching his ribcage. I told the office and a maintenance team member came IMMEDIATELY and pulled the bars apart and my pup was rescued on the spot. My dog is doing just fine and hasnt gone near the bars again.****Dont hesitate to live here, I wouldnt choose to rent anywhere else!!!!!!*****

Excellent move in experience at this complex! I had the pleasure of working with Alisha. She worked above and beyond to get me moved in from out of state AND she did it within 10 days! Alisha was an absolute pleasure to work with; professional, knowledgeable and her follow up was appreciated! I am grateful for her efforts because she made my move an easy process. The apartment she secured for me was crisp, clean, quiet and perfect! Indigo is lucky to have Alisha on staff.

I was in need of a new residence quickly and the gentleman that initially helped me was extremely helpful. All the staff has been kind and welcoming. The grounds look great and neighbors have been friendly. I did have an air conditioning issue the first day but it was fixed immediately. So far, so good. I am enjoying the remodeled unit! I definitely recommend considering the property if looking for a new place to call home. I have only been here a short time but have been satisfied.

I just recently applied and places a app in for a unit. I was a walk in and was immediately welcomed by the Staff. Brianna was the one that gave me a tour and assisted me with choosing a unit and assisted my application. I have not signed my lease yet. I am scheduled to move in July 1st and still sifting though my process, but overall, the experience was welcoming and the facility was amazing given its age. The renovation was well done and the community appeared super clean. Very close to a lot of shopping and food places as well. I am almost certain the company that is managing the property cares about it tenants based on first impressions. Very rare to find a place this well Maintained and with supportive staff elsewhere. Don’t let the exterior fool you. These units are nice at the price point. The staff is top shelf and the grounds amenities and overall location are excellent.

Working with Alisha was great! She was well informed, quick, and professional. Im sure you all know how stressful the moving process can be, but she made things easier for me. Would highly recommend speaking to her if you do have any interests in Indigo.

I have been living here for 5 months and I can honestly say I’ve really enjoyed this community. The staff is always very kind and helpful, but one in particular stands out. Danny is the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of renting. He is always so responsive and quick to find answers to any questions or concerns. He is so bubbly and truly I wish there were more of him everywhere. If you find yourself looking to rent here, ask for Danny, he will not disappoint you!

Since I moved in there have been many upgrades and renovations going on. The improvements to the property really are enjoyable. The neighbors I have met are very pleasant and the staff is really amazing. My leasing agent was Danny and he went above and beyond to ensure my move was quick and easy. Moving in from our of state before seeing the property was a bit scary, but Danny ensured we were taken care of and he chose a great unit for us!

Just moved into my apartments and the staff here are super helpful. Danielle gave me a tour and then Danny helped me with everything on move-in day. He was very friendly, made it very easy, and gave me a lot of information on how to get set up. The one bedroom apartments are a nice size, and the people in the office are super personable. I love talking with them whenever I see them!

I love my new apartment! It has been completely remodeled with brand new appliances and carpet. The neighbors are nice and quiet. There is a security vehicle driving through the parking lots, which makes me feel secure. The pool and the landscaping look great and I cant wait until the pool opens. The office staff are all really nice and welcoming. I am home!

I moved in a few months ago and it’s been a pretty good experience so far! The apartments are nice…the orange is different but the inside makes up for it 100%! The gym is always clean and the machines work…cancelled my 10Gym membership! And Tiannia in the office was AMAZING!!

Absolutely the worst complex EVER. Neighbors are horrible and creepy. Front office won’t answer the phone, or communicate with you. One of the managers just likes to completely argue with you over everything and she will interrupt you while you’re speaking and not take into consideration that you’re the resident she works for. And not to mention THE BED BUG INFESTATION. We have had to throw away 2 mattresses in the last 3 months because of this place and they refuse to either let us move into another unit, or give us our deposit back. Makes sense as to why there’s a new mattress by the dumpsters daily. Getting ate up by bed bugs is absolutely disgusting so we’ve been isolated to our living room floor. Paying almost $1000 a MONTH to sleep on the FLOOR. Absolutely disgusting place. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Great location almost everything within walking distance. Excellent management team with security patrol after dark. Awesome rate with big washer and dryer in every unit that you cant get it anywhere for those prices. They also give you first 2 months half off and a welcome gift. Outside the property looks dated with potholes and without any functioning pool but inside the unit still in good condition. They are in the process of mass renovation so a few things maybe put in the to do list.

Danny Villa hands down made moving here such an easy and pleasant experience. Very friendly, professional and honest. Apartments are recently renovated and beautiful, so far have zero complaints.

Poorest property I have ever encountered. Aside from the constant threats of fines and eviction, the bed bug infestation and lack of communication, courtesy, & concern for my apartment, the main on-site office & exterminators is enough to drive anybody crazy. I can not wait to make this place a thing of my past.

I stayed in the indigo I’m just using a different email account. But if you want to stay basically in some apartments with College dormitory rules paying almost $900 a month for a one bed room apartment go for it!! I mean i can see the problem with smoking In the apartment itself. But not being able to smoke on your own the balcony outside is crazy to me. They say you can’t smoke 100ft from the buildings!! Mind you every 100ft you run into another building here! So basically they want you the person that pays $900 in rent off the property! So if you’re a grown man that had a long day and want to have a drink and a cigar outside of your own place of residence on the balcony! Your going to find yourself in big trouble. My advice is that You might as well get a house!

I recently moved to Indigo Apartments and I have been so pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism the staff exudes. From the first phone call to my tour and move in. Kim made me feel so welcome. She was so nice and understanding with all of my questions. Other than the beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and landscaping, she was one of the main reasons I chose to live here. I love the fire pit area and cant wait to use the new pool next summer. I definitely recommend coming to check Indigo out! You wont regret it!

I really enjoyed everything tbh! I am moving in with my brother and from the time, I entered the door, to the time we sign the lease! I am absolutely amazed by the property and the staff! Danny helped me move in as a first time renter and he was incredibly helpful and made the process easy and smooth! I was able to move in the same week. The renovated apartments are amazing I love the granite countertops the kitchen is absolutely my favorite. I use to live here back in the early 2000s before the renovation so it’s cool to see how they turned it around even though it was also nice when I lived here back there as well! Their windows are also amazingly insulated and don’t let noise or cold/hot air in which is great! They’re always there to help when I have a question and offer fun residential activities and events. They make sure to answer all your questions and are very trustworthy. They also have a nice little app that makes it easy to pay your bills straight from your phone. They also have onsite security that is very helpful and keeps the community as ease! The location is great to as it’s near a big shopping center. Thank you Danny! The renovation that this company is doing to the property is astonishing. The inside of the apartments are fully renovated and beautiful. Kim was the sweetest lady I have ever met. Maybe I would just add more equipment to the gym than lots of cardio machines, but other than that. Everything is perfect.

I made this account just because I wanted to share my experience without putting my business out there. During the pandemic, my family and I have been struggling. We were really worried about keeping a roof over our heads. Michaela was a blessing sent to us. She did everything she could to help. She was so knowledgeable and understanding. If you are having a hard time, go to her. The other staff is very kind, but she knows what to do when you are struggling with rent. When you talk to Michaela, she talks to you as a close friend or family member. She knew this situation was embarrassing but I never felt judged. We ended our conversation with her giving me her card and telling me to email with any questions or concerns since she can reply to emails after hours. She was truly a blessing for our family and I think she is the sole reason our family wasn’t homeless this holiday season.

This apartment complex has its good, and it has its bad. First Id like to share some of the positive things about Indigo.The office staff are very resident-minded. They are quick to fix complaints, and try their absolute best to ensure their residents are happy.They have a nicely renovated leasing office and their apartment units are renovated.The pest control is on top of things. Since living here, I have not seen a single bug or insect in my apartment. No rodents either.Now for the reason I wouldnt give Indigo 5 stars.I have never been inconvenienced by any apartment complex as many times as Indigo has inconvenienced me.To elaborate more, because they are not finished renovating the whole property. They sometimes need to do repairs which inconvenience the residents. Like shutting off the water, that has been a big one.Temporary closing off one of the entrances, blocking off residents parking spaces, ect...The maintenance I would give 2/5I was supposed to move into a ready-to-move- in unit.The day I moved in, I was told maintenance had to come in and repair part of the ceiling (because of water damage, from the ac ) they knew the ceiling was damaged way before I signed the lease. This should have been taken care of as soon as they noticed. Not when they have someone ready to move in.The only other time I had maintenance come in to fix something, they keyed in without my permission. Needless to say anything that needs fixing can wait till I move out.I find this complex to be loud. The neighbors are loud, and they do have quiet hours but who really wants to listen to loud people every hour till quiet hours .The gym hours are very limited (probably because of covid) but it is still disappointing.The mail room: On the North side of the complex is a nice little outside mail area. But on the south side, it is in a muggy mail room.A couple of things that are disappointing that I noticed after moving in was.The kitchen doesnt have many cabinets and there isnt much storage inside.Although it is gated, the gate is never closed (because of renovation).There arent any side walks. Right in front of my building the grass looks awful because there are no sidewalks, so everyone has to walk on the grass.And lastly the only rooms with a light in them is the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and hall.The living room and bedrooms dont have lights. It took awhile to get used to using a lamp in these rooms.Overall, I wouldnt live here again until they are completely done with their renovations.

I would like to highly recommend this apartment community. While my stay has not been perfect, the staff go above and beyond to remedy your concerns. Miles Diaz is the property manager and maintains a high level of professionalism when dealing with community members no matter the issue. If you are considering moving into this complex, I say do it! You won’t be disappointed. The property is great, the amenities are great! And the move in deals are unbeatable! My brother and i toured these apartments yesterday trying to find a better living situation for be both of us. Kilynn has been there for the both of us from the very start. i am definitely pleased how well she has been involved with us trying to get us into a better place. did the application, paid what we owed and was approved all in one day. if it wasn’t for her i’m not sure where i would even begin. being so responsive and so informative & answered any questions we had cross our mind. such a beautiful location & place.

I absolutely LOVE my new home...all of the renovations are amazing! It is quiet and well-maintained, the staff (love love love Danny...such a professional, sweetheart, and friend) is outstanding, and the value is unmatched. I love being so close to everything I need: Walmart, Aldi, plenty of restaurants, the mall, work, Ulta, bath and body...all within a mile yet it is still so quiet. My apartment is so cozy and had plenty of space...just gorgeous! The gym is freakin huge, pool lights up and changes colors at night, and I loved sipping hot cocoa with my daughters near the bonfire! Theyre offering an outstanding move-in special which makes moving in stress-free and simple! I feel safe and I love coming home!

I checked out numerous places before landing at this one and was amazed! Very beautiful and updated. Danny was very helpful and so nice. Great for the price and in a great spot.

Maintenance was quick, efficient and very friendly even though I had to call after hours. EDITED TO ADD: Everything else not so much. The company doesn’t seem to care about the residents after moving out and is just very unprofessional— for example; they have contacted me twice trying to persuade me to change my 1 star rating to a 5 star since I left a nice comment about maintenance. I was also promised SEVERAL amenities during my stay of 14 months which I never received. Nice apartments but too much to deal with. Do not recommend.

Luke made my move from Tulsa to OKC go as smoothly as possible. He was attentive to my issues that arose (before, during and after the move), set out balloons near my new apartment so that I could locate it again in the large complex😁, and was friendly and personable. Luke made me feel valued to the community and welcomed.

Shoutout to Kim. She is helpful and kind. Everytime I go to office she stops what she doing to help me. She always has great smile on her face and I think she is truly amazing.

I’ve been living here over a year and while I don’t have much to compare this complex to, it’s been awful. The renovation is nice but even before covid it’s been frustrating. There was a point where I tried to contact the office about resigning my lease for five days in a row because I wasn’t able to stop in the office. Also the pool and stuff didn’t even get done in time for summer, and they advertise about the splash pad which doesn’t exist and is definitely not coming soon as well as the fitness center with is also advertised as 24/7 but it’s only open a few hours a day when most people are at work. Like it’s fine if we don’t have those things but don’t advertise that you do. When I moved in almost two years ago I was told about getting all those things and a dog park area, which just didn’t happen. And maintenance doesn’t really fix that well, which is probably common in any cheap complex but still.

Brand new everything! I love my new place.

The apartments are trying to make a comeback and Im sure they would succeed with maintenance guys like CHRIS AND DUSTIN they did a fantastic job the other day helping me with a unexpected project... These 2 gentleman definitely need a raise of at least 2dollars cause great help is hard to find!!!!

3 Month Review:Solid staff who regularly do maintenance and are quick to respond to my needs. We get frequent updates from management as well which is nice. They are always busy doing things and thats good to see.The 1x1 apartment I moved into was in excellent condition with a good set of appliances. It has nice floors and a good window lighting. Its good to live in a clean apartment in a clean neighborhood.Some of the layout and design choices were bad in my apartment. I have a hanging lamp that is on a ceiling that is too low for that kind of lighting. There is also a door that cant open all the way in my bathroom because it conflicts with the vanity countertop. These dont cause me any actual inconvenience its just a little strange.I am enjoying my stay.

Best place to live! Have had no issues, office is friendly and MAINTENANCE TEAM IS GREAT! They fixed our issues right away and they were super happy while doing so! No issues whatsoever! I recommend living here! Love this place!

There has been such an improvement in the last 2 years! The apartments look amazing! I feel safe and cared for. If there are any problems the office is very helpful, they answer all of my questions and the maintenance men are so kind and quick to fix anything that needs to be fixed. Got an brand new apartment with help from Danny. He is such an amazing helpful person and made this process so easy! Absolutely loved him and my new apartment!

A year ago we moved into one of the renovated indigo apartments, the rent was 850 for a 1 bedroom apartment but they had a promo that we were offered. we signed the lease. Now my lease expires in a few weeks, and the going rate for my apartment on their website is about 780/790$. Since my old lease is expiring and this will be a new lease it’s only reasonable for my new lease to reflect the current rate for the apartment. However that’s not the case, they have decided to punish me for taking advantage of the promo they offered when I signed my first lease a year ago. They said Becos of the promo on my OLD lease I can’t have the going rate for my apartment on my new lease UNLESS I move out and then move back in or transfer, which would mean having to pack up my property and move and then do a change of address when I could just remain the same apartment. Why is this necessary?. Isnt this some kind of wickedness?. Why make us go through the hassle just to get the current rate especially in this difficult time. also what is the correlation? Doesn’t a new lease mean new contracts, terms, agreement? Why are people being penalized for taking advantage of an old promo you offered that has expired? I have been an exemplary resident, no late payments or complaints and to get treated like this is very insensitive especially during this time.this doesn’t display any kind of loyalty to their current residents, they are only nice to future residents. I have been working remote part time so my home is like my office, now I have to worry about reaching out to clients, associates, my school about aChange of address ? with only 3weeks notice ?(if I hadn’t reached out I probably wouldn’t have been given any notice) I was in this apartments when it was still the highlands, although they had their flaws but they would never do something like this. I read a similar review like this here by another resident and I didn’t believe it but yeah they will make your life uncomfortable by asking you to move out / transfer even if they have nothing to gain or lose

Indigo is such a great place to live! The remodels are spectacular! Everything is up to date. The employees in the office are extremely helpful and kind. The maintenance men are also always quick to help. They are kind and generous. Chris and Dustin always are there to help with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend indigo!

Miles and Luke have been wonderful to work with and really care about residents experience at Indigo. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and the upgraded amenities will be a big added bonus to the community. Not only that, but the community is also hosting fun events with the new Apartment Life team so that residents can get to know their neighbors- pretty neat!

I love the new 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Will be moving in this Monday. Thanks to the team out at Indigo.

I’ve lived in the 2x1 (Edgemere) for five months. These apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! From every apartment having its own washer and dryer to the STUNNING kitchen and the “selfie mirror,” the remodel at Indigo has been nothing but impressive. Not only that, but the maintenance has been extremely quick based on past experiences. Like, maintenance is there in 30 minutes quick. Below I’ve detailed some quick reviews of each floor plan and who might like each floor plan! I will also detail a couple of (small) cons of this apartment at the end of the review.1x1 (Paseo): The only floor plan with white cabinetry and two closets in the bedroom. I imagine that a young single person (or couple) would LOVE this apartment. The only potential downside is that the living room is a little bit small.2x1 (Edgemere): this floor plan has a MUCH bigger living room and a second bedroom. I can see a young couple, a young family, or someone with pets really loving this floor plan. It’s big enough to spread out a little bit, and you get an office, a pet room, or a children’s bedroom as well! Downside: this is the only floor plan other than the Paseo that doesn’t come with a fireplace, kitchen island, or full-sized laundry room.2x2 (Edmond): I like to call this floor plan the “Luxe Edgemere.” This floor plan has a kitchen island, a full-sized laundry room, and a fireplace! Also, we can’t forget the full master bedroom that is MASSIVE! I think that this floor plan is great for the same types of people, but the major difference is that roommates would probably love this space the most! Roomies don’t have to fight over bathrooms or laundry space because there are two bathrooms and a really graciously sized laundry room. A potential downside could be that the Edgemere and the Paseo have outdoor storage, while the Edmond and the Hefner don’t.3x2 (Hefner): this apartment has all of the features of the Edmond, but there’s a second bedroom. This bedroom is child-sized, so I would say that this floor plan would be better for bigger families or young families that want an office space. Downside: if you want more than one roommate, there’s probably going to be a “small bedroom” argument.These apartments are well-made, and I feel like there’s something for everyone. Yet, here are some minor potential issues that you might have to deal with:1) Because there are no package drop-off boxes (at least on the south side), USPS will make you go to the post office every time you have a package through them.2) Speaking of south side... you WILL have food delivery problems here. Even though this apartment complex has two different addresses and two different sides, delivery drivers get mad that there are two of the same apartment numbers in one complex (even though one will end with an N and the other with an S, they don’t pay attention).

Danni was amazing. He helped me find the perfect space to fit my needs, answered EVERY question I had, I had a lot of them. This was the best leasing experience I could have wished for!!!

I believe some of their staffs lack compassion and not very responsive in certain situations. but they are very quick when they need their money. So we signed a lease for a non-vinyl one bedroom apartment and we pay $849 + utilities which comes up to about $900 a month. we later found out this price was about $100 above what we should be paying, my husband did not suggested we kept paying what we signed for but unfortunately, due to corona, our work hours was immensely reduced. we called the office to see if they would take out the extra ~ 100 we were paying. we called 2 times, well its been a month now since and they still havent gotten back to us as promised. It appears that they would rather prefer to transfer us to another newly renovated apartment instead of just taking out the money. might update the review depending on how im feeling later because the apartment complex is peaceful and beautiful

The remodels in this apartment are great! if you plan on moving here ask for Danny he will the process super enjoyable and easy.
