I lived there for 7 years. It gradually deteriorated and became a sketchy place to live. They overcharged me for moving out and when their corporate office wouldnt answer an email they sent a never late with rent customer to collections. Highly desired wouldnt be what I would say. Live somewhere else. They dont value their customers they just want as much money as they get out of you. No empathy. Good luck. Less than 1 star. Negative star if available.

So i lived in this apartment for 10 months. The attendents were nice and helpful. The apartment was not cleaned peferctly when i moved in. That was fine. I do not cook or i am messy. The old carpet had a stain in it that got brighter as i lived there. When it came to leaving, it seems that i owed for damages to the apartment. 75 for the oven being dirty that i never used and 282 to replace the 5 yr old carpet.So it looks like i got stuck with the remodel bill.I have tried calling them for 2 weeks now to get some clarification on this and no one answers the phone.Now if i do not pay, the apartment will send my bill to collections because they are claiming all of this as damages, so it will affect my credit. Seems shady.Please watch out for this and think twice before renting here. Get them to install new carpet at least, this way you can be the one to use it

I have lived here since August of 2020 and could not be happier. The management is great, and they are quick to always take care of any needs or questions I may have. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and really friendly. The grounds are nice and all the buildings are very clean. This is a great place to live. Highly recommend!

This is my first year being a resident here and I have really enjoyed it. Dillion is a great office manager and a great communicator. He always checks in abs actually does his job. The maintenance team is also great and welcoming!

I’ve been in the complex almost 2 years now and I was here when new management took over. It has been a constant improvement from the day they have moved in from fresh paint to easier ways to pay online.I don’t know what the one bad review was about but Mr Nin Kum Poop was right about one thing. People come in and out all day. But we stop in to say hi (or at least that’s why I do) as I’ve grown to see their team as part of my family/community.

I have lived here for going on 2 years. I was with the previous owners for the first year and the second year with HPI. I was hesitant...but honestly I can say...what an amazing staff we have! Vicki is always there to help and is so great! I was searching other apartment complexes when my lease was coming up but Vicki did everything she could to meet my needs for us to stay! Maintenance is great! Will is top notch and so nice all the time! I could go on and on! Traditions is honestly the best place to live. The only down falls is the dog park, someone people don’t clean up after their dogs and so it can start to smell (I live in front of the dog park.) and I wish the pool was bigger, especially for the size of the complex. But overall it’s a great place to call home!

I have lived here since the end of May and I could not be more impressed with the upkeep, maintenance, and management staff! As a healthcare worker, I am honestly happy to see that the leasing office isn’t open to the public and that you have to make an appointment to go into the leasing office due to COVID concerns. I am happy to know that they are making an effort to keep people safe during this time. They also offer amazing discounts for healthcare workers and military personnel which I throughly appreciate and think is so great. The maintenance crew is quick to respond to any issues that we have and both of the people I have come into contact with are very friendly! We have really enjoyed the dog park and the location of this complex. Management is very friendly and consistently informative. Definitely recommend this place.

Management staff and maintenance staff are professional and courteous. Management has always been 100 percent transparent with me in terms of what needs to be done regarding daily maintenance and long-term improvements. If they don’t send out mass emails or texts, there will definitely be a notice posted on your door. This is important, as the complex is constantly being worked on to be a better apartment complex. In this past week alone, we have had a company come through and repaint much of the complex. I’ve never seen company that is so focused on improving and you can’t go a day without seeing complex staff or a contracted company out there making improvements. This is also a very quiet, safe complex. I can walk through the complex at night without being afraid of something sketchy happening and I am happy to say that my fiancée feels the same way. We have had zero issues since we moved in.There is also an on-site courtesy officer who is an off-duty officer with a local PD. He does patrols every night to help deter criminal activity.

By far the best apartment complex I have lived in! The management and Staff are always very helpful and respectful. Maintenance Is constantly making improvements where they see needed. My fiancé and I feel very safe and welcomed here by everyone!

The worse management and staffs put in place. Very rude and inexperienced. Zero customer service skills. People hop in and out on a daily basis because of poor management and a fake policy put in place to protect their arrogance and inexperience. Never you take a long term lease with them because it will definitely end up with either you leaving prematurely or fighting with a bunch of low life idiots.

I’ve lived here a little over a month and I love it! It was very difficult moving with all of the COVID-19 stuff going on but the mangers really took care of me while keeping everybody safe at the same time. I worked with both Dillion and Vicky and they met all my needs and more. They are both very quick to answer their emails if I have any questions. The apartment itself won me over. It has all the amenities needed (Pool, gym and dog park) It’s super cute on the inside and out, the landscape is kept up with and so far it has been very quiet and peaceful. This complex gives me a good vibe! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Traditions at Westmoore have great apartments and amazing staff! They are always there if we need them! Maintenance is super quick at getting anything fixed or done. They have a dog park. It’s not directly on a Main Street so you don’t hear the busy road. Overall I love living here!

We just finished a 15 month lease and have been trying to decide to move to a rental home or stay at Traditions. The property manager has worked with us for the last couples months through this process and he has been great. We have decided to stay at Traditions for another year due to him working with us and making it an easy decision. Management went through hoops to help us stay and worked hard to keep our rent affordable. Through many calls and emails he remained patient and kind the entire time. I have had the most pleasant experience with helping my daughter & 2 roommates move into Traditions at Westmoore apartments. They are college volleyball players and are super excited for this great experience. Vicky has been wonderful and so pleasant during this process. She has followed up repeatedly on ALL the things we needed to do to be ready for move in day. I feel extra safe about these apartments and even better after dealing with Vicky. So happy with traditions so far.

The apartments were great at first until they switched management. Then it all went downhill. Notes on our doors threatening a $250 fine if every cabinet in our apartment is not cleared for pest control and only a 3 day notice. So if I have plans Im screwed right? Yep. I called to discuss what exactly the vague letter was trying to specify and left a voicemail that was never returned. The office staff is terrible. A 0 star rating for them especially since they dont even keep their doors open or help you with anything if it is close to 5:30pm when they are supposed to close. My wife left work early today to speak with them and arrived at 5:15 to find the doors locked and noone there. Make sure they show you the carpet when you move in as well as take pictures of everything cause they will expect you to foot the bill for a complete carpet removal saying the stain is a dog or cat stain when your wife is allergic to dogs and cats. The only good thing about this place is the roof doesnt leak but the pipes definitely do. Lastly, the maintenance is amazing. 11pm and our A/C goes out and within 15 minutes there was a technician working on it and he stayed with me out there working until 1230am. Thats something you cant find everywhere.

I am a current resident here at Traditions at Westmoore and I have been here for almost a year. So far I have absolutely no complaints! The staff here are very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The office staff are always professional and eager to help in any way and the maintenance team are always on point with any request you may have. They respond to your request very quickly and always check if you are satisfied with any work done. Hands down best place I have ever lived! Great place for me and my family. My kids love it here and I feel safe having them here. They also host many resident events and do a great job providing a sense of community amongst the residents. I am giving 5 stars as it is well deserved. I will most definitely be renewing my lease!

Update: Overall a good place. I came back to it as it still offers best value around. I will still gripe about no tornado shelter and creaky buildings but management is very good about addressing other concerns. My last management team was good and all and any requests were handled quickly.Original: Changing the review after living here a while. Building are cheap and slight gusts of wind make them, creak and crack... Imagine a tornado. No shelters. And now some odd shopping center is being built right in front. Not a gated community so anyone and everyone can just stroll around. For the price I pay on monthly basis simply not worth it... But wait if youre renewing the lease your rent hikes up! Make sense of that!

Traditions at west moore are my first apartment I moved into. It was the first apartment I came to give a look and fell in love with. People at reception or in office are very welcoming and kind and helps with all kind of problems. Maintenance service is also very quick and solved within 30 mins of time. I would recommend this apartments to anyone trying to find one near south okc- moore area. Dont hesitate at all.

First off...it doesnt take a genius to figure out that most of the recent 5 star reviews arent from actual residents...almost all of the recent residents have reviewed the same set of apartment complexes (this one and various ones in Tennessee)....take that for what you will. Pay attention to those who have numerous reviews and have reviewed local places. This review is from an actual resident.Lived here for 3ish years in two different units. Overall the actual apartments are pretty nice and the landscaping is generally well kept. Depending on which building youre in, parking gets pretty limited and we frequently found ourselves having to park a couple building over. Dumpsters filled up every time and wed have to take our trash to another dumpster on the other side of the property. If trash is found on the ground outside the dumpster (which it would frequently be), theyll dig through it to find out what apartment it came from and post a $75 fine on your door. The dog park was a cool feature when it was put in a couple years ago. However, it is incredibly unkempt and FULLLLL of dog poop...they provide the bags to pick it up, people just dont do it. The gym is fine for most basic things, pretty similar to a hotel gym. The pool isnt anything special, although advertised in the front of the complex as being a Resort Style Pool (its just a standard, normal pool). The patios are pretty big and vary between shared and independent depending on which unit you get. Getting a shared patio with a smoker is a bummer.Ownership of the apartments changed 3 times in the 3 years I lived here. Office staff (in my personal experiences) went from very friendly, to not so friendly, to not so helpful. Dont expect to get your deposit back. Maybe under the old ownership, but not the current. Theyll find any reason to deduct from it and there is no debating it. Planning on renting a carpet cleaner before you move out? Dont bother.The best things about the place are the maintenance staff and the landscaping. The property is well maintained and looks very nice all year. Horrible! Management isnt steady. I didnt even move in. You have to provide your own insurance up to 100,000 or pay theirs, you have to pay for pest contol! Apartments are cheap quality for what you pay for. Worth about $650 Got multiple different answers for everything and wasnt told correctly about my deposit so they kept $250. Being a disabled vet on a monthly income i thing they can one time give a break. Im telling EVERYONE not to go here. Plus another 2,200 people. Ugh!Do you research! I did and still got screwed. They take ZERO responsibility! Worst apartments search ever.

This place is better than most complexes. Nice design, needs work on the quality of contructuon . Shower feels like a hotel shower with the curved rod, I dont care for that. The grounds are kept clean and well groomed. Neighbors are considerate for the most part. Pet friendly. I would like to see more events for the community, maybe a yard sale, movie night on the lawn, bon fire night. Havent had much experience with the staff but what I have had has been good. We have been here for 8 months and will likely sign another years lease.

I have lived here for over a year and have had nothing but Immaculate service from the front office and maintenance staff. Anything that needs fixed is done in a timely and professional manner. The staff goes above and beyond their duties to please the residence here. They helped my fiancé plan his proposal for me on a movie night on the lawn it was very beautiful and amazing.I was beyond surprised. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU TRADITIONS AT WESTMOORE.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever either visited or lived in.The bar was set super low with my last apartment complex, which had bug problems, noisy neighbors, and a management staff that didnt do or care much about either. That last part is not the case at Traditions. They care a great deal about their residents. Our maintenance concerns are always addressed within 2-3 hours maximum (and usually within minutes, someone on the maintenance team is there). The staff is great, and I have yet to have a negative interaction with management at any time. They actually are getting serious about holding more resident events, which I personally cannot wait to attend. The apartments themselves are beautiful, my first floor unit is ADA compliant, and, despite some opinions to the contrary, the buildings are indeed built to last as this entire development is only a few years old and had to be built to code. If you have noise and you live on either of the first two floors, its probably someone who walks heavily. I really cant see a single thing wrong with this place, and cannot wait to spend many more months here!

Overall great experience in our first apartment. My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half now. Any issues I have had the office staff and maintaince have always been there to help. I want to thank Victor very much for responding to our call in within 3 minutes and coming out to our apartment on a Friday night to fix our air on one of the hottest weekends of this year. Victor is very professional and personable. Victors goal was to fix our problem and he was not leaving until the job was done. I could not ask for better apartment maintaince. I would recommend Traditions at Westmoore to everyone.

This review is primarily regarding the office team. Cassidy and the rest of office team were excellent. My wife and I looked into living here. Cassidy gave us a tour and, over the next few weeks, answered our many questions. The apartment looked new and clean and we loved the modern floor plans. The grounds appeared well-managed. We decided to apply to rent an apartment but due to unforeseen circumstances, the particular apartment we were interested in was not available. Cassidy was able to find us an identical apartment. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we couldnt move in but the office team turned a potentially frustrating situation into a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend them. They were kind and helpful to us during the application process and even after we didnt end up moving there.

Horrible neighbors, nice units, great maintenance staff, mediocre pool, well kept grounds. Overpriced. Take note that you basically cannot get out of the parking lot after 8 AM during school hours. Also the high school marching band practices all day long during the summer and fall in the south parking lot. And theres a motorcycle class that happens during the weekends in the morning on the weekend. Run far run fast. BTW Brittany works for Greystar leasing, the parent company for Traditions. So....reported for COI.

The front office is never open everytime I go to get a package. The staff is always late to open and always is gone when I go. Or they leave 45 minutes before theyre supposed to actually close. Very disappointed.
