I visited this company a few years ago and I haven’t gone to another rental car company since. It’s affordable and the cars are clean and gas efficient. All the staff members are friendly; especially, Vanessa. She has exceptional customer service skills and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. She is pleasant and understanding. Since COVID-19, the staff make sure that the cars are disinfected. When I leave her presence she always say, “Have a safe trip and call us if you need anything.”

Vanessa is a very loving an caring person. She is always so helpful when I come to rent a car. Vanessa always makes sure you are comfortable in the car you receive before you even drive it. McCurry motors service is over the top. They are so underrated. Prices are perfect, service is outstanding, vehicles are clean. The staff there does a splendid job but Vanessa always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is comfortable. Her customer service is unmatched. I’ve been dealing with them for a while now. I rent cars from them very often and it’s very convenient and cheap. I usually talk to Vanessa and she’s very helpful and nice. She always gets me in something nice. All the staff are nice and easy going. I would most definitely recommend a friend to mccurry rental. And I would most definitely use them again ....

Vanessa is the BEST employee they have she is very thorough and helpful and she is a great communicator if your looking to rent a car go see Vanessa! She will make sure that the car is up to par and clean for you. She treats people the way she wants to be treated and for that I am appreciative!!

Our initial quote was changed to a higher rate from our phone conversation when we arrived. Since we returned the vehicle on June 7th we have been charged twice almost two months later for tolls we paid cash for. Their customer service was horrible and why do you still have access to my card after almost two months?? Beware of this place!!

I have rented cars from McCurry Motors in Huntsville multiple times. I’ve never had any issues, the prices are very affordable ! I always deal with Vanessa, she’s the best employee they have and she always makes sure that I’m taken care of ! She’s very friendly and makes you feel welcomed when you come into McCurry Motors. If there are any inconveniences, she always does the best that she can to make it right ! She definitely deserves a raise ! She’s awesome !

The best experience Ive had by far. The staff are courteous, and friendly. Justin Stefo is absolutely awesome. I was in and out within 10 minutes. They also have the best rates thus far. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received (vehicle, rental rate, staff, processing, and customer service).

Very affordable rentals easy to deal with only reason they dont get the fifth star is vehicles are a lil dated but just rented one to go to Kentucky and West Virginia for the holidays and it was dependable but no Bluetooth or navigation
