Jason is an absolute amazing asset to your company. I can’t say enough what a professional, kind, pleasant, smart, hardworking man he is. A stressful, out of town breakdown ended on a happy note. Give that man an extra vacation, he’s the bee’s knees for sure! I highly recommend this towing company.

Havent needed a tow company in years and I dont normally write a review but I felt that one was really deserved for these guys. Greg Hunt and Jamie were really great!! If I could give them 10 Stars I would! I dont know their other employees but after my encounter with these guys I would recommend them all day long to anyone. These guys really know their stuff, are careful and are just downright good guys!I have AAA and when I put in a request for a tow to get one of our vehicles home from out of town, Greg came to the rescue from Heafners. He was so nice and very professional. It was the day before memorial Day so the shop wasnt open and had to tow the car home to later tow it to the shop. Did not want to leave the vehicle sitting in a parking lot for days.A couple days later I put in another request for a tow to get the vehicle from our house down the road to the shop and Jamie came to the rescue. Again he was so nice and very professional.

Chris was great and very professional! He was cautious with my car and a great driver! My insurance always uses them for my towing needs and it’s always a great experience.

Joshua was very professional and friendly. He was coming to tow my suv to the mechanic but asked what was wrong and when I told him it wouldn’t start he grabbed the battery pack and jump started it with no problem! I was so amazed by his customer service. He took the time to ask us what was wrong and I am so happy for his services. He is a great guy!

This specific driver loves to park wherever they feel like. Parks in the middle of the road, on the grass, and as you can see here taking up not only 4 spots also in the grass and in the middle of the road. Will not move his truck, he only did today because I was taking pictures in case of an accident, and he was blocking in a box truck behind him. Very unsafe for a company that is supposed to be a safe company.

My 79 Chevy Silverado pick-up truck has been towed by Heafners a couple of times and each time Ive had to deal with them I can say nothing bad about the company. Each person Ive talked to have always been very nice and extremely helpful. I had personal issues going on at time of tow and they all worked with me and my situation!! I would definitely recommend Heafners anytime you need a tow or other vehicle services!!! They are awesome!!!

My husband and I have been using Heafners for well over 25 years. Never have had a problem with this company. Due to the driver named Mike misinterpreting my comment asking about damage coverage, since a flatbed was not dispatched as requested, they refused to tow our vehicle. I spoke with Patricia at Heafners office and she was absolutely rude, disrespectful, and refused to admit a flatbed was requested by my insurance and by me before they came to my location. The driver stated there were notes in the dispatch request that he could see and did not understand why they sent him. I only wanted the driver to know that the suspension was broke and towing on a dollie could cause damage to other vehicles--due to parts being thrown off the car on the highway and possibly more damage to our vehicle. It is obvious they do not want you to ask questions or state anything regarding their company. Patricia needs customer service training and learn how to be respectable to customers if their business is going to strive. Not only was she ugly to me but slammed the phone down when I was explaining about my comment to the driver. Needless to say, I spoke to Alan, the owner, and he stated he would speak with the driver and office clerk about the situation. It seems like Heafners has so much business that they dont need to keep long time customers or continue to get service calls from insurance companies. Its a shame that a company such as this treats customers unprofessionally and with so much rudeness. If you need a company that cares, call Heltons Automotive and Wrecker. Heltons seem to love doing business and all customers matter. Patricia, please get some better training and stop acting like you have had no training at all. With an active 3.8 star total on reviews, you need positive reviews, not continuing to receive negative ones. I check out reviews on everything I buy and services I use. With that said, a company with low reviews would be passed over very quickly and with enough negative reviews, that could impact your company extremely....looks like this has been going on forever by looking at all other reviews. No, the owner does not care!!!!

We called AAA at around 5:30pm because our car was stalling on the interstate. we were told a tow truck would be out to us in an hour and fifteen minutes. at 6:45pm, our tow truck driver called and said he was about ten minutes away. we called AAA back at 7:30pm to see where our driver was because the eta sent by AAA over text said 7:14pm. we were told the driver was ten minutes away. it was past 8pm before the driver showed up and picked up our car. he was nice but smelled very strongly of marijuana.

This company was sent by AAA for a service call and proceeded to attempt to solicit money to wench a vehicle misstating rules and regulations. They then proceeded to leave the site and refuse service going completely against AAA. When called the next day BOTH female dispatchers took it upon themselves to hang up rather than to put a owner or manager on the line.Unprofessional, acting Superior, total disregard for The expectation of their line of work. Rude is quite an understatement.

I told them I need a flat bed because Im towing my car to the mechanic because it has axle issues and I cant drive it. They showed up without a flatbed and wanted to f*ck up my car. Just because your towing for AAA doesnt mean you can mess up the cars.

The driver was awesome down to earth kinda person. I Would recommend them to anyone. Timing was within what I was told. I have no complaints at all. Overall A Great job! (Was my first experience using a towing company and hopefully the last- dont like my car breaking down)

Woke up to a flat tire this morning in my driveway. Used my Geico roadside assistance to get it towed to a tire place, and Geico sent heafners to get my car. Best experience with a tow truck ever. I have a Mercedes and it apparently does not come with a spare or a jack. Never had a flat with this car before so I didn’t know that until this morning. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than the time quoted which was awesome. And he was so friendly, professional, prompt, and took excellent care of me and my car. My car has a tow hitch and he explained to me it couldn’t just be wenches up like some other vehicles. He was awesome and explained it to me so I’ll know in the future. I completely forgot to get the drivers name, but please tell him I appreciate his help today and that he was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. 8 used to work as a cop, so I’ve had many experiences with tow trucks while I’ve worker wrecks and this guy was top notch. Thank you for helping me today!

Ashe! Was the best!!! He was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time with both of my vehicles and understood my needs. I didn’t appreciate dispatcher female from Heafner towing calling back my AAA and telling them what she though was her story and NOT THE TRUTH..... But I do commend Ashe as my tow truck driver for a job well done! She needs to be fired for lying.

This evening, I locked my only car key in the trunk of my car. After calling AAA, Justin showed up to tow my car to the dealership so a new fob could be made. However, Justin was certain he could get in my trunk and it took a while, some phone calls, and some help from youtube, but he did it! He was incredibly helpful, polite and respectful of my car. I am so appreciative!

I made an appointment through Geico to have my car towed out of the mud in the ditch in front of my house. A nice young man showed up about 20 minutes early and got my car right out of the ditch, making me a very happy camper.

Car became disabled at Amazon Fulfillment Center so I had to call a tow truck!! Estimated time was 45 minutes to an hour! NOT WITH DAVID!! He was there in a extremely timely matter!! This company left me sitting for hours after they said they would be right back with a bigger truck just to find out that they didn’t go back to get a bigger truck like they said. Then they quoted another hour and a half that turned into 3 hours before i decided to call Sawyers Towing who came out within 30 minutes and the job was done in less than an hour.

Probably one of the most unprofessional and rude companies Ive ever seen or dealt with. We literally called for them at 6:45am and they didnt show up to tow us until after 9am. Once he got there he had a attitude for the duration of the trip. Then once we got to the destination shop we asked for the car to at least be dropped around back but he said nah imma just drop it right here theyll move it. Long story short they didnt move it and we had to push the car all the way around back and up a hill into the bay for the work to be done. Simply non existent customer service and they should have their AAA contract revoked since they lie about times and dont arrive on time.

My husbands truck wouldnt start on a Friday night so I picked him up and we decided to take care of it first thing in the morning as it was after business hours for any shops. Christy is really abrasive i told them everything i needed towed and recorded the phone call she swore I didnt tell her about a vehicle when I explained to her I recorded conversation she told me she would have the driver dump my tools in nearest parking lot and hung up 3 separate times I will never use them again and I am a mechanic that could hàve boosted their business

The young man that came was early and changed the tire so efficiently that he left before I could find change to tip him. This was actually the best experience Ive had with a tow company and I feel bad that I was unable to tip him.

This is most certainly the absolute worst experience I have ever had with not only a towing company but a horrible customer service experience. I have worked with the public in all aspects in customer service for over 20 years past and present.. From the second I called this company after my daughter had almost a fatal car accident the girl that works there was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She was most unhelpful, short fused and down right rude. I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating because that is exactly what they deserve. Guess what you are a wrecker service so common sense says 9 times out of 10 you are dealing with people that are clearly dealing with a loss. Whether it is due to an accident or any other event if you cant provide some sort of understanding of peoples situations if not only to be a decent human being but to accommodate the service of which you chose to provide then you should rethink your choice in profession or better yet who you hire. Clearly this woman must be related to the owner to remain on the payroll. I, as well as my daughter spoke to her not once but multiple times in a period of a week to ask questions which were always answered in a condescending demeanor. This company was called by law enforcement not by consent and I urge everyone I know and have no qualms about telling everyone I know to never use this company ever. Thanks for all of your help. I had a wonderful experience. I got a bad flat and roadside assistance sent out someone from Heafners. He called to confirm where I was and showed up pretty quickly. He was pleasant and made me and my daughter feel safe. I really appreciated his good mood and help. Based on my experience, I would gladly use them again and recommend to friends.

Our car died while having alterations done next to their main office. Called the number from the billboard and Patrick answered. Said he would be there in 20 minutes to help. It took him ten. My car broke down at the intersection of Youngblood Road and South Tryon Street. Johnathan was a tremendous help, he was patient and stayed in touch throughout the process. Last evening could have quiet possibly been one of the worst experiences of my life. Driver Brian made the outcome completely different. The cold wet conditions were less than ideal but he was friendly courtesy and efficient. Even played some theme music to lighten the mood!! Great service I will remember to request you all first !!

Disrespectful drivers and dispatchers. Have shown up twice and left me and told me to call again with a change order because they didnt get it right the first two times on their end. I would recommend you do not use them ever and find a better towing service. I will also turn them into the better business bureau

My truck transmission went out on a sunday afternoon in the pouring rain near 485 and brookshire freeway while pulling my camper home from the beach.we were stuck in the turning lane dead in the water and I called several tow companies and no one would help but one company referred me to Heafners they came to our rescue quickly. Very professional and went out of there way being nice to us.I highly recommend them.

Very disrespectful dispatcher an driver smoked in the truck right in front of me. Made me feel very discussing and uncomfortable.

So unprofessional ! They are supposed to open at 8 am and here it is 8:30 am and no one is here. I have been waiting out here since 8 am sharp. I even called there telephone number and they have advised me that no one will arrive to help me for another 20 minutes. I am late for work! If I would have known how unprofessional they are, I would have never had my car towed here. Go somewhere else for business !

Okay I got my car picked up by heafners towing and he brought a brand new big wrecker to the accident. Instead of being smart, he brought something that took forever to pick my van up with. Tommys wrecker was on the scene of the accident, loaded up and left in less than five minutes!!!! I was still stuck there waiting on the middle of the road, blocking traffic for 20 mins with a unreasonable big truck. So safe to say I will call tommys wrecker next time I have a accident or have a friend who is in need of a tow! So go call tommys wrecker everyone!
