This place is a complete disaster, starting with the staff, rude, lazy and incompetent. The unit itself is old and every door is broken from the hinges, the drawers break, weve had 5 floods in 10 months, sewer water has flooded our master bedroom 4 times. This past 6 days weve had to stay in a hotel because they turned off our air to do roof work. Well a storm came through and ended up literally raining inside my apartment! Im sitting in a hotel room As I write this honest review. I beg you please save yourself the nightmare and find another place to live. They will lie to you to get you in, buy once you are in, they have no interest in taking care of your issues. Please save yourself the nightmare and find a decent place to live.

Maintenance Staff and Technician NEVER Show Up !!!The managing system at this apartment is such a trash.A few months ago, I have put the request regarding some repairs the 1st day when I move in, but the maintenance staff never shows up. I try to contact the leasing office and they always take a perfunctory attitude. The manager does not give me an accurate day the time maintenance staff will arrive that shows how terrible their managing system is.What’s the worse. I have received the notification of pest control which is mandatory. I stay at home all the day since I have a pet and do not want people randomly walk-in to my house. I contact the leasing office and they say the technician will be there around noon to 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, the technician still does NOT shows up until 6:00 pm that makes me extremely annoyed and disappointed. It is absolutely a joke for their entire managing system at this apartment. I spent time cleaning out the stuff from cabinets but nothing happens!! This is the worse management I have never seen.Hey apartment owner, do not comment “we are looking into this matter ASAP” under my review. It doesn’t helpful for dealing with problems. Do it not just talking.

The new ownership and management are doing an amazing job with this property! I remember how it was before, and it is definitely above and beyond what weve seen in the past.Edit:There is still the need and room for improvement in the way of procedures and practices. Its never impossible to move forward and do the right things.

Moved in with my wife in April of this year and Alexis the property manager worked her hardest after hours to get us into a unit!!! She got us into a nice 2 bed and 2 bath not to mention all new appliances and new FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER… they take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner! Please remember these people are like you and me not everyone will get reached to in the same day but rest assure they do their jobs!! Pools are opening this weekend, looking forward to relaxing and using their complimentary grills! Thank you Restoration on Candlewood staff for all your hard work!!! Also Miss. Sarah is awesome!

My mother lived here and my name was also on the lease. When my mother passed away in November of 2020, I notified the office. I paid the rent for December as it was the last month on the lease. I received a random phone call from these apartments in June of 2021 claiming I didnt pay the full amount due for December. I tell them that I did and have the money order receipts to prove it. The lady on the phone tells me ok and not to worry about it. I had my credit pulled in July of 2021 and guess what is on there? A COLLECTION FROM THESE APARTMENTS. I immediately call them and they again assured me it was a mistake on their part and would have the collection removed immediately. The collection is still there 2 months later. I will have to contact a lawyer to have this matter resolved

Moved in April, they’ve taken care of me since I’ve been here. The pools will be open soon, the little hang out spots they have here with complimentary grills are cute. The dog park is a small cute spot for dogs to hang out. All my maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner… you’ve got to remember they’re under new management and whatever was messed up prior to this new management are things they are having to fix and clean up they’re only human they will get to everyone soon! Management is so sweet and courteous, and always helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I am considering applying for the 3 bedroom with a den once they’re ready in August ❤️

I Love the Office Staff they stay busy and are always on top of things. They have made many improvements on property. The renovated units are really nice! Kudos to you guys!

I moved in, in may and I’m currently sitting in an flooded apartment from my bathroom to my kitchen over Labor Day weekend might I add so im not sure if anyone will be there today. They have been working on the roof, things falling from the roof as your walking, their waking you up at 6 am beating on the damn roof, the air stopped working and the temp keeps rising, but look at the last ladies comment they turned the air off. I’m almost positive there is water all between my walls because I have water marks, and check this out. They have no emergency maintenance.

Update: We were finally able to transfer units after weeks of living in a flooded unit---mainly due to new management taking over. However, despite our initial feelings of gratitude and hope at transferring units, we were quickly met with more issues of a different variety. Instead, we have been without a microwave and clothing rods for a month and left with no access to our mail as the maintenance/management communication is either non-existent or people are just simply not wanting to do their jobs. Multiple attempts to remedy these concerns have been made in-person, by email, and through maintenance requests submitted online through the portal---as the maintenance was kind enough to let my wife know that it isnt our problem until the office notifies us (while standing in our unit full of maintenance requests).Furthermore, in my detailed email seeking resolution and a reduction in rent for the numerous issues--now lasting over a month--I was met with a simple response of there will be no reduction in rent. Thanks for taking the time to address none of my concerns and make no attempt to resolve the issues at all and completely absolve yourself of any responsibility or accountability.

My experience was less than optimal. I was told before filling out the application that a 3 bed with a den or 4 bed would be available by a certain date, then after paying the nonrefundable application I was told those wouldnt be available until months (yes months, not weeks) later, now I feel conned out of my 70$ application fee or forced to take a smaller apartment that I dont want. What a waste

After reading several of the terrible reviews left by others I can confirm that most of these issues are ongoing. My wife and I moved in about 2-3 months ago with our 2 kids. We signed a 6 month lease and paid our rent in full.Prior to signing the lease we were shocked to find out the apartment they had shown us had been already given to someone else. The worst part is they had no plan to even tell us. When my wife and I arrived to do our walkthrough of the apartment they showed us to another unit that was far worse than the one we were offered originally. My wife and I just looked at each other extremely confused. When I asked what happened to the unit they showed us they told us they rented it to someone else. We decided to look else where until they called us back telling us that they had a better unit ready.All I really have to say about this place is don’t even bother unless you have no other option. The management will tell you what you want to hear or simply deflect the blame all together. I have had issues with water leaking from the ceiling and/or walls. My a/c has gone out twice now. My dryer has not worked at all since we moved in. Kids run around the apartments late at night. Granted it’s summer, I know, but still these kids are between the ages of 6-12 or so and unsupervised.One group of children in particular had been ringing my doorbell and running off. I asked them several times to stop but they wouldn’t listen until I ran into their parents and had a word with them.We won’t be renewing our lease seeing as how we have had so many problems in such a short amount of time with no solution. We call the office and they tell us they will fix things on a certain date and then never show up when they are scheduled. One of the maintenance guys who took a look at my dryer told me himself that the management is terrible here and that they get very little quality work done. I would be far less upset about the living conditions if the staff was helpful but they are not and don’t seem to care at all. In my experience when you tell someone you are going to do something and then don’t that is a really bad look. They are over promising and under delivering when it should be the other way around.I have pictures/videos documenting my experiences here but I have far too many to post. The pictures I have included show water damage for a work order I have put in that is still unresolved. I am pretty sure we have a a mold problem due to the water damage but I’m not expert. I have a video showing one of the apartment staff having a conversation in front of my door with someone who I did not recognize (maybe a tenant). The staff member is completely unfazed by the other party rolling up some marijuana in the breezeway while they carry on with their conversation. I personally don’t mind anyone who smokes but can you please not do those kinds of things in front of my apartment. The fact of the matter is that not everybody is going to be alright with that kind of thing and it’s very unprofessional.The only good job they have done is making people believe that there is in fact a restoration going on here. They have simply updated a few things to give it that illusion but the place is still a dump. My overall experience has been far from stellar. I have been cautious to post this as I expect some type of retaliation such as my maintenance orders not getting fulfilled but that already hasn’t happened so what do I have to lose?Not sure how else I can convince you NOT to rent here. We are regretting it and are currently looking for other options.

Our a/c hasn’t worked since we moved in at the end of March. We filled out the move in checklist & put it on there along with many other things, never came to fix any of it. We put in a work order 2 weeks ago and asked them to come and fix it & again, nothing. It’s currently 82 and does not cool any lower. We have 3 kids & they’re miserable!

The restored apartments are fairly nice and the location is close enough to most places to not have to drive more than 30 minutes. The staff is kind whenever we talk to them.Unfortunately I have to leave a 2 star review because the maintenance management is incompetent at best. When we first moved in, our fridge, mirror, paint, and washer/dryer unit all had issues. Everything was taken care within the first week besides the washer/dryer. Weve been calling constantly to get it fixed (6+ times now), but every time we do they either are unaware that there was an issue with it, even though we submitted an online work request when we first noticed, or they say theyll replace it on a certain date. When that certain date comes, we call to make sure that theyre still planning to replace the unit on that day, to which they say yes, but then they never do.My advice is that if you plan on living here, make sure that absolutely everything is fixed and all appliances are working before you sign the lease. Because the appliances are provided by them, you cannot do your own fixes on the appliances or you risk voiding their warranty, so youre at the mercy of them and their unorganized timetables to get things fixed.

Love the updates around the property! Alexis is very helpful and responsive. Things have really turned around. I’ve heard there are more updates to come I’m very excited to see what’s ahead! Nothing but positive things to say about the office staff and maintenance!

Management is wonderful! Had a couple issues with my apartment when I moved in but they took care of them fast and orderly! Would highly recommend this property!

I originally gave them 5 stars because my move in experience was great. However now I have to change that to 1 star for the horrible service since then. I’ve been trying for over a month to get transferred to a renovated apartment and all I’ve gotten so far is empty promises and lies. Every time I go into the office they take my name, number, and apartment number and assure me they’ll have an answer for me soon but this has happened about a dozen times now and nothing has happened. It’s pathetic.

The new Management in 2020 is the sole reason that this place went from a cheap, affordable place to live; where the quality of living was exclusively based on how well you kept your place personally maintained doors tightly locked to: an affordable, well kept, upgraded & updated appearance with constantly improving amenities & maintenance proactively improving the property instead of reactively patching long overdue problems. It feels safer, looks better & Im pleased with what has been & is being done there. When I moved my mother in, it was only because of the price & proximity to the airport. Now I feel like its a home that I can frequently visit when shes in town or when Im carrying for it in her absence. Well done!

Neighbors above me had a leak problem that spread throughout their apartment into my place. The ice storm was terrible for us all. There was no warning for the residents below level about the neighbors above having a leak problem its still unattended for. This is in the children room, would of been nice if someone warn us. These apartments let anyone move in, long as they got the money. Theres homeless people eating out of the dumpsters. Drug addicts and drug dealers giving these apartments a bad name. I really do hope bringing the price up will make a lot of these folks move out. Take away section 8 too, please. Not all money is good money. Our building hallway is always smelling like marijuana. Idk how some people do it because the apartments that are smelling like weed have kids living there. A lot of these parents are the problems allowing their teenagers and little kids to run around here 3 in the morning being loud outside or inside the apartment. Zero respect for other neighbors who have to go to work. This place need serious work!

I love this place been here going on for about 5yrs total . I’ve never had issue and the office is friendly! But most of all Anna and Antonio the office staff is the best she always so helpful & always thinks bout the residents. Gotta love her! It’s been three days since my entire bedroom ceiling caved in. There’s also stand still water in my unit. I have anywhere from 5-11 buckets in each room because of leaks. Not only did the property management tell me that they aren’t gonna fit it but they haven’t even came to see how bad it is. The people in the office would rather argue with me than help. I lost everything due to water damage. They will not move me into another unit and will not replace anything that was damaged. I’ve had leaks since the beginning of November 2020. I haven’t heard from the management or the owner.

It is very heard to get them to fix stuff. They have new owners and theyre not doing any better. My cats have caught 60 mice in the apartment that I live in. We told them about it and they said it wasnt their problem. Every time we call the office theyve barely ever answer the phone. They want to make these apartments high-class Apartments but good luck for to them. You have to fix the cockroach in the mice problem first.

Brenda was very nice, they even gave me all my deposit back when I changed my mind. I would recommend them. I found a house the only reason I did not move in. Very professional.

I just love this place! It is gated and the office people are always do incredibly nice and helpful anytime I go in or call! They had connections for my washer and dryer, I have hardwood floors and they even had a 4 bedroom apartment! I just love it! :)

Management changed at least twice in the last year, including just this month. Been around 5 years, will spare details. Merely this: Dont. Delivering difficulties for FedEx,Amazon Prime,UPS, & even a disabled childs stomach pumped food supplies all have had delivery difficulties thanks to changes in policy and locked breezeway doors. Give the damn drivers a key when they enter at the office to return upon exit of property instead of making disabled people walk in the cold, rain, or ice, to pick up (especially heavy) packages. Aint that hard. Used to be head maintenance out of state of a 4 story building. No experience talking at all.

The apartment complex has gone through several management changes, and each time it has gotten worse and worse. Ive had my vehicle towed from its parking spot two times due to construction or remodeling. The first time the people were actually kind enough to pay out of pocket and have my vehicle moved to a different spot in the same Apartments; with the responsibility of me to move it back after the work was done. This time recently they towed my vehicle all the way to 7th and Villa, the location of Red Arrow Towing Company. I paid $200 to get my vehicle out of impound. I asked the management of the whereabouts of my vehicle and why it had been towed and why they did not put up any cones, tape or at least put the sticker they handed me on my vehicle prior to Towing it. They handed me the orange violation sticker just because it had the name and location of the company they hired to illegally remove more than 25 vehicles from the apartment complex. The apartments are considered private property, but Im a resident. The people at red arrow even said themselves they werent 100% comfortable moving vehicles for being parked illegally, mostly due to the fact that none of the vehicles had violation stickers. I tried to get the names of the new office managers, instead they hung up in my face and was very rude and impatient. Im not even going to go into any detail or discussion about the multiple issues they have refused to look at in my apartment. including leaks, clogged pipes in one restroom. Electrical issues, and many more. The days of remodeling, or construction done on the apartments are never consistent with the days the Flyers are put out. Flyers are always put out at least the day before but never up to a week in advance. If you have a family or plan on starting a family or just desire a comfortable apartment setting to move into, I highly recommend any other apartment complex outside from this one. I am planning on moving out soon and Im disappointed in myself for wasting time living here that Ill never get back in life.

HORRIBLE! Went and applied 1/25/19 never heard a word from the office. My fiancé and I had to go up twice to ask about the application and repeatedly heard it will be 1-2 weeks. Went in yesterday to be told we were denied and the guy acted like he didn’t want to tell us why! They informed us that they would email us the reason and guess what! They never have! We have stayed here for a week with some friends and our car has marks on the doors as if someone was trying to break in! Children run around screaming and cursing with no parents around, used needles in the bushes, and unprofessional office staff!!! Don’t waste your time... the prices are fire, and I can definitely see why. Half the price for half the service!

I quite like the place. Its kinda run down from the outside, like the doors to the foyer type areas are busted and its usually quite messy or screwed up. However inside its quite nice. Lots of room tons of closet space, and very much reasonable priced. And the management leaves you alone as long as the bills are paid. This place is alright in my book. Wish I could find me a roommate and get one. Asap

Lived there for 4 years, changed Management several times, but the apartment is spacious everywhere but the kitchen and the price is reasonable. When ever I had a problem, they fixed it in an acceptable time. For the price, its a pretty good deal.

First started living here staff was great and apartments.got new manager named Beggin she is terrible. Apartment flooded 3 times. Moved after 3 years and was charged for carpet clean and replacement when the carpet was damaged due to flooding. That could not be controlled or fixed by myself was building structure issues. Charged $208.00 for carpet. Do not move here. They care about ground appearances not interior or structure. Instead of fixing issues in apartments they buy new pool furniture and create a dog park all while holed in ceilings due to leaks from apartments above. Not to mention the staff is just plain rude and maintenance cant not understand or speak english.

I would have been fine except my bathroom(s) and sometimes kitchen flooded about once a month and it would take an act of Congress to get anyone out to fix it. Maintenance would unclog the outside pipe and dirty sewage would wash down the sidewalk leaving half dissolved toilet paper caked everywhere. Clearly they needed to get an actual plumber out to prevent the issue from ever happening, but it guess its cheaper to just unclog and put a bandaid on it every month. my bedroom carpet would be completely soaked and I only got them to clean my carpet and bring the fans to dry it ONCE. It was so gross Im sure theres so much mold in there not to mention it was bathroom water.

These arent terrible apartments but expect to see some shady stuff on a regular basis. Under new management which has helped correct a lot of staffing issues (rude employees, office closing early or for entire days, maintenance not responding & etc.,).Youll find a pretty fair amount of families and younger children; the other tenants are pretty nice / sociable.

Management states that the property value requires they increase rent... They dont honor their own legal documentation.No security gates or security detail until after we have occurrences. Murders, fights, etc. A 10 p.m. curfew that no one abides by. Management afraid to kick out the parents of juvenile delinquents that vandalize property and violate tenant security.SAFETY HAZARD: Neighbor is an elderly tenant that requested a downstairs apartment due to mobility issues and after being on the list for years, the manager continuously overlooks the tenants handicap needs (request for a reserved parking space overlooked, as well as slip and fall concerns on tile flooring that is clearly not slip resistant when it rains).Cleaning crew wont ensure breezeways are clean, which can also be considered a safety hazard.Breezeway doors slam violently during inclement weather conditions, another safety hazard for elderly and small children.Maintenance dont work and pretend to not understand English... Especially the little Hispanic guy that comes in pretending to want to work but will close out work orders before completing the jobs.Water damage. Black mold in walls. Management makes more excuses than finding solutions!Utterly disappointed. I dont feel it deserves a star at all.

The people in the office were very rude and disrespectful espically Antonio. I asked them to fix leaks and they said Id have to do it myself. I told them i would be a couple days late on my rent and then proceeded to threatened to evict me.

There was a bad mice problem on out whole entire building and it was never taken care of. We would get rid of them and would find 2-3 more every time we spent a lot of money the apartments never did anything other than place sticky pads on our door. There is hardly every maintenance employees so our heat was out majority of the winter and as summer approached we had no air. Other than those things its a quite place neighbors were always really nice never had any issues.

I am Pres of adjacent HomeowersAssoc. This aptmt is a haven for parents whos kids & teens are unruly, disrespectful & vandals. Throwing rocks at cars. Trash on streets & breaking fences. Mgmt is not in control. Two neighborhoods are working with Police to track down trouble makers & hold this aptmt accountable.

Apartment was filthy upon moving in, nothing was painted and still havent been painted, i would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Even the staff in the office are ignorant, rude and ghetto!!!! I am looking forward to moving out soon and i will not ever return to this place or any other properties that are affiliated.

I use to live in those apartments when i was 9 but tht was 12 years ago in 2006, i liked our apartment i havent been there in so many years that i may cry in tears, because my siblings and i lost our mother in those apartments when we were headed home and our mom never answer the door for us. I remember playing outside in the apartment complex, riding my bike all through the apartments. The laundryment was terrible but i loved our home, i use to attend Wiley Post Elementary in 3rd grade but, it was cut short due to our mom so we were forced to move but i want to return there just to see the changes there but back when i was there it was called SpringBrook idk a Boulder Ridge or City Heights North i miss the old name #R.I.P mom it still hurts so much and i still tear up til this very day.

I will not move there run away. They do not care about the people they only want your money. They do not fix things and they will not pick up the phone. They not in the office when they so be.

I actually visited this place during work, worked on one of the apartments on a Friday... The poor womans HVAC unit was torn apart with a big hole in it and she was having to run her AC all day just to keep it decent feeling inside. Gave me the feeling that the maintenance staff couldnt do their job very well

I lived here a year and a half. There were CONSTANT management changes. No response to work orders. My bathtubs were on a list to be re-surfaced the entire time i lived there and it never got done. Pool was rarely open and one never was. My biggest complaint is the $4000+ bill I received after moving out based upon ficticious bs. I was given a good reference, then hit with an astronomical bill, by a company that was never even my landlord until the last month or so.

A year ago I would have given this place 3-4 stars and called it a decent place to live, but that was back when it was called Boulder Ridge. Ever since the change in management this place has been a nightmare. The management is hardly ever in the office; call and leave as many messages as you like, theyre not gonna return your calls. And guess who theyll pin it on if it causes you to miss a payment or some kind of maintanence issue? Not to mention theres been a shooting murder here and they are letting the absolute worst kind of people move in; out upstairs neighbors smoke pot, blare music and scream at each other constantly, and they refuse to do anything about them. Our unit has also flooded multiple times, and they wouldnt even bother to check the pipes.Tl;dr absolutely appalling place to live, doesnt even deserve the star I had to give it. When this lease is up I am never looking back.

Literally about to go to the hospital from heat stroke today tuesday may 28th because they continuously ignore phone calls and messages. If you become a resident you get put on a DO NOT ANSWER list.

WHY will no one answer the phone . SOMETHING has to be done about these 13 to 20 year old (there was about 15 or so)smoking dope in the filthy doorways/hallways and harassing us every time we went int o a new building asking for a dollar and when we refuse they knock whatever you may have out your hands. Today a younger boy(maybe 13) and another boy with glasses(maybe 16) asked me for a dollar I told them no, so the youngest one knocked my booklets out my hands, laughed and they ran to get into a red car paper tag down the street by the office with two other men(maybe 20 yrs) in the front seat. I tried to call the office it was around 2pm and nothing ( i took their picture and needed apt # for police), but since I could not get the office to answer to see the apt # they live in, there was not much they could do. I do not live here I was visiting potential church members but we will be unable to visit anymore, these apt. are a safety hazard for us. I feel bad for those that live there, my heart aches for them. I hope the owners of these apt reads these reviews so maybe they can see what is happening there and to see that the staff is not handling things properly. Thank you for your time.

I would not recommend anyone move in here. They dont fix anything in a timely manner. I have had a major leak in my bathroom sink for 6 months. After they fixed that one the other one did the same thing and it has been a month so far and nobody has even came to look at it. There are a lot of people with broken air conditiors some with major health problems that cant seam to get them fixed. Yet they can take time to paint the breeze ways while nice some things should come first. The grass has been as high as my butt. Oh and many of the units have BED BUGS!!! Lets not talk about the kids. There are so many unsupervised kids running around breaking things and causing trouble. They have no respect for anyone or anything. Its not a safe place to step outside after dark. And not too much better in the day. Live here at your own risk. I cant wait until I can move.

I am writing this review to warn all future tenants of the management and the corporate office who support employees who are thieves and liars!!! I am the first cousin of a senior citizen, who has mental health issues and had a psychotic break and ended up in the hospital, while renting from this apartment complex. I was asked by my cousin, while being hospitalized, to clean out her apartment. I purposefully left behind a couch, a table, and a few small items on the table such as: an end table, a tv, two small trash cans, a plastic container for knives, forks, and spoons that fits in a kitchen drawer, and a few hangers all for anyone to take after the apartment was fully vacated. My cousin had a crock pot left in her apartment on the kitchen counter after I cleaned it out that belongs to me!!! It was stolen from the apartment by one of the individuals who manages or who works for this apartment complex, who went into the apartment with a key after I cleaned the apartment and stole the crock pot and then lied about it after I confronted management and told them that I want my crock pot back and they all tried to blame it on the maintenance men!!! I called the corporate office and reported the incident to Ms. Heidi, who claims she spoke to the management team at City Heights North, LLC in Oklahoma City, OK and she supports thieves and liars who work for her!!! ALL FUTURE TENANTS BE FOREWARNED AND BE FULLY AWARE, especially if you are a senior citizen, mentally ill, or physically handicapped!!!

Horrible Place I was out over the weekend to see about a issue on internet in one of the building. There were men sitting on the steps smoking weed with loud music playing while young children were in and out to the park asking what is that smell. I asked my client about it she tells me she has contacted the office numerous times about it and they will not address it. The men would not even move from the stairs to give me access. I would not recommend anyone having to live with that daily.

Sold! Now known as City heights north plumbing messed up! Infastructure needs work. They are trying to clean up the place with a bandaid when they need a full on overhaul. Plumbing issues, pest and bug issues, management or staff not competent to perform the duties assigned to them. Besides no one is ever in office. They took a 2 hour lunch today. Wow, professionally run business. Slum lords! Buy new pool furniture make it bright and happy colors patch bad part of roads, not whole road. Like I said bandaid fixed. Not impressed, I will pay more to live somewhere nicer.

The office staff dont stick to their own posted schedules. They ignore phone calls, and worst of all, IF SOMEONE GETS MURDERED AND YOU QUALITY OF LIVING IS AFFECTED BY IT THEY WONT LET YOU BREAK YOUR LEASE. I now live in constant fear of death because they dont care about their job, or any one of their tenants! Never stay here.

Worst apartment ever. Ants all over our apartment. Management and maintenance are a JOKE and rude as ever. Their new way of payment is horrible. Dont bother with this place. Its not worth the headache.

Ive had my car broken into three times. Break ins at apartments happen often. There was a very repugnant woman who worked there by the name of candy, shes gone now so thats a plus. They dont keep good records. Since move in Ive had three threatening notes left on my door by management saying i owe money. I havent reached a month yet. They require you to pay up front to move in so i dont understand it. That aside its alright..... my leasing agent Darrian is the single most wonderful thing about this complex. Since dropping off my rental application shes kept me up to speed on everything and made sure Ive been taken care of. This place is ghetto but the insides if the apartments are made nice for you upon move in. They are remodeling the breezeways as well. Where i live is quiet, i have very pleasant neighbors. My friends apartment in the same complex is located around of lots of noise but you cant blame the apartment for that. Its your neighbors to blame. Same issue with the children. The complex cant be put to blame for negligent parents allowing their children to run around. If you keep to yourself and make sure EVERYTHING is locked up extra tight so as not to give thieves incentive to steal your crap, its alright.

Nice place too stay convenient to shoppin food and walmart and mall nice mix of people.

A friend tried renting from here. Staff never returned phone calls, didnt answer the phones 90% of the time and were completely unprofessional when they did answer or call back. Graffiti written on walls of interior hallway area, bugs in apartment and they have a tennis court but no net. They should have put up a basketball court

Had a great time when I was the assistant manager here. I lived and worked on this property for 10 months. The phone never stops ringing in the office they are slammed from the moment they open until they closed. Some of the residents are rude, do not ever pay rent and let their kids run around the property bashing holes in the breezeway walls and writing obscenities and then have the nerve to blame the office staff. Like myself. Get off your lazy butt and watch your kids!

Needs attention on the grounds not very well taken care of

WORST place ever! The inside actually isnt bad, pretty big and the remodeling was going good. Its the management. TERRIBLE especially that asst. manager. I guess the lady who sat up front on her phone? Oh and not to mention the apt above me flooded into mine and destroyed my bathroom and they NEVER fixed it in the 6 months I lived there. I moved in October 2015 and STILL HAVENT received my deposit and the new people do not know why. No one in Corp will respond back.

Ive been a tenant for almost 4 years when Trinity left as management these apartments have went down hill. Im having AC issues now and been asking for 3 weeks now all i get is we are working on it. Send a certified letter as of today. I will withhold rent i know my renters rights. Bad management here lately and its always a new face each time i pay rent. Never the same person

Picked a friend up that needed a ride to work... Place seems a tad bit sketchy, glad I was there during the day time!

I have been living here for a few years now. If I didnt have family near by to check on & vise versa I. Would have moved long ago. These apartments were just taken over by a new company. The new company has been in place got over 6 months now & has not implemented any of thier promises. Ie:new keypad doors on buildings. Updated maintenance to buildings. U keep of property groups. Constant security. And last but not least keeping these kids that run wild under control & holding parents accountable. I have had a partial bathroom floor since Sept 2015. It is now Feb 2016. My ac has yet to be fixed and that has been for over a month. The light outside my door, which is a safety light also has yet to be fixed. In my opinion it is not the fault of maintenance but the fault of management for not correcting these issues. Management will not return calls to tenants either. Poor impression for a semi-new property management company.

They just need to demolish this whole apartment complex and start over. Roaches everywhere, unsupervised children, the breezeways are always dirty and sticky. Theres a sewer pipe in the building i live in that busts and floods all into the apt. The maintenance man barely wants to comr and clean it up. This has happened several times and management wont do anything. The plumbing is all messed up the sinks and bathtubs always get clogged easily. They WONT fix anything. There is nothing good about these apts and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This place is a crime infested rat hole. All the amenities are ruined by the fact that it is not safe to use them. I took my son to the pool for the first time this year and had to run because about 30 people got in a fight and someone yelled gun. My apartment was broken into. Their are frequent gun shots. None of the children that play outside have adult supervision. I have seen tweens steal a maintenance golf cart and rid around the complex for 30 minutes with dozens of kids hanging off. They installed nice benches at the playground which were destroyed in under a month. This place is full of constant crime and every nice thing they put out gets destroyed by large unsupervised groups of children.

It is litteraly a place for roaches to live in and there have been shootings there and not safe for children highly recommend not living here

I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL PROPERTY MANAGER & ACCTS MANAGER BEFORE IN MY LIFE!AFTER PAYING AN APP FEE, GETTING APPROVED TO MOVE IN ON JUNE 1ST & AFTER GIVING MY DEPOSIT MONEY ORDER, I READ A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS ABOUT BOULDER RIDGE APARTMENTS ONLINE WHICH MADE ME VERY NERVOUS BECAUSE MY MOM AND I HAVE TO BE OUT OF OUR CURRENT PLACE ON JUNE 1ST IN ORDER FOR THEM TO DO A TOTAL COMPLEX RENOVATION. SO WE DONT HAVE ANY ROOM FOR ANY UNNECESSARY FOOLISHNESS.I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF WE COULD STILL COME TO SEE THE APT, GET THE ADDRESS (SO THAT WE CAN TRANSFER OUR ELECTRICITY ACCT, SET UP OUR APPT FOR THE CABLE GUY TO COME OUT TO SET UP OUR PHONES, OUR INTERNET & OUR CABLE). AND TO MAKE SURE THAT THE APT IS READY FOR US TO MOVE INTO. WELL, THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT OFFENDED WHEN I MENTIONED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. AND TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THEY BEGAN YELLING, OVER TALKING ME AND TAKING GABS AT ME.THE NEXT DAY, THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY WANTED ME TO BE HAPPY IN MY NEXT PLACE AND THEY DIDNT THINK THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY THERE SO I NEEDED TO COME AND PICK UP MY DEPOSIT. I SAID OK, THANKS AND I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO PICK IT UP. MIND YOU I HAD BEEN SICK FOR ABOUT A WEEK & A HALF UP UNTIL THAT POINT. BUT I STILL WENT BECAUSE MY MOM & I NEED THAT MONEY TO PAY FOR OUR NEXT PLACE (SEEING THAT WE ARE BOTH DISABLED DUE TO SOME PHYSICAL AILMENTS).I WENT INSIDE THE OFFICE AND THE DISRESPECT (BELIEVE IT OR NOT) GOT WORSE. THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME ANY INFO ON HOW TO CONTACT CORPORATE, WELL EXCEPT FOR THE FAULTY EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I SENT A FEW COMPLAINTS TO BUT THEY WERE ALL RETURNED NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE THE EMAIL ADDRESS WASNT GOOD. The are very quiet and received a welcome-basket from one of my neighbors.

Pretty trashed in the walkways and outside doors wont close. Although management does appear to try to take care of things (patched holes in walkway walls, fixing the heater in timely manner), the place is generally impoverished.

My child is being wrongfully accused of that vandalism incident and im being kicked out? See u in court!!!! If u think of moving here trust me just because the rent is cheap doesnt exactly mean its exactly home sweet home!!!

I have lived here for almost 7 months. Nothing has been fix, been told I was a liar by one of the leasing agents. And on top of that have to deal with kids coming and banging on my door waking my one year old son up. Then being threatened by a mother because of no reason. Our power flickers have to watch our back everynight we go outside. Ridiculous. On top of that I have argued with many people about people who come and blare their music waking my son up at midnight. I wouldnt recommend living here. Oh, and if you like being scared for your fiancé and childs life every night you work then come on in, but other than that. Read all these reviews (The bad ones) because they are the most accurate
