Aspen place is very good place to stay. The office is very good, respectful and Intelligent. Mrs. Barbara and Ms. Sylvia been helpful to me since I moved in. I enjoy my stay at Aspen Place.

I loved the floor plan and it was very spacious. But they are janky, they put an eviction on my credit when I left on good terms. Now I am having to fight and pay for THEIR mistake.

I’ve always loved Sylvia and Barbara!! They are always helping me when I need it and always with a great attitude. They are under new management and I like this management better!! The changes that they are making are a lot better and I’m grateful for that!!

Currently having a horrible experience at these apartments. My gf lived in a one bedroom apartment & i wasn’t on the lease at all. She had a house fire and there were previous late fees we paid them all to our knowledge & then we signed a new lease with me on it this time. Months passed and Tara informed us that there was still a late fee that she transferred from a BURNT down apartment. i wasn’t on that lease so for her to transfer that fee is really illegal because i was never on that lease. Also she lacks empathy, Our apartment just burnt down and we pay rent on time every month but she won’t have the common curtesy to remove the fee. It’s only 100 dollars, but now keeps adding up. Also we went with out air conditioning for almost a month in about 90-100 degree weather & no compensation at all. Was told corporate was supposed to reach out but still NOTHING. I would not recommend they are all about money and lack empathy! However Miss Sylvia tries her best to do what she can.

Nice apartments but severely POORLY managed. Switching ownership, you’d think the new owners would fix issues to keep tenants but they’ve just followed suit from the previous owner. Every time we believe our issues will get resolved they end up 10x worse! From the time we’ve moved in, in Dec 2020 we’ve put in an abundant amount of maintenance issues we noticed when we moved in. Everything from our A/C leaking, not being able to use the bathroom because our toilet was poorly bolted down, issues in our refrigerator, to gaps in our doors and windows that constantly let bugs in. Our carpet in the living room and hallway has flooded multiple times from the A/C leaking and we’re still waiting for them to replace the carpet and finish COMPLETELY fixing our A/C. My girlfriend and I have RELIGIOUSLY and patiently tried working with the office and have been in the office MULTIPLE times to try and resolve these issue in a timely manner. It took 6 months for them to start to fix our problems but they expect you to pay rent on time every month but won’t fix the very place your paying rent to live in. Now the reason behind me posting this review; Whoever the complex hired to remove shrubbery and trees, they’ve completely destroyed multiple cable and internet lines without any regard to notify anyone that their services might be down due to the digging. See pictures below: After they did all this digging they left the apartment in complete disarray. Wires ripped up everywhere and exposed and dirt and tree limbs all over the place. For these apartments to be so nice on the inside the outer care and maintenance quality really brings the value of these apartments down.

My friend and I love our cottages completely. When we first moved in I was alittle hesitant because of the layout but after being sold by the leasing staff, I can say I’m so very glad I choose aspen place. Biggest benefit is being able to call the front and being greeted so warmly by Stacson and Silvia

Sharing my overwhelming disappointment. Under new management, again and now we cant get the lawn mowed. Our service requests are now 2 months old and no one responds. We call the office and they say some will be right out and days later still no sign of help. Havent been able to use my bathtub in 3 weeks and the toilet doesnt work right either. Thank goodness we have two bathrooms. We constantly have to have some one come and fix heat or air and once again that isnt working and they still havent responded to that service request. Not sure if they dont pay enough to keep quality help or if the work is just too overwhelmed that they cant keep staff. Also, dont have packages delivered. If the postman takes it to the office, you wont get it. They seem to loose those too. Just dont understand the thought process here.My update: after this post the office contacted me to address my issues and most have been resolved.

The ladies are very helpful at all times I never had a issue if so they were quick to fix it! And if there’s any problems they are easy to talk with

Barbira and Tira are nice and welcome people the environment is warm and pleasent were looking for the new changes.

Had a really nice time looking at units and talking with the staff about my questions and concerns I worked with Stacson(I think I spelled it right!) and he was really patient and understanding of my concerns coming from a different complex that runs things opposite of this place I look forward to my move in date and appreciate all the help!

Taking care of business is now a AWESOME experience, Ms. Tars & Ms. Barbara is so professional & super polite.They always take care anything that pops up... GREAT ATTITUDE 😊

Just waiting on my lease to be up, these apartments is terrible. Office staff lacks communication & I’m really beginning to think they have plumbing issues. Water is consistently being shut off & I noticed my apartment is always smelling like sewage, also pest is very bad!! & I’ve only been living here 4 months. So no I WILL NOT be renewing another lease.

I want to be as unbiased and comprehensive as possible, so Im sorry if this is long. My partner and I have been living here (1BR/1BA) for a year now, and we move out next week.Every complaint I have is due to the condition of the building, NOT management. Our bathroom ceiling (above our shower) filled with water in the middle of the night once, and a maintenance worker came out immediately to look at it. Days after that was fixed, our tub filled with smelly, grey sewage water. It took several weeks for them to fix it, and as a result, we werent able to use our shower for almost a month. We havent had any problems with it since then.My asthma has gotten progressively worse during the time Ive lived here. I went from having almost no symptoms to taking my inhaler 10-15 times daily. If you have a child that suffers from asthma, I strongly STRONGLY advise you not rent here.Sometimes the water turns off for random periods of time without warning. Not really sure why.And the positives:The 1BR/1BA is very spacious for the price and the location is perfect.All the ladies in the office were helpful when we came to them with problems.The renovated units look nice!We never had any problems with the heater or ACPest control came by frequently (and we never had an issue with bugs).Nightly security patrolsWe really enjoyed living here, in spite of the problems. If my health hadnt deteriorated so badly, we would have gladly renewed our lease. My advice to management is to have the buildings checked for mold and maybe invest in improving the ventilation in the units. But other than that, yall have really improved this place! I give em three stars for the neigbors at first the maintenance was perfect a year ago.Since the last two years they were on-point.Now ots like no answers.I did get in contact with the lady in the office and the problem still wasnt fixed.So basically if it wasnt from the customer service and the maintenance these last six months i would give them five stars amd also can youll please start trying to hire locally walk ins this may help your staff!well as i end this later i deceide two stars.

DO NOT move into this apartment complex! I left a review 2 months ago and this place is getting even worse. We just got our apartment complex broken into, along with a few other individuals. This place is not where you want to live or bring your family. Plus they still havent fixed the roof of our apartment complex, which is caving in from the rain. Also the maintenance people are very suspicious here. I was inside my apartment one afternoon and heard the door handle moving; when I looked out it was a maintenance man. For one they didnt even notify me that someone was coming over to fix anything. And two we didnt have nothing to fix at the time which was weird. He stated that he needed to fix something in our tub, but nothing needed to be fixed... Then acted like he couldnt speak English. For one how are you fixing peoples apartments but dont know how to communicate? Also theres random people roaming and gun shots. This whole place is off to the staff all the way down to the area. Dont take any of this lightly. Find a better place to live.

Currently Living here, I do not know where to begin at the amount of disgust for this Apartment but for one, They lost my money order that was dropped off in their mail box, poor management to maintain health standard living, and idiotic change of management with no way of cleaning clothes.

My sister and I just went here to inquire about their apartments and Barbara was more than amazing. She took the time to answer all our questions and she was beyond sincere. I have seen a lot of negative comments about this place and the plumbing issues. I asked Barbara about this because after seeing all the negative comments, that was a major concern of ours. Barbara was very straight forward and honest about the entire situation and took her time to tell us everything. Problems arise in life, that’s just life, and they are doing their best to fix the problem and accommodate everyone in the process. When you have a group of people, more than likely there will be at least one person in the group that is not satisfied no matter what you do. After, talking to Barbara, I am more than convinced that this is the place I want to move in to. I can’t wait to come and view the apartment on Monday. Barbara is absolutely amazing and great at what she does. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend looking past the couple negative comments and see this place for yourself and make your own informed decision. I am surely glad I did. I have only lived here for a few months but when I needed some maintenance work done on my shower Jeremy, one of the maintenance guys, was quick and efficient with the job and let me know what was wrong with the shower and made sure it worked properly before leaving. He was also very efficient on helping me get a new mailbox lock and key since my original one wasn’t working. - Kim Wheeler

Oh wow should I start with the mold everywhere or the lack of quality maintenance work. Theyre more worried about getting units rented out than they are fixing the HUGE list of problems 90% of the units have the maintenance men if you wanna call them that like to work at a very slow place theyll start one project then forget to finish it then move to the next problem while doing the same patchy work washers and dryers lol gotta use other apartment complexes laundry mat. They dont even care about your problems they dont hold theyre end of the lease agreement but you sure have to. Oh yea in my area a few shootouts have happened right in front of my apt

Im only giving this place one star because I cant give it negative infinite stars! I was told I was getting my deposit back because my apartment was SPOTLESS when I left. Now months later (I moved out May 31st of this year & it is November) and all of a sudden Im told Im not getting my deposit!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is a total mess. Worse apartments Ive ever seen. Maintenance is poor, management is poor, buildings, fixtures and everything within are old. In fact I lack words. All they know to do is collect tents but they dont care about the residents. Our apartment flooded and they were so nonchalant about fixing it. We couldnt use our toilets for 3 months because the maintenance takes forever to show up. I could go on and on with this review and never stop. Just FYI if you know what is good for you, youll stay away from this place.

I notice some reviews are made by my old neighbor who got evicted for never paying rent. I live in a large 2 bedroom cottage and love it! I will never move because it is like a little house without having to do my own maintenance! I have noticed the maintenance dudes out quite a bit lately. it seems they are fixing the problems. Office staff wished me happy birthday this year too. Amazing. no problems here!

I have to say that I absolutely love the changes that has been happening around here since the new management! Finally good to see new faces in the office and I can tell the difference. They fixed all my outstanding work orders same day and are so pleasant to deal with! I would recommend these apartments finally after so long of dealing with such horrible customer service in the past! Thank you all for doing an outstanding job in making this a better place for us!

So long as you can make rent you shouldn’t have any problems living here. If you don’t pay rent you will get evicted real quick

This is my 1st apartment & everyone has been so sweet & helpful. Barbara & Chelsey are polite & professional. They make me feel like I can come to them about anything I need. I had a emergency maintenance problem. I had to go work & was panicking. I called Barbara she told me, I will have it taken care. I came home from work & the maintenance was handled. I definitely recommend them.

Beautiful apts. would give 5 stars but theyve had bed bugs and cant get maintenance to fix anything.

I moved in 3 months ago to a roach infested kitchen with trash still stuffed in my cupboards. The carpet had fecies smashed into the carpet. I cleaned everything myself because they refused to come back and do it. They do not give a 24 hr notice to enter your residence. The laundry rooms have the windows smashed out and 3 months later none have even been fixed. The people in the office cant stand behind their word on anything. Do not trust the management or anyone other than Misha in the office. the workout rooms equipment is half broke and never cleaned. I will have to throw a lot of my furniture away when I move due to roach infestation that has been ongoing. I would give them no stars if I could.I do still live here and have had no ac for the past month on top of that the bugs are worse than ever. 12310 b if you need help finding me so you can fix any of these problems you have neglected repeatedly.

I have been living here for 8 months and I don’t have no complaints I love the new management I try not to complain because I know every work places has there own problems and I see them trying their hardest to get things back in order it’s not a bad place to live at if you work with them they will work with you I promise they will my lease is almost up and I’m thinking about renewing for another year I have seen worse and heard worse and this place is not one soo any more looking for good affordable or first having a place this one I would recommend ❤️ -Nya butler apt 12440 B

Apartment has been great from the day I moved in, they had to shut the water off once but besides that it’s been perfect.

The assistant manager Barbara was very helpful with setting up my resident portal.

Don’t believe any of these good reviews. It’s for a chance to win a TV. They only want good reviews so more people can think this is a good place. Aspen Place is not the place you want to live. For one, there are unnecessary roaches and water bugs everywhere. There is also mold in many of my neighbors apartment complexes. And lastly, the water cuts on and off throughout the day and night. The management is so bad here; they never want to help or get stuff in your apartment fixed.

My daughter is currently living in Aspen Place with no air conditioning or water. She has been unable to stay there with her small children due to no air or water. She has been living with me. She called yesterday and was told the air would be fixed on 6/18. She called this morning and inquired about the air and was told to just call her lawyer. The ladies in the office are very unprofessional and disrespectful. If your complex want to stay in business you should hire professional. I will be getting a lawyer today for my daughter.... this is not very professional. If your looking to move do not move in Aspen place I have heard nothing but horror stories about this place!!!!!!.

Move in date was July 1 second day no water!! This is ridiculous and I better not be charged a late fee when it’s time to pay rent!! This is just wrong on so many levels!!! I want to take a shower where I pay and lay and can’t do that!!they better get it together

Since moving in to the ASPEN PLACE APARTMENTS approximately 2 years ago, Ive seen many great updates to the apartments and wonderful changes within the apartment complex. Management is friendly and the apartment are very nice and affordable!. I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice quite place to call home. Thanks for doing a terrific job and making this a great place to live!!!!

This apartment complex is pretty sweet! Very convenient location and awesome staff. I know the managers personally and they are amazing people and know how to handle business outside of their daily lives! I actually worked here for 1.5 years and I have definitely enjoyed it!

Aspen place apartment Got me in my apartment quickly. My apartment was clean got all new appliances new carbet.The customer service was excellent.

THEY REALLY DONT NEED ANY STARS, THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING ON TIME, PLUMBLING HORRIBLE, DISHWASHER BROKEN. TOOK THEM TOO LONG TO FIX. VERY DIRTY. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO PAY RENT, WHAT A JOKE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING IN HERE....

Please consider previous reviews even if they are years old due to the validity of the facts presented.My move in date was June 21 and for 7 days I had no hot water. After someone came to fix the water they left 5 holes in my walls and will not fix the damage. There are now spiders in my tub and sinks. My spouse and I are expecting a newborn within days and they have left the issue unresolved for 21 days.I am a patient person but 21 days is negligent.There are plumbing issues and alot of the apartments do not have working porch lights which is a cause for safety.There are known ac issues here as well. Please be cautious

I would give a 0 if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved out after 2 months of a 12 month lease because my roommate situation wasn’t working. They had me sign documents that traded me for another person and I was 100% off the lease. That’s exactly what they told me. The roommates got evicted 6 months later and I received a call from the apartments. Conveniently they “lost” my paperwork and tried to dump a $3500 debt on me. They told me countless times on a recorded line that “ don’t worry we will get this taken care of and you will be off of this lease” 6 months after that a collection came in the mail. They will do you dirty.

Big spacey apartments, but the a/c isnt working and the water gets shut off everyday.Update #1: Every month since our lease began in March we keep getting notices on our door saying we owe $400 more than what our agreed upon rent says. We have met with office staff every single month and despite them saying the issue has been resolved every 5th of the month we keep getting notices. This place is a horrible, dont move here.Update #2: From August 26 - September 1 we had no working A/C. The temps were 91,93,93,89,93,93,89 INSIDE the apartment! All those days we had to have our dog in doggy day care because we both work. I had to use my lunch breaks to visit the office multiple times to demand that they fix it.Update #3: August 1, 2019 I wake up and go to the bathroom to find that my sink if overflowed with sewage water! My wife called in the problem we were having to the 24/7 emergency number 2 days before and of course no one responded. Now we have damage to our personal belongings because they didnt do their job in the first place. This on top of another problem we had a few weeks before where water from the upstairs apartment was leaking into our kitchen like a waterfall.DO NOT LIVE HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived there for a few months before I had enough, Management is horrible and the apartment manager herself refuses to speak to anyone. Maintenance is just out right ignorant and they dont know what they are doing they even say so themselves. My breaker box was blowing sparks outside my toddlers room and they told me that it was normal. Water is on maybe 45% of the time and thats generous. I didnt have heat or ac the majority of the time that I lived there. They took 100 dollars off my rent one month thats it. The entire month it was freezing and I didnt have heat or hot water. I couldnt shower in my home either. I asked to be let out of my lease but they refused for the safety of my family we had to leave. I am supposed to come home a relax not live in a nightmare.DONT MOVE HERE! Its a waste of your time and money. They dont care about their residents at all

Emergency maintenance is a joke. Kitchen had water pouring from the ceiling 2 weeks ago. No one ever came. There is water damage now. Tonight sewage is backed up into my bathroom sink. It reeks. Left 2 voicemails an hour apart from each other. No one is going to come. IF SOMEONE DOES COME I WILL UPDATE AND REMOVE THIS REVIEW.

Not worth your money. Water issues all the time with no notice and they charge you every month. Crime haven that is why they have tampered with the outside lights to where they do not work at night. Laundry rooms have been vandalized to where they are unusable and there are no washer and dryer connections. Roaches /bedbugs on day one of moving in. Dog poop all over the grass. Get out while you can.

I love my new apartment! This place is awesome, the people in the office are super nice and go above an beyond since the day I moved in. The appliances are brand new and all black, so much better than my last place! THe maintenance staff is easy going and is very fast at getting back to me with any questions I have had which is really important to me because my last apartment took forever to get anything done.

Management is horrible,maintenance is horrible, there’s only one person in the office that works her butt off her name is Misha she is wonderful they need good help like her! And they need to fire Barbara! They never fixed are broken window or gave us a new cabinet shelf for in the kitchen, are AC unit was leaking and they did fix that after a month went by! The apartment was nice. We had cockroaches from the time we moved in and out! There’s trash usually out side on the ground!

So far it has been a rough start. I am a cpl days from being here a month and its been a rough start. The apartments do not have all the ammenities that the website offers. The office staff though very friendly are also very unorganized and seem somewhat lost every time I try to get my move in process completed. Hoping the new take over brings change soon!

Worst apartments in NW OKC. They charge you monthly for water but you only get it twice a week and if you do the pressure is so low to do anything. The office employees are a joke they cannot keep records so will get eviction notices even after paying your rent on time. They will not fix anything. Used to be safe but now is not. do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

I didnt want to give this place 1 star!! They SUCK!!! I was shown a demo apt because the one I was going to rent wasnt ready yet. I paid the 300 deposit in spite of seeing the actual place. Got the run around the whole week from Barbara who said I could see the place Saturday BEFORE I move in that day!!!! The whole ordeal was unorganized and unprofessional. And to top it All off they wouldnt refund my security deposit I paid for AN apt I Never Saw. Sad!!!!! Do Not Rent From These People!!!

Great place to live, friendly environment. Office staff are very friendly and businesses oriented and kind. I love and enjoy my 3 bed room cottage very roomy and comfortable.

Came home this week twice and after a hard day at work no water. It is Friday night at 8 o’clock and can’t get a call back from the maintenence to tell me when I might take a shower and get ready to go out. One minute late on the rent and you get the 100 dollar late fee, but you can live with out water as long as they feel it is ok. Don’t live here if you don’t want to be treated as a second class person.

If you enjoy your water being cut off without notice and staff that doesn’t care about any problems that arise than this is the place for you! The only good thing that this place provides is a pool. Even then you’re surrounded by unsupervised children. My sister has lived there for 6 months and has yet to go a month problem free. Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General. Hopefully any other residents having problems will get relief. Pictures show a hole left in the wall weeks ago after a “repair” and the ceiling bowing in.

Have lived here 8 months. Took several months to complete a few minor work orders. Have not had ac in the apartment for months. Apparently this is a viral issue here as well as randomly not having water. I have been fair and patient thus far but I am currently sitting in my apartment with the thermostat reading 83 degrees and no water. Ive just had a long day at work and I have to come home to sweat and cant even shower! This has been going on far too long.Ridiculous! I give 2 stars for the ppl in the office and location of apartments. But manangemnt and quality of living here is just not worth it.

Friendliest office staff of any apartment Ive been to. Very professional, and clean environment. Going through the move in Process was a breeze with Chelsey. Id give a sixth star if Google had one.

My husband was hired by Aspen Place Apartments 90 days ago for make- ready work, paint etc. These people have not paid him for any of the work he had completed within the 1st 30 days of being hired! This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially when my husband; based on his work ethics, went back and finished the work himself after loosing his crew for non payment. This speaks volume of the work ethics or lack thereof, of management. My husband has reached out to the people in the office only to be given broken promises, next week...(which never came)... He then spoke with the Area Manager for the company who told him a bold face lie; youll get half next week (30 days ago) and the other half at close of payroll...I will call you...(never heard from him).....I deal with people all the time in my profession, and this is not how business is conducted. I want someone from this company to contact us ASAP! The Office will have that information!

The only reason they get one star is because Google does not allow for zero stars. From day one of moving into this nightmare, its been problem after problem.First off, all of the issues that we reported on our move in checklist have not been addressed. At all. 8 months later. A bathroom door wasnt on, rooms without lightbulbs, damage in bathrooms, gouges in paint, etc. I personally had to pay for lightbubs and I put the door on myself since after a week I got tired of waiting.Plumbing is constantly backing up because roots are growing through nearly all the pipes. Ive spent more money on drain-o in the past 8 months than I ever have.We had the ceiling in our bathroom cave in and fill our entire bathroom floor with water. We had to call and go up to the office before we had any reaction from management. They would half-ass fix the roof then it would cave in again. This happened 3 times and took 2 months to get fixed correctly.Our mailbox was broken into and no one decided to inform any of the tenants until we called the post office to figure out what was going on two weeks later. My wife wrote a note and put it on the mailboxes since the management is incompetent to do it.Neighbors here are terrible. Loud at all hours of the day and night. Police are constantly called.We have witnessed crowds of kids flat-out brawling on the playground.They will be nice to you and flatter you until you move in, and once youre moved in they wont give a #$%! about you. Trust these reviews. The negative ones are spot on and the positive ones are clearly written by the staff.

They cut the water off almost every other day, dont know if im going to be able to wake up or come home to a hot shower due to a pipe bursting or somebodys apartment flooding! They take foreverrrr to fix a work order! Like weeks up to months! Only thing I like about my apartment is the location and Ive havent had to fear for my life from breaks in. But its definitely time for me to move around.

I moved here on October 12, 2018 and my move-in was horrible my apartment wasnt ready my leasing person was never present another leasing person had to help me with my paperwork 2mths later i finally get my mailbox key! They kept telling me theyll deduct some money off for the inconvenience but never did. Water is constanly cut off literally! Its just issues after issues I defiantly dont recommend and if i do its only cause of barbra but all in all so not worth it period! Not mention residences thats been there for years do not like new people so they will try to get you evicted by all means necessary

Used to be good but now is a dump. New management is worse than previous ones no wonder tenants are moving. Equipment is old, maintenance is slow, high crime, roaches, laundry room with machines that do not work, high rent just to mention a few. would not recommend for anyone.

Management is horrible and very dangerous,, dont put yourself in such a dangerous situation.

Great location and the staff keep it nice

I have always paid my bills on time at this complex. Never once been late on rent. On October 1, 2013, I wrote Apsen Place Apartments a check for 4 months of rent because I like to stay ahead of the game. Well later that night my girl friend and I heard a knock on the door at 9:15 pm and I opened it thinking it was one of my neighbors....an armed assailant came into our apartment with a sawed off shot gun and robbed us at gun point. 10 days before this incident I went outside at 8:45 am and saw a guy in my girl friends car trying to take the cd player out. Needless to say, I moved out of the apartment with in 36 hours. Aspen Place is not reimbursing me for Octobers rent or giving me my deposit back because I didnt give them a 30 days notice. They do not even deserve 1 star but its all I can give. Dont live here. Its dangerous.

My first year here was good but recently the place has gotten worse! Management doesnt care about their tenants they just care about the money coming in. Everytime I put in a maintenance request it gets done about a month later. I have to ask every week when someone will come out to fix a problem that should be a priority to them. Ive even been told that my request wasnt as important as other things they have going on smh. Im so glad my lease ends soon!!

Been here a year and Im glad my lease is up. Ive had problem after problem, from AC not working for 4 months to the water being shut off at least once a month. I reported about my hot water in my kitchen not working 3 times. They came once and its still not working. Apartment is nice and big, but not worth it.

From the time we moved in to the date we have had problems. We have gotten notices on our door or eviction if we dont pay rent.... Really! I would go to the office with receipts and they would say oh well I show that was put on someone else account or they just have anyone who can keep up with whats going on there. We have black mold growing in our apartment again for the second time and maintenance comes and says I will put in a work order to get the water leak in the bathroom taken care of but it never happens and the ceiling is leaking in three spots but was told oh it will stop its the A/C from upstairs. They are constantly turning off the water and digging up the ground because of bad and old plumbing. I come home daily to a home that smells like a skunk because the neighbors smoke pot and I dont care what they do in the privacy of their own home but it comes thru the walls or the venting and I cant take it anymore. If you are smart you will stay far away from this place! I will be leaving soon and cant wait!

Big and spacious apts and affordable, great staff from the leasing agents to the maintenance crew I would recommend to anyone to at least come see this nice hide way

These apartments will not fix anything !!! Instead theyre nice before you sign your lease afterwards they are rude and condesending and make excuses about how old the property is instead of just fixing the issue. Need to do much much better.

The 2 ladys in the office and the general manager are very disrespectful they stink at the office really unprofecional worst apt ever i personally dont recommend this at all this 3 people at the office the 2 workers at the office and the general managerr its bull how they treat you

Just moved in these apartments about 3 weeks ago. Was told that new appliances were put in but after a week of being moved in I come to realize that there werent new appliances put in. Ive been w/o AC for 2 weeks and was given a window unit that went out last week. Called the office multiple times and all I get is Im so sorry, we only have 1 maintence man on-site and hes trying to get everything done. In the middle of dealing w/ that issue Im dealing w/ other issues such as: stove top not working, oven not working, lights not cutting on, dirty water backing up in the dish washer, bathroom tub only gives out trickles of water. These apartments overall SUCK! Their not livable for anyone, especially ones w/ children like myself. Ive even called LBK whom the apartments are managed by and still getting no where. I today, have took matters into my own hands and has called the news station so that they can report it.
