This company has always done a great job at assisting its customers. Ive rented from them on multiple occasions and have never been done wrong. I would recommend their business to anyone looking for equipment that is of high quality and constantly maintained daily by the employees. Ive personally had the privilege of talking to the young working men who work there and am impressed by the amount of maintenance and servicing they do day in and day out. Employees are nice and extremely helpful. Neither one of the guys that was there treated me like an idiot or weak because Im a female. They treated me with respect and I appreciate not being treated like a person that doesnt know what their talking about because of my gender. Prices were fair and comparable to other stores offering the same services. Parking/drive in area are pretty rough and hard to navigate in a smaller size car.

Much more affordable than tool rental through any of the big box/home improvement stores. Guys there were helpful and quick to get me in and out the door. Highly recommend.

Very helpful...7 a.m. we needed something to haul and load a motor... Bobby assisted us and got us what we needed. Many different types of trailers and pieces of equipment. We were in and out of there. Thank you for your help!

Fast and easy propane tank fills.

I hired a guy to do a small job and he rented the concrete mix from far west and i gave far west my credit card over the phone and told them i am only paying for 1 yard concrete.while the person i hired was doing his job mixer broke and he notified them that it broke and he is in middle of finising the concrete he poured and they told him put water in the mixerwhen he returned the equipment far west charged $215.00 extra on my card without my authorization.owner of this place is crook i left my number with his employees but he never called me back.DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM, THEY WILL MISUSE YOUR CARDit does not let me post without giving 1 star otherwise no star for themi am take them to court for charging my card without my authorization

I will give them a lower rating on single star because of the fact that they tried selling this gravel not a yard a piece when most other places do I buy a cubic yard so they make themselves more expensive for three times less than anyone else and yet there on average pricing with other places this is ridiculous thing for a type of place like this we will no longer be buying things from here renting anything from here I will never buy from here again and I hope the rest of you people here will never do the same again they are outrageous theyre idiots and they have stated even to us than the fact that no one has ever asked for cubic yards yet that is what we stated before.
