After reading reviews, I stopped in to get a visual of a unit, and the office was so clea, the staff so friendly, I did not hesitate to lock a storage unit right away. The customer service so far is fantastic.

I wish I could give 6 stars, this storage facility rocks! Weve been with Garden of the Gods Self Storage since 2000! My mom had a unit, my grandparents, and now Ive fallen victim! :O The staff here is very awesome! Theyre family ran and owned, they treat you like youre family. Their units are always clean, and well maintained. Pricing is always competitive, and well worth every penny. Very secure, I highly recommend! I will always be a return customer!

Am so excited about finding Garden of the Gods Self Storage!! This is my 10x10 which is now full. Mike Flynn, Mgr. is standing in demonstrating how spacious it is. The personnel have been very professional as well as helpful. And feel comforted in knowing my possessions are safely stored here.

I was looking for a storage space to hold my extra stuff during a move, and I went to Garden of the Gods Self Storage to check it out. I liked it the moment I set eyes on it. The grounds are well kept and it was well organized and laid out. That means a lot to me, because a well kept area is a sign that somebody cares about what they are doing.The next thing I liked was the various size spaces that they had to offer, as well as the fact that they offered climate controlled spaces.THE WINNING POINT... besides very fair prices, which I REALLY LIKE... is that I was taken care of.I was shown around to a few spaces and shown the features of each... and then I was given time to make my own choice. No hard sales pitch! I love it when someone lets me decide based off of the info they give me.I feel comfortable in storing my belongings at Garden of the Gods self Storage. It is affordable, it is secure and well kept and the people there are very NICE. Thanks to Matt, Mike and Teresa.

I called around to find a good storage option when I lost my job and had to vacate my home back in 2012. I noticed the difference immediately when I called Garden of the Gods Self Storage. The owners provide exceptional service at a good and competitive price. The price never increased for my entire time storing with them (to my surprise). My property was safe and secure and the space was clean. I just moved out this week when we moved into our new home and they made everything a breeze. Their agreement is very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone with storage needs.

UPDATE: I wish I could give them an A+ . I am a repeat customer, have returned many times, and even though I now travel around, I will still have a 10x10 space for things like a table saw, my snowboard and my Moms memorabilia. I cant recommend them enough.Ive rented several units from these folks over the years. The places are clean, well-kept. The general sense of the entire facility is that the owners care. They are friendly and easy to get along with. The prices are reasonable. Whenever I need a storage space, (and thats often), I come here. I highly recommend them. Pat

Garden of the gods storage is a truly family owned and operated business and they really treat their customers as though they are part of the family. They know all of their customers by name and greet you from the front desk with a smile every day, rain or shine.I wouldnt use any other storage in the whole state of Colorado.Their facility is clean, well kept and safe.

Great place

We moved to the Springs about 2.5 years ago, and used GotG Self Storage for a number of months as I transported our household here one truckload at a time. The staff was always friendly, the site was clean, and we never had any sort of billing issues or tack-on-charges. While I know this isnt really a deciding factor in picking a storage facility, the view isnt half bad either! Ive used a good number of self storage facilities in my day, and this is one of only two that I would actually recommend to people.

Its unfortunate they only allow you to give 5 stars. My daughter graduated from the US Air Force Academy and her car was in the shop when it was time to fly home. Mat coordinated with the body shop to arrange delivery, loaded the contents of the storage unit (heavy boxes) into the vehicle, parked the vehicle, took and emailed some photos for proof of safekeeping and overnighted the keys back to our home. This is the true definition of customer care. Thanks Mat!

Family owned and operated by the nicest people on earth. Great prices and a very secure facility in a great neighborhood. The only reason that its not a 5 star is due to the fact that the units cannot be accessed 24 hours a day. They are accessible 6am-10pm

I needed a storage unit quickly and did some searching online. I am SO HAPPY I called Garden of the Gods Self Storage. Customer service was stellar (phone and in person) from the initial phone call, to moving in, paying my monthly dues, and moving out. The location was great, office is clean and friendly, I never felt worried about my stuff, and the price of my unit was very fair and competitive. Used them for about a month when we first moved into the area. They were great! Reasonably priced, didnt try to upsell me or anything, very professional both over the phone and in person. I will use them again if I need a storage facility, thanks guys!

We have been very happy using the facility to store our RV. The area is well kept, the pricing is reasonable, and customer service is great. They even helped us out in a pinch when we had family come in with their camper and we needed accommodations immediately and for a short period time. It is also so helpful having a RV tank dump sight right where we store it at no additional cost. Perfect west side location with great accommodations!

Best storage facility in town, hands down. Great staff, family owned and they really care for the property and their customers. They take security seriously and expend great effort in keeping their outdoor stalls safe and secure. Totally recommended for any storage needs you have!

Great prices on storage, friendly staff, multiple payment options. Very well maintained grounds and very secure. They have units in a dozen different sizes as well. I have rented from them twice and both experiences were fantastic. If I ever need storage I will be renting from this company.

After a horrible experience at the corrupt, unethical, misery company that is Life Storage (formally Uncle Bobs, I assume they changed there name to get away from the bad press, lawsuits and 1000s of bad reviews nationwide) I stumbled onto this GEM of a business. Matthew is a fabulous, friendly manager, who offers fast friendly customer service. Is great with security. The contracts are worded nicely ( instead of Texass contracts which basically say Go Fu&* yourself, you rent here, your gambling that your stuff is going to make it out of here alive and in one piece. Pay us money, NOW Mother %^^&**.. At Garden of the Gods, We felt like we were in Storage HEAVEN!!! Rent here and you wont regret it. Matthew we loved you!!

This Colorado Springs Self Storage company is fantastic. The pricing is great and the storage facility is clean and well kept. The people at Garden of the Gods Self Storage are really friendly and care about their customer service.

The facility is nice enough. My biggest complaint is that the aisles between the buildings are very steep. We are only using a regular vehicle, but I cant imagine how we would be able to use a big moving truck in there.
