I have lived at Winchester Run for 8 years and my stay has been nothing short of warm and comfortable. It is not a big complex which I love. It is also very quiet and clean. The complex is within literal minutes of interstate access. Having that convenience is immense in to getting where you need to be quickly. I would like to add that maintenance rocks and is always prompt to service. Lisa and the staff in the managing office are simply exceptional, and will do anything to help their residents. In addition to all of that, and the cherry on top, is that it is a very affordable place.

I had a fantastic experience this week when I came in to take a tour. I love the homey atmosphere the apartments bring. Not to mention the staff is so kind. Jackie the sweet pregnant lady was very helpful and offered my kids snacks. I will definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family.

My husband and I have lived at Winchester run for 4 years and absolutely love it here. It is a very quiet and safe area. The Staff has always been amazing in keeping up the property as well as attending to the residents needs. They get the job done. We love living here!

The maintenance worker was knowledgeable of the situation with the shower components.He was courteous and maintained a professional manner. He actual went out of his way to fix the problem with my shower. Thank you Winchester Run maintenance and office. Sandy Schmoldt

Lisa and Jaqulynne are the best manager and leasing agent. I’ve lived here since 2020 and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always clean and the staff is so friendly.

Maintenance comes in and gets there jobs done in a timely matter

I have lived here for about three weeks now and cannot speak highly enough of Winchester Run! The ladies in the office are responsive, kind, and very much on top of things. Maintenance is quick to respond and take care of anything needed. The property is well maintained and quiet and my apartment is comfortable. I love it!

For the price of the apartments. Definitely not worth it. They’re really small. Better to rent a house for what they’re asking for. Ps I spent 3 hours cleaning the apartment on my last day. They still kept my deposit..

I cannot say about experience with living in the apartments, what I can say is I followed the managers guidance with getting a money order for deposit and app fee. After re assessing my decision to move I called and nicely asked for deposit back. I had made it out to the complex. I recieved my money order back but...it was made out to them. I cannot return to store, and not even my bank will take it. I called Cat back and asked her to keep money order and just write me a check and explained why, as far as they ate concerned, concerned being the key word here, I was told they dont have anything else to do with it. U know they can do that, its been done before, she just did not want to. At first I thought they really cared about their clients, but after reading some of the reviews not so much. Really disappointed in just the mentality they hold. After researching a but, she could have taken a check. Apartment that she showed was staged and nice however did not have unit to show me that was not staged and was too small. Thats the only problem I had except now its the mentality of not WANTING to help after doing what I was requested to do. They could, but wont. Glad Im not moving there now. Where has common decency and kindness gone? Let me add I did really like the apartment complex. I did drive around it and was very impressed by cleanliness. Just too small for the $.

Honestly, Im totally confused with any ratings short of 5 stars. I just re-signed my annual lease. Before moving here last year in I researched all apartments within miles. I wanted something 1. safe 2. clean 3. quiet 4. responsible/reliable owners/staff 5. affordable 6. close to work. This place is a steal. I feel like Im ripping them off. Its insane to think what I pay to stay here when within a mile theyre charging hundreds more for apartments that are less attractive/cared for. The staff is priceless. I feel like family. They are respectful and the amount of effort they put into keeping this place quiet and clean is a true gift to us residents. Ive called probably 4-6 times in the last year regarding maintenance needs/concerns. They guys are totally respectful and always get here asap. I trust them all! Im not sure what more you could ask for in an apartment complex but Im totally satisfied with this place. Im constantly seeing them go above and beyond in their duties. Thank you WR Staff!

This was my first apartment. Affordable and right by the highway. Anytime I had an issue they resolved it quickly. Quiet place to live for the most part. I lived alone at first and never felt unsafe as a young woman. Residents around me were always very kind.

Lived here for over 4 years, first in a 1-bedroom on the 2nd floor for over a year then a 2-bedroom on the 1st floor for almost 3 years. So Ive seen and lived thru almost everything this complex offers. I absolutely loved it. May not have all the fancy amenities people are looking for like gated complex or gym, but its still a great little community to live. I never had an issue with my neighbors, the front office staff were understanding and cordial, and the maintenance men were super helpful and prompt to fix things. I wouldve loved to renew my lease, but alas, I relocated out-of-state for my husbands job. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible terrible place customer service there is the worst ever

I moved to Winchester Run a few months ago and was extremely happy with the care that the staff showed me throughout my deciding period. They took the time to sit down and read through the lease with me, made sure I understood everything fully, and were more than happy to answer my list of questions. The apartment I viewed when I first toured was exactly like the one I received once I officially moved in. Every question or concern I’ve had since living here has been answered promptly and kindly by the staff. I have had no issues with maintenance, but I’m more than sure the full time maintenance staff would be quick to answer any of my calls due to seeing them outside working their tails off every day. The neighbors are quiet, the complex is in a great location, and the rent is extremely affordable.

I have lived here for about a year and quite frankly, this has been the first time Ive lived in an apartment complex that genuinely cares about their tenants.If you clean your place well enough, they will actually return your deposit.Problems are repaired within the next couple business days.The entire staff is actually pretty cool. Reasonable, nice, and very welcoming.If I ever need to go back into an apartment, I will definitely choose Winchester apartments.Seriously, this place is awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

My fiance lived here while I was stationed on the east coast. She loved it and always felt safe with a courtesy living on site. She never had any problems and the staff was always quick to respond to any problems she had with the apartment. The noise level was low and the location was perfect.Its a great place to live.

You will not be able to find better staff at an apartment. I have never dealt with such reasonable people at an apartment complex. I enjoyed my stay here and dearly wish all apartment complexes could be this nice.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years, and I love it. The staff is friendly and understanding, the grounds are kelp nice. Parking a plenty. Perfect for single, no children adults.

Friendly office staff that are always pleasant to work with. The property is well maintained and I have never had a problem with getting any repair done as soon as I needed it. I love the new cameras in the parking lots to help prevent theft.

I have been here almost a year now. It is really quiet, never had a real maintenance issue, the office (Rachel) is very responsive and attentive to my concerns. Great place to live especially for the price.

I stayed here for my tower class. Everything is bare bones basic, and you should forget about covered parking. HOWEVER if you love money as much as I do, this is the place for you! Yes the bed is hard, but its just a couple of months. Other students wanted to stay at places that had food. The stuff they brought to the academy looked horrible. I saved so much money I ate at the academy. The food there is good and decently priced! I will stay here again!

Office staff helpful and friendly and the complex was well taken care of. Lived here for about a year while my house was being built. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Staff is trash,maintenance is horrible half the reviews on here they wrote themselves,to lie don’t go here they are useless always in business that isn’t theirs have a trashy set up,worst money I’ve ever spent if I didn’t have to finish my lease I would’ve left the moment I came in they will tell you one thing and then the next day tell you another they have no gates or cameras in the neighborhood part of the apartments just in the front that’s useless, I wouldn’t I send my worst enemy here.

I loved living here the property was always clean and well maintained. You can really tell the difference between a place that the employees just come to work for a check or really care and everyone on staff I meet really cared and was supper helpful.

HUGE THEFT PROBLEM HERE!!I have lived in this complex for 3 years. During the past 3 years I have heard of a number of my neighbor’s vehicles being burglarized. My vehicle has not been spared through the years. Just last night my vehicle was broken into and that makes the THIRD TIME! THIRD TIME! It has been everything from my boyfriend’s wallet being stolen, to my car charger, to loose change. . Even awhile back one of my neighbors got their window busted out. I have never been a part of a more prone place for theft.Staff claims to be making efforts to stop this crime by a “courtesy officer” and cameras, but it is a joke.

The good thing about Winchester Run is its location, parking and a bit of its clientele.The location has a church to the East, retirement home community to the West and fenced Duplexes to the North and a police station just across the street. Thats pretty comforting I think.The parking is excellent. There are always spaces and they arent cramped.Because they work with the FAA I think its base of customers are those that are more quiet and not likely to disturb you.Now I stayed from March 2011 to July 2012.Rent was 649 for a 2B/2BR unit. Water was no charge. That saves 20$ or more right there.The Laundry facility is very spacious. Lots of washers and dryers and it has 24 hour access which was great.My unit was in the back and one problem with that is there is a roadway in the back. Because of this people drive through that constantly in their motorcycles and trucks. Sometimes they park right outside your apt with the vehicle running. That was probably the most annoying thing.As for other issues, I did have noise issues on occasion with constant car alarms. The walls are not very thick because I could hear the cars driving by on 89th street and the tv from the unit below me and on a couple days a saxophone player tooting away.If you plan on renting here I would recommend your unit be either on the W to NW corner of the property. Any other spots will open you up to repeated car noise. Also there were not many families here that I could see.

The property manager and leasing agent are very well spoken and care about their facilities. Awsome place to live.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. The girls in the office are always on some high and mighty power trip and just about everything in the apartment was broken until the only good thing about that place (the maintenance guys) came to fix it.

Nice apartments, but a bit overpriced, although they do an adequate job of maintaining the grounds. Tenants complain that management is sometimes too interested in their personal lives.

Real quite

I am currently a resident and will NOT be renewing my lease. From the inappropriate pest control man to the nosey maitnence men, my experience here has been AWFUL. They are now prying into my personal business, I keep to myself and stay very private. This malapropos conduct of the staff is uncalled for and potential residents need to be aware of what they have to come.
