Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place for anything acrylic nails. I went for a simple acrylic removal, and was appalled when I was left to soak for 15 minutes, then the thick acrylic was PRIED OFF with a Metrocard. Added pics for proof - my friends didnt even believe me. I had to ask for them to stop and use a drill because of how painful it was. I ended up paying $30 for brittle nails I couldve done at home. Disappointed is an understatement.

Hands down the best place to get your nails done on the east side. I wish the location was closer to me- Ive tried quite a few, but find myself always coming back here. They take their time and Ive never left unsatisfied. Always incredible, nothing beats them!

Customer service has been top notch for me. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Not harsh smells. Calm music. Good massage chairs. And good quality workers.

Paid a lot of attention to my nails and took the time to shape and paint them correctly. Tiny shop with only 2-3 chairs so make a reservation ahead of time

This place is a gem!! I usually walk in without an appointment on weekends for a gel manicure & they always have someone ready. It’s a pretty big place, always clean, efficient and professional. My only issue is the gel colors aren’t painted on a sample nail so it’s hard to tell which color I want from the bottle. Gel manicures are $36 after tax. Would definitely recommend this salon!

Went in with a friend one hour before closing and they were very nice, professional, and did a good job on both of our mani and pedis. The place is clean and prices are reasonable. Im very happy with my nails and will be going back.

I have been here once and I just happen to come across this place after getting my wax on E11st . There was no long wait and my nails came out perfect. I got a gel manicure and after it was time for gel manicure to come off, my nail underneath was still strong and healthy and I have to thank them for that because other nail salons dont produce the same quality. Very clean and beautiful place and nice people. I will be coming back soon.

Im extremely disappointed by the service I got in that nail salon. I wanted to take off my tips plus get a gel manicure. I asked them if they are able to do it. They said yes. But then they started to take off my tips with the metro card! Sounprofessional! It hurt a lot plus they broke my real nails. They were talking between each other and switching like they didn’t know what they were actually doing. I also asked TWICE if they can make it in 2h because i had to pick up mykids from the school, again they said yes... but the result was that I left the salon with bare, broke nails. They were sawing at my nails until they got red and thin like paper. You can see this on the picture. I asked about the coffin shape and I got every nail in different length and almond shape. I had to come back to the salon so they could finish my gel manicure but guess what, it came off after 2 days plus my nails are totally destroyed and I had to cut them as short as possible. I will never come back to this place. It seems they care just about the money. I was very patient but clearly they don’t know what they are doing..

This place dont deserves A star. I only had to give one in order to write a review. The employees are so sketching. Following and lurking around a spanish woman who was picking out a color for her daughter. Pretending like they wasnt watching her. As if she was going to steal the nail polish. A male worker shoosh me away and literally told me to get out because I was in the way of someone who was trying to get their shoes. Waving his hand as if Im a dog. I was there with an infant in a stroller waiting for my boss who is getting her one year old daughters nails done. I am also latina. My boss who is not latin could not believe what she saw and we left in disgust.

Lindy did my gel manicure and pedi. She was so sweet and did a great job. I also got a foot massage and it felt great. The owner was very welcoming and nice as well. I will be back .

Worst costumer service EVER not sure if she was the manager or what but was disrespectful and lazy rather hurt me then tell me she didn’t know how to take acrylics off, so much more happend but all around horrible DO NOT GO HERE :,(

Beautiful work

I went back 2 days after having a gel manicure because 4 nails peeled off clean. The manicurist had done a bit too many layers. When I went back the manager proceeded to fix my nails perfectly. I offered to pay at least 20 for this but she absolutely refused to accept it.That told me alot about her and their work ethic. Will return for sure.

Every time I come here most of the time I get someone who is learning how to give a manicure or pedicure. They burn my skin trying to file and pull my nails off rather than cut. So annoying. Butchers. I have told them at reception I want someone good and they give me amateurs. Not good enough. I like it but won’t be coming anymore. Anyone recommend anywhere else

My daughter took me there on my visit to New York to do a fun girly thing together. We got pedicures. She had never had one before but I have. The ladies took very good care of us and did a wonderful job, probably best I had ever had! Highly recommend. My daughter is now going to start getting a pedicure on a regular basis. Great job & nice clean shop. Very much enjoyed our mother/daughter pampering!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Unsanitary did not clean products/tools.They try to do 3 pedicures at the same time. The ladies are super rude and try to rush you. Grabbed the tip out my hand, my mistake for giving her one.

Nice & clean, pleasant environment, staff is always looking to please . Ive been a customer for 8 years. The gel game is kinda falling off here though. This past year the gel, no matter the brand seems to only last a week. Maybe its me, but Im over the gel.

This nail salon is fantastic. The nail technicians are excellent and very friendly. I have been going there for many years, they give excellent pedicures and beautiful manicures.

I’ve had mani/pedis all over NYC, and this one is by far the best and most consistent. Some places have one, maybe two nail technicians that do a decent job, but everyone at this nail salon does a fantastic and efficient job. There was only one that was painfully slow, but I haven’t seen her in awhile. I don’t live in the East Village anymore, but will take the time to travel because it is worth the hour commute every time.

Manicurist was unable to do a simple glitter gradient and then stood up and left and told me to do it myself. Then manager stepped in and was still unable to get the manicure right. I felt very rushed the whole time and it was a very stressful life experience. Would not recommend.

A friend and I booked an appointment on a Friday evening (7 pm). They werent packed but they were short-staffed causing me to wait about 10-15 mins for a technician while my friend got a head start. They were extremely apologetic about the situation, which is always appreciated. That said, avoid the weekend if you can. Save yourself from delayed appointments.The place seemed clean, and the prices are reasonable ($30 for a mani + pedi).

But it was clean and nice, and for me that was just enough!

Solid place to get a mani/pedi. The colors are vast in both the OPI and Essie line of products. Plus, the service is usually with little to no wait. This is my go-to when I dont want to be social and just get my nails did.
