They are gentle on your teeth. They do the most they can do for you. Most of all they try to make you have the whitest teeth you can. Bethany is great.

A gold cap came off while eating, and even though my first appointment was over a week away, they took me in for the emergency. 45 minutes later the cap was reseated and I was on my way. Great work. Thank You

Our family has been going to Dr. Bruce Baloy for many years. My husband has also seen Dr. Andy Baloy and our youngest son and his children go there as well. I’ve had extensive dental work over the years and Dr. Bruce has always been kind, patient and gentle. I know I’m in good hands. Luanne is great and always makes me feel comfortable when cleaning my teeth. I can’t imagine going to any other dental office.

Great experience, given the current COVID situation. When we arrived, ( myself and my daughter) we got a call to come into the building, where we sanitized and signed some paperwork. We felt very safe during the check in process. The staff, dental hygienists and Dr. were extremely friendly, ( as always) and made us feel comfortable with all of the new processes. 5 star rating!

I also think its awesome how Andy has been my dentist the last few times Ive been in, when his dad, Bruce, had been my dentist my entire life. I have been a patient of Dr Baloy Since I move to Columbus 20 years back. He is a wonderful doctor and has a great staff. I recently met Batheny, who is relatively new to the practice. She is phenomenal and did a wonderful job at root planing. Her experience and expertise are very evident from the fact that I recover from the first part of my root planing treatment without much pain and felt so confident that I went back for my second part of root planing, the very next day. Batheny is simply awesome!!!

We have been going to Arch City Dental for almost 10 years. We never have to wait for our appointments (and if we do it is not too long). Emily is gentle with cleanings, takes her time, and always explains what she is doing. She has such a kind touch and is so nice! Ive been coming to this practice for a very long time. Emily is so very kind and gentle and talks about all the things that she is doing. She remembers details about my life and asks about my family. She remembers that I prefer mint toothpaste over bubblegum and so much more.

I have been going here for the last 13 or 14 years, they have been great. Emily is my hygienist and does an amazing job! They do great with kids as well. I wasn’t sure if I should find a pediatric dentist for my son, but I brought him here and he LOVES going to the dentist!

Ive been going to Arch City Dental for about two years now and have been very satisfied with the experience. The staff have been very friendly and professional. They also do a great job with children. My daughter is happy to go because not only does the staff know how to relate well with kids, she also gets a treat bag (new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) and a small toy to take home!

I have been visiting this dentist for approximately 9 years now, and I am very pleased with their care. I had to leave the prior dentist because the hygienist was too rough for my sensitive mouth. Here, I have had cleanings and fillings and been referred to other professionals for mouth work. Each time, I found the staff caring, accurate, and informative.
