Clean place.Very good pedicure and gel manicure

Went to get a pedicure today and unfortunately it was poor experience. Watched them not clean a chair after another one guest left and another girl sat down for her pedicure. During my pedicure, she complained when I asked her to cut my toes a little shorter. Uneven nails, hardly filed, and barely scrubbed the bottoms. She grabbed a random pair of flip flops when painting my nails unclear if they were clean. Then when I went to dry my feet she rushed me out the door after I half dried. She took the same flip flops that were on me and put them on another customers feet. I got home and after taking my shoes off the polish was definitely not dry and they were a mess. Overpriced, waste of $45. I dumped alcohol all over my feet to sanitize. Will never go back - beware of the nice exterior.

Small intimate spot in a high rise building. Very small but very cozy and clean. The ladies there were so friendly and funny. They waited for me and stayed late to finish my nails and make sure they were completely dried. They were fast and efficient. I visit NY a lot and never had a place to get my nails done but now I will be returning from now on.

Best gel manicure Ive ever had! Its lasted over three weeks and is still in perfect condition. The woman who did my nails was incredibly meticulous and she did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

Overpriced. 23dollars for a manicure?? Please

I got an SNS manicure done by James. I returned because my cuticles were not cut correctly and one nail chipped. When I returned the owner of the salon had no problem redoing the SNS manicure. During my second time there she was very distracted the entire visit. My left and right nails were not dipped the same amount of times so now I have two hands with two shades of colors. Save your money and do not get SNS done at Polish. I am only giving the one star because the owner did not give me a hard time redoing the job. I cannot speak for other services at this nail salon, but I do not recommended this nail salon.

I was weary of going here due to the other review but I cant speak to her experience. Mine was completely the opposite. I went on a Tuesday around noon and it was pretty empty.Kathy (Im pretty sure thats her name) was super sweet and she really paid attention to detail. She used several techniques in shaping and filing my nails, always taking her time.I got Gel on my nails and the total was $40.75, granted its a little more but not as outrageous as some places can be.I will definitely go back and you should try it too!

I have had my nails done by almost everyone works there. I have yet to be disappointed with anyone. They are all highly skilled and friendly.

Horrible place! I got my mani pedi done in 20 min with the according quality ! and it cost me $50 plus tip for this bullshit job! I have no problem to pay extra for a good job, in fact that is why I went there in the 1st place, because this place looks so solid and expansive and I thought expansive = good! It is not true!
