Now “Hong Nails” - just left. Poor service. Service was rushed so paint is sloppy and uneven. Nail tech was rough - cut me twice and I was bleeding, kept jerking my hands and snatching my fingers. Wasn’t open to feedback and wasn’t offered to come back and fix/get another service. I paid bc I’m not an a**hole and service jobs can be rough, 0/10 will not be back.

Went today to get a manicure. I wasn’t paying too much attention and she filed the top of my nails as if I had gel and was trying to remove it. Now my nails are all cracked and will be very weak... they should be more careful

Did not enjoy this place at all. Walked in for a pedicure. Thought the regular price was okay, not great. The service was rushed and not done well. Other than my toe nails getting clipped, nothing else was the quality of other pedicures I have had. I will definitely NOT be back.

My pedicures are my sacred Me-time. And QQ is always only place I will go..Great technicians and atmosphere. I rave about 21 Street location ..soooo cosy and Graciela is amazingly dedicated and wonderful.

Absolute garbage pedicure at this place today, would not recommend to my worst enemy. No one was in the shop when I walked in, that should have been a red flag but I was in a hurry. Did not buff dead skin off the bottom of my feet, still have dry cracked heels after lotion was applied, not to mention the fact that the tech slathered lotion all over my legs without asking me which ended up completely ruining my airbrush tan appointment directly after (I had to cancel). Save yourself the time and aggravation and avoid this place altogether.

My experience was consistent with a lot of other reviewers who found quality to be lacking. Polish was applied too thick and it was a messy job as you can see from the photo.

This was my second time at this establishment. The stylists are quick, professional, and efficient. The quality of their manicures is great, especially as a basic manicure is $14. Throw in a shoulder massage for $12 and youre set for the afternoon.I recommend Alicia to do your nails. She did a wonderful job on my hands this evening, and she was able to squeeze me in as a walk in, even though the place was packed. The salon is clean and organized, which I really appreciate.5/5 experience and service.

Good place to go if you’re in a rush. Do not go if you want someone to take their time removing cuticles. I had to remind the technician to file my nails and they didn’t turn out even or the same length

Do not spend your money here. I asked the manicurist if she can give me another coat of polish, after I paid and tipped (well by the way). She became extremely rude and her entire demeanor changed. I will NEVER spend a dime here again. Also, it wasn’t worth 36.00Update: The manicure started peeling after one day, I had to remove it.

Ive been going here for years and they never disappoint. Always beautiful manicures and pedicures plus a free 5 minute massage. Its a very busy place but you hardly ever have to wait. Their gel manicures last several weeks

Very quick service. Nice technicians Unfortunately, they thin out their older nail polish with remover! I watched them do it after they started my polish.My nails started peeling before I got home. Waste of $13.50. Not counting the tip because the woman was very through. Won’t go back.

Came in to have my gel manicure soaked off and replaced with a regular manicure. I was in and out the door in under 30 minutes with excellent service. They even give you a free massage while youre getting your manicure. Pretty average priced manicure of $12 and extra 8 to soak off the gel.

My go to salon in the city. Excellent service no matter who I get. Plus free quick massage while your getting your nails done.

Overall good service, Ricky is great. However I paid extra for the polish that is supposed to last 7 days and it was all chipped after 2 days. Not sure if their nail polishes are old or dry.....

Markey did my nails and while I usually prefer a female nail tech, he gave me a great manicure. Perfectly shaped, perfectly painted gel manicure.

I would leave zero stars if possible!!! Horrible service. You will pay for overpriced lazy service. I did a regular mani-pedi, Anna did not even cut my cuticles... when I pointed out the falling cuticles, she decided to push them away with her own nails! Dirty tools, super overpriced, and poor service. Save your nerves and money go to another place!

The worst service and the worst nail skills in nyc. And the nail is very easy to be damaged in half an hour. They cant design anything and if you want to design，the cost will be very high.

Despite the other bad reviews I decided to give it a chance on my way home from the gym. The girl I had was hacking, sniffling, and sneezing so much she couldn’t keep her mask up and she rushed through my gel mani, only doing two coats and it looks pretty mediocre. I told the woman at the register when I left the girl I had should go home she’s sick, and she rolled her eyes at me. Avoid.
