On the left is what i expected vs on the right is what i got. i didnt think it would be so blue and glittery, my nail tech didnt even know what she was doing. gave me the wrong color multiple times, finally asked for help and botched my nails so much.2. these women are rooooughhhh!! Ive gotten cut and bled so many times, they do not create a relaxing environment, they just want your money and to do it super fast so you can leave. The nail techs have cut and gone over my skin so many times with the drill. I don’t know if I can ever get dip again because I’m so scared.3. Extremely rude. laughing and assume people dont know Vietnamese.4. Almost forgot this part but they do not use clean equipment!!!! My nails were pink from left over on their equipment, the lady thought just dusting it off would work, I was already upset so I didn’t want to create a scene. But everything is reused, not clean, this causes infection and they cut every time they touch my nails so if my nails get infected I know who to blame. Like I said don’t go here they do not clean, just rushing to get you out the chair!save your time and money, they dont care about you just want your money. nails are expensive and should go towards people who care about you. all the negative reviews are correct.

I’ve been coming here for over 6/7years. They don’t allow to make appointments which is OK but they are only convenient to you when it’s convenient to them. I did my best to stay there but as time went on the business owners which is the wife Tracy and husband Tony. I will always call to make sure my nail tech was available and the wife would always let me know to come at a certain time which always fit my schedule and that was very very amazing! (We been doing thisFor years!!!) Her husband didn’t like it and started to give me the runaround. Every time I come in this place I spend over $120 and I come in at least 3/4 times a month. The last few times tony would tell me to come in and when I got there it was a complete lie! I’m sorry but as much as I love my nail tech I refuse to continue my business and to keep giving my money to a place where they want to start treating you different. Their prices aren’t that cheap which is OK but I expect the same treatment they expect from their customers. FYI Marie is the best nailTech ask for her let her know Lisa sent you !!!

Every time I tell them that I want a basic pedicure they always try to convince me to do more or spend more. I went in today and the lady doing my pedicure said that I had gel polish on my toes and that it would be an extra $10 to remove the gel polish! I have never gotten gel polish on my toes! Once I told her that I don’t Ever get gel polish on my toes she proceeded to take my regular polish off with nail polish remover and says “oh, it’s not gel polish” I am always disappointed when I leave this place! I will not be going back!

My all time favorite! The owners greet us every time we go in for service. So very professional, pleasant and great quality work. I recommend Fancy Nails to anyone.

Don’t spend your money here!!!!! Rip off the gel polish is peeling off every nail.I paid $140 dollars to get my daughter and myself a manicure/pedicure with gel polish 12/21. All the polish on every nail has lifted. Today I thought I’d swing by to get them polished over no big deal right????Well the owners are less than accommodating and says if we fix it’s $25

The employees spend their time, can do any nail design or service, and they value your time. If you have an appointment, youll be able to meet them on time and get their full attention! They are awesome, I would recommend anyone who visits this store !!!!

I waited 4 hours from start tofinish only to be way over charged $110 for designed nails that were runny and had to fixed later. They are unorganized and charge customers based off frequency and personal discretion, not posted prices. The owner Tony was and has always been rude and unprofessional, and the staff are no different. Their insults and rude gestures are clear despite them snarling in an unfamiliar language.

I found this nail salon by reading reviews. I am extremely happy with my first visit. Fancy Nails is very beautiful and explains everything perfectly. They really care about preserving your natural nails when putting hard gel on them. The last nail salon is very rough and doesnt even care much about my natural nails. I left with beautiful nails and loved the way he gave me a soft square. I appreciate this store. Salon is very clean too. Thanks for the great service.

I went to Fancy Nails Mansfield because the service at the store I used to go had failed. They had the best reviews in the area I live in and Im glad I decided to come. I made an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived a few minutes early, but they were ready for me. The service is quick and polite. The technician kept checking me to make sure I was okay. Every moment my toenails are interesting. And the paint job looks great! Their salon is so clean and cozy, everyone is so happy together. Maybe my new point! I recommend this place to my friends

After searching for a nail salon for over a year since I moved to Edison. The new owner has enhanced everything about the place! Theyre so adorable and kind. Even though they were busy but got a schedule to do the extra service for me. Very pretty nail salon. The decor is exceptional. They have made a loyal customer out of me. And really like their services.

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. The staff here even accept walk-in appointments. They were super FRIENDLY. & she suggested to a gel of blue color to me! So even after 2. 5 weeks of nail growth, the growth is not too noticeable. Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set.

Im from out of town and wanted a pedicure while Im here on vacation. I was hesitant to try a new place but Im so happy I went here. This was the best pedicure Ive ever had. I finally found an amazing place to get my nails done. Ive looked everywhere to go where they arent lazy, they dont rush, or hurt you with the tools when doing acrylics. The nails dont come out so thick or chunky looking and they last as long as they should. I love this place and its all at good prices. :)

I think I found my go-to nail salon! After a bad experience with another salon I was very wary about trying a new place again. The gel manicure I got was so nice. The ladies were was so meticulous. Prices are very fair/competitive and make sure to have some cash for a well deserved tip! I was very happy with my overall experience here. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.

The manager walks around hovering over anyone and coughing underneath his mask that hes wearing very low on his nose like thats ok. If you are sick stay home ! Nobody wants to come to the nail salon just to get sick it seems like they had a better setup when they first reopened with glasses separating everyone but now the guidelines dont matter to them.

Ive been coming here for 7 years. The lady that did my pedicure did an awesome job. My nails were magically painted. I am treated like I am their only customer- super special, but reality every one is treated that way. Trust me, you wont be disappointed

AvoidThis place !I went there today, and the nail technician filed the bed of my nails so much that my left pinky finger turned red and was sensitive to the touch.Careful they will file down the bed of your nails . I didn’t allow them to continue once I realized what happened. Soak your nails before you go because you just find yourself with the technician that gets file happy using her machine.When I complained NOTHING was done ..She just moved on to the next person.I will Never go back .

Excellent service in a lush and elegant surrounding. Chandeliers and softly flowing wall of fountain. Their tools are sterilized and they are impressive professionals. They seat you and ask if you would like something to drink....you have your choice of bottled water...wine...or a frozen margaritas. Love this place! Been going there for five years.

I have been looking for a good nail salon around our new place for a while. I went here on a Saturday afternoon and was very happy. My nails are great, and the two nail technicians that attended me were kind and helpful (Li and Mia.) My dip-nail job is great, and my pedicure got a little messed when I tried to get into my car. I went back to ask if they could fix it for me, and they did free of charge. I was a bit embarrassed, but they were very kind about it and fixed it quickly. I really appreciated that so I will definitely be going back.

The nail tech explained things very well and encouraged me to do more research. Plus it doesnt smell like chemicals at all and no - axeton. OVERALL: I love my service!

They were nice. But I just moved to the area I went to another place I didnt like and they charged way more than what I paid in Florida. Thinking its just the cost of living so I called around and got a few prices(the first place was a rip off). I was told 30 for a gel manicure and 25 for a regular pedicure. She asked if I wanted the callus remover(because thats not standard??) And I did. So I guess that made it a 30$ pedicure. Removing the dipped(whatever that crap was the last place put on) she ripped 2! of my fingernails. None are straight and a bunch of sharp corners. Not even filed. Oh not to mention my nails are so off the color I chose! I couldnt tell doing my toes(didnt have my glasses on) and I like my fingers and toes to match, so instead of a pretty coral I have neon orange. Cuticles look like crap. My pedicure was pretty good but the paint job isnt the best. Then I went to pay and was told 68... Howd we go from 55 to 68?? Well apparently my manicure cost 35..Not 30 as I was told..And my 25 pedicure..Made 30 for a standard thing plus 3 dollars for removing my toe nail polish. Seriously?? I totally dont mind paying 68! If it was worth it. I wont be back. And Im making sure I let everyone else know why.

I had an awesome experience here, the ladies were very nice. We had 4 girls all together and we booked a spa party, we all were right next to each other and we all got done at the same time. the ladies were a big helped and told us a better deal for our money. I am going again here before my wedding!!! loved it plus they have nice adult beverages!

AVOID, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Very disappointed in service today. This was my daughters and I third time going to this salon. They left my handicapped daughter sitting without finishing off her service by telling her Ill be right back, started a pedicure on someone else and didnt come back. My tech left me with nubs instead of the nice length nails I came in with. I told her to square them please and she rounded them instead. When I asked her to square them again she had to go back and square them which caused her to make them shorter. Then kept rushing me to pick a color because their color swatch did not match what she did on my nail. To end it off, when I checked out the guy swiped my card and threw it on the counter at me instead of handing it back to me in the manner I handed it to him. We left with ashy hands and horrible service. Im in the beauty industry 27 years now and Ive never treated a client like that! Dont waste your money or time.

I had been bumped from a confirmed appointment by a competitor spa so I called Fancy Nails Mansfield to see if ai might be able to get in for a mani-pedi. Yes, I was able to get in for an early morning appointment. It was fabulous. One of the most relaxing, nurturing mani-pedis I have ever had! Nico was wonderful, the place was quiet and charming, the chairs were like private clouds to rest upon...perfect. I am so glad I came here instead of the Other place. Must have been meant to be!

I came in here to get long coffin nails. The lady I got(Hellen) was not careful at all. She didnt do my nails the way I wanted. They are way to short. Her supplies were dirty and had stuff all over them. My nails are uneven and different shapes. She cut me many times. She was very rough.

This place is sort of a scam, every time i went i was told one price then charged another. I’ve gotten 2 nail infections from here and my nails never last, they fall off within a week. Manager often argues the price and pressures for a tip. Only good nails tech i’ve gone to was tammy, she was very accommodating and gentle. They also refused to let me use my coupon i received in the mail.

The manager is so sweet. he is very very nice! But I have never had a more worse experience from a Nail Salon/Nail tech. When I sat down, there was toe separators on top of the table that was, no doubt used! I later saw scattered implements that appeared to be soiled in her kit!!! She was so rude through the whole service!!! Also Please do your research on these “Solar Nails” ... All she did was drill, glue and apply the regular polymer and monomer (powder and liquid) she didn’t even use primer on a couple of my nails nor did she use a dehydrating liquid! ( dehydrators are used to dehydrate the nail, removing moisture and oils that can cause lifting MAJORITY OF THE TIME, filing can do an ok job of that, but using a dehydrator and primer is absolutely needed especially with the prices they offer ) It was obvious that her disposable files were previously used. these are soiled implements! that’s how blood borne illnesses are spread !! I’m a cosmetologist and I also have done nails for about a year and a half . I just wanted to relax and have somebody do my nails instead of doing them myself ... I very much regret that decision! I also came at my own risk. It’s sad because you would expect that the amount you’re paying for any service would mirror the service quality. Not to mention the expectations of The Texas law Sanitation practices!!! I continued the service for a learning experience!! after I left I quickly cleaned and washed my hands very well ! Hopefully they can properly clean, sanitize and fully submerge all soiled implements with the proper mixture of Barbacide! And DISPOSE OF ALL DISPOSABLES AFTER BEING USED!I don’t normally leave reviews especially like this. But this is SAD and Disgusting and people and the salon needs to know!

The Middle FingerThis is a continuation of the saga that continues with this one nail. So, I posted about three days ago about my last visit to fancy Nails in Mansfield on Debbie Ln. on November 4. And I have decided to add more to that review since three days later and I am still having the same issue.My original visit was on October 10 to get a fill. My full set was done at another salon but I just thought since I needed a fill I would try Fancy Nails since it was close by and I have gone to them before but it has been a while. One of my nails cracked on my middle finger all the way across so they replaced that nail on 10/4 at Fancy and did my fill and polished my nails with gel for $69.On October 21 I returned to Fancy Nails because the same nail they repaired on October 10 broke. The replaced the nail and polished it again for $7 and I tipped the nail tech $5. Then, on November 4, the same nail they repaired twice already broke again, so this time I asked them if I had to pay since it appears that the quality of their product may be the reason why this one nail continues to break. The owners wife, who is always very abrupt whenever she speaks, took her time coming to the front when I asked to speak with her about it. I sat patiently waiting and she finally walked up to me with a stern look and slid her glasses on as if to inspect what I was concerned about and I explained once more to her that although only $7 this would be my third time paying for the same nail that they repaired twice before. She tried to say they do expert work (although it took two whole technicians to repair and polish my nail on the evening of the 4th, I guess because my polish design was that mind boggling, but they are experts right. Yea right, whatever.). Well she said that they will repair I guess without charging the customer if it is within a couple of days but there is no guarantee when I walk out the door and they dont know why my nail keeps breaking. So I thanked her for letting me know they will continue to charge me if this same nail continues to break so I know now to never come back.So, fast forward 72 hours. It is now November 7. And guess what? This same *&#@* nail has broken again!! I am not a nail technician but I can use common sense and my common sense tells me that their product is not a top quality product. The nails they filled have held up just fine, no cracks or breaks since the fill and I will say they did not put this set on, another salon did the full set, but one nail they have now repaired twice on my MIDDLE FINGER has broken once again, which would now make the 4th repair if I was crazy enough to return to them after todays break.Their products are low quality obviosuly and they do not back up their work. I have frequented Hawaiian Nail Salon and anytime I have gone in with an issue with my nail and they did the work, they have always repaired it at no cost to me. I want to go back to Fancy just to show them again three days later how poor the quality of their work is and I am sure they would still charge me $7 again. Pretty soon I will have paid for another set just from this one nail or at least a fill. Sorry Fancy, you wont get my business anymore. I just wanted to update my previous post from November 4 to inform everyone that three days later the nail broke again. I just want to go in holding up my MIDDLE FINGERnail high in the air for them all to see. LOL!I would highly recommend not patronizing Fancy Nails in Mansfield. God knows Mansfield has enough nail salons to choose from. You would think they would all treat their customers like Queens and Kings just to keep the business. Oh well. Thanks but no thanks not so Fancy Nails in Mansfield.

If I could give no stars I would, I will never come back. I told the lady I wanted acryllic and was given solar, all while cutting my cuticles terribly and burning my skin from buffing my nails so rough. My nails came out nice but the pain and extra money I had to pay for it was unneeded. My cuticles are busted..

I just had the best manicure of my life! Im not sure of the techs name, but she is at Station 10. Everyone in this place is professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Fancy Nails!

BAD! BAD! BAD! Please stay away. I had a pedicure there in March. PETER (MY NAIL TECH) rubbed the top of my foot so hard with a rigid brush that he took the outer layer of skin off. He tried to hide it with a dirty towel but the intense pain was a dead giveaway. He laughed as if it was funny and said something in his language. I had to call the manager- BEN- over to get me antibacterial cream and a bandade to prevent an infection. It is worse than I thought. I have files a complaint with the TEXAS regulatory agency and requested and inspection. Stay away from this place and stay away from PETER. My foot is still scarred. Dirty and inexperienced people.

I went for my first time to Fancy Nails and was well taken care of. I was 38.5 weeks pregnant and I felt I received ample tender love and care of my poor aching feet and lower legs. My nails look amazing and much care and attention was given to my mani/pedi. I will be coming back!

Dont waste your time, have given them several chances and each time they give poor service. Most recent visit they asked me if I wanted a drink, they offered me coke,water or wine. I chose wine, the nail lady started my pedicure and was halfway done when I had to ask where my drink was. She hardly spent any time at all on my pedicure. No massage whatsoever, all she did was pat me down a few seconds. Did not even touch my feet at all to massage. She trimmed my nails but they were not even. The polish selection is scarce and all the colors look old& outdated, my nail lady added acetone to my color because it was very dry. Not worth your money!!!!

Had new nails put on Mar 3, 2016. Today is Apr 10, 2016 and still have all 10 nails and the polish is still perfect. Going to get them filled today. Yes, they speak in their language which is too weird but thats okay because I am not a dainty perfect nail type person. I work in the yard, currently redoing my floors to tile from carpet and I have a hands on type of job and the fact that all 10 nails are still on and not chipped they can speak any language. The lady I had did a excellant job and I havent lost one nail.

My experience at this nail salon was HORRIBLE!!! The lady who did my feet was so rude .. when I asked her to make my water hotter she rolled her eyes !! I didn’t say anything and I just thanked her after ..Then I went to go get my nails done and I wanted my old set taken off ! SHE DIDNT NOT SOAK THEM OFF !! She pulled them off with her hand and it hurts so bad !! SHE LITERALLY RIPPED SOME OF MY REAL NAILS OFF !!! This was not a good experience at all ! NEVER GOING BACK !!

This is the best place!

I sent my two daughters to Fancy Nails & Spa to get pedicures. We received a coupon in Valu-pak for $21.99 pedicures if you bring in the coupon. Upon entering the store my oldest daughter had the coupon and her credit card in her hand. When she approached the counter to let them know what she and her sister needed done, she accidentally left the coupon and credit card on the counter to pick out her nail polish color. Neither of my daughters realized they left the credit card with the coupon but when my oldest told her technician she had a coupon, the lady told her no she didnt. My daughter said yes, I accidentally left it on the counter (still not realizing the credit card was with it). The technician said no you dont have a coupon, you didnt bring in a coupon. She was saying this loud enough for the entire salon to hear. She was trying to embarrass my daughters since they were teenagers and trying to get more money out of them. When they went to pay, they realized they didnt have the credit card and thought maybe they left it in the car so they paid with another form of payment. Then they went to look in the car and couldnt find it so they called me to tell me what happened and ask me what to do. My oldest was crying because the lady embarrassed her in front of everyone and accused her of lying about a stupid coupon. I told her to go back in and speak to the manager about the incident and see if they found the credit card. Come to find out, they had taken the credit card and the coupon off the counter and didnt bother to tell anyone or ask anyone if they had lost a card. They knew my daughters were looking for the coupon and card and said NOTHING to them. When speaking to the manager, my daughter explained what happened while crying hysterically and all the manager could say was the technician doesnt speak english very well so my daughters misunderstood what happened - NOT THE TECHNICIAN!!! I cant believe in this day and age of customer service, that businesses get away with being rude to paying customers and accuse them of lying and taking a credit card that didnt belong to them. I can promise you I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and I will tell everyone I know not to go there because they take up for their workers when they are wrong instead of the customer AND they take customers credit cards without giving them back. Who knows what they would have done with the credit card!

If you don’t look like you have money don’t go here they will let you waiting for 1 hour even with appointment we had been attending here for one year and on May 14 I made a appointment for me and 2 other people and they let us wait 1 hour and in this hour 2 more people arrive and got there service done but not us we are Hispanic and I felt like it was a act of racism there was not a good excuse from them just that they where short on staff and that the other people attendant the spa all the time wish was stupid because we had one year also attending every month this spa !! I am really surprised about all the negative comments. This is my favorite nail salon. I have been going there for years and refuse to go any place else. They do an excellent job. Staff is nice. Yes, they talk to each other but once I start talking to them they are happy to chat with me. I like the fact that they have a coupon. Yes, they do offer additional services but no one forces me to accept them. These people work on commission and I cant blame them for wanting to sell additional services. I have taken many friends there and all of my nieces. We have never had any problems. I like the fact that if you go in for both mani/pedi they have two people working on you at the same time to get you out of there faster. They also have free wi-fi, which is great. I absolutely recommend this place.
