This place is very very clean and the service staff are friendly.My friend got a manicure with nail art and the staff were very detailed and did an excellent job. I could tell that the manicurist had a very confident and steady hand.Unfortunately the pedicure felt rushed. I paid for a classic gel pedicure ($65 including tip), not express. They didn’t turn on the massage chair and there was barely any scrubbing. My toe nails were cut too short (I specifically specified not to go beyond the edge of the toe), and my big toe nail was unevenly-shaped. The pedicurist kindly offered to fix it, but it was already cut too short so we let it be.Overall, the salon seems like a very popular place to get manicures, but the pedicure was a little disappointing.

I cant say enough good things about Coco Nail. This is my & my 2 daughters Mani/Pedi go-to. We are there every 4 weeks & we NEVER leave disappointed. They follow Covid protocol by sanitizing stations before & after each use. They wear masks & appointments are required. Until recently they had plexiglass divisions. Since masks mandate lifted they have been removed. However the door states that masks are required if not vaccinated. The staff is wonderful. Nicole is very attentive & professional. The girls..Snow, Anna, Selena, & Ruby always go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Mama (thats what I call her, I dont know her name) is always ready to remove my old gel polish. Thank you to the young man behind the desk for always being patient with me and confirming my appointments. These people are on point.

Based on what I have read in the reviews. I am not the only person that has experienced this. I made an appointment to see my usually lady and was told the appointment was never made. When clearly I came in spoke with the gentleman who usually service the front desk ( he had on a pink and white stripe shirt with beige shorts, with no hat- he usually wears a fitted), he asked for my number and what service I was getting then stated I was set only to find out the day of the appointment I spoke to him in person about was never made. I’m know I am not going crazy but he repeatedly stated the appointment was never made. What kind of business are you running? Are you picking and choosing clientele? I will not be coming back. Poor service. If I could give zero stars I would. Peace

Came in for a specific French manicure and I’m very annoyed that I left with something I didn’t ask for . For $85 plus an $18 tip I would’ve hoped to have perfect nails when I left. EXTREMELY expensive for a basic french tip manicure, but I didn’t make a big deal because they were very busy. The lady worked fast and neat, but for $100 can I at least get what I requested?!?!

This is worst place in my life for nail. I go so many gel nail places but never leave the salon without any job.I went to here for marble nail. There were two ppl for my nail. First person did just colored and second person I think her name is Secilia started art work on my nail. She doesn’t have any technic so I explained her that she should use brush for marble art not the manicure’s thick brush. She doesn’t understand at all. Tried to change to the French nail because rack of technic, they tried to charge me double.I just tried to walk away because I don’t want to waste my time anymore but they asked me for $38 which is not done work. Some of my nails have three coat and even one finger was only one coat. They didn’t even put the top coat! The manger was so rude and tried to argued with me. She said that if i don’t want to pay, I need to take off the color. So I took it off and gave $5 tips even they did horrible job with attitude.I don’t even want to give them one start. I better go different place which is cheaper than here and more professional for their job!!!I was not in the bad mood Bc of my fell. My fell is my fault and I was kind of excited for getting new nail. I don’t give you attitude and tried to give other way to done my nail. I even made you calm down when you had attitude at me and trying to argue with me. YOU are the one who has the attitude. It is NOT related with my nail and my fell. Secilia? Asked me every steps because I stopped her work every steps which was totally wrong and she MUST knew what she is doing.Your staff and you didn’t understand and pushed me for your way which is inappropriate!!!

Super cute nail salon w $35 gel manicure + $2-3 per nail w designs is a reasonable price. They can do nail art, beads, glitter, anything you want and have samples in the back for ideas. The gel does last a good 3 weeks at which point I remove it. They’re always booked so make appointments 1-2 weeks ahead of time. I also bring my own UV gloves since they don’t provide. They discontinued their loyalty card if you read about it elsewhere. Check out their instagram for ideas!

New owner ship!!! Been having Nicole and her girls do my nails for a long time now, they were originally in Flushing, Queens. They now moved and bought over Coco Nails!! Great nail art designs!! As you can tell from the two photos of nail designs that Ive gotten done! They last very long, can go a month with them and the polish wont chip and design wont be ruined. ❤❤❤

Nicole does hands down the best nail art in New York City. She is super artistic and precise and can draw pretty much anything onto your nails! I love this clean, cute and sparkly french gel manicure!

My favorite and go to nail salon. KATE never fails to paint my nails perfect and she does it effortlessly. My gel manicure is always perfectly done and neat. Last me at least three week. Amazingly my nails always grow strong even though I always do gel. Pedicures are always on point as well.

The extension and color were good but the woman who did my nails made three of my fingers bleed. And she didn’t say anything until I felt painful and asked her. And she even said it’s not a big deal?! I was super annoyed but I still tipped her 18%. However, I came back home and found there were more wounds caused by the manicure!

They do an amazing job with gel manicures and nail art. My nails always look amazing when I get them done here and they last 3 weeks without chipping.

Sonia did my gel mani and stayed 10 minutes past closing time to finish her work without being rushed. She was nice and professional and made me feel welcome. I will recommend this place and will also be going back to her for my future nail appointments.

I recently moved to the city from Queens. I had a great go-to place Ive been going to for about 2 years (specifically doing dip powder)and I havent been able to find another place that does just as good of a job. My friend recommended this place which is close to my work. Last week I tried another place nearby and my nails did not last more than a day. I ended up coming here on Friday to get it fixed and I did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and so far my nails still look great! I made a reservation earlier in the day and they were quick to get to me as they had quite a few technicians. This is probably going to be my new go to place!

Good work just over priced and over rated

Just had a simple manicure 💅 which was nice. The lady said that her name is Asha(?), Im not sure I got the spelling right. She did not rush and very patient. I was happy with the manicure.The lady who looked Korean sitting on the far right was suddenly laughing at me when I was leaving. She went, haha, she just stood up and left! I thought that was rude laughing at customer. My nails were done, polish was dry, why would I want to stay in a rundown place that it desperately needed a facelift?!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Best place I’ve been to, however the pedicure wasn’t the best. The lady was very sweet, but her job wasn’t pleasant, she rushed through my pedicure. Manicure, was better though, she took her time and made them into almond shape. My manicure messed up while I dried them, but the owner came by and repainted them. I would have given 5 stars but the pedicure was just terrible.

Feel disappointed!!! I was their original client in Flushing. Always let Nichole do my nail, and she always do my nail so well, but today it’s other girl do my nail and she’s being rude and not talking to me nicely while I’m trying to discuss the nail that I want with her. Also have bad skill sticking the rhinestones on my nails. Literally fell off twice. Have zero sense of designing nail, I feel totally ripped-off. Never going back again. They should hire other NICER nail designer.

I asked for round nails the lady did it Square! She didn’t cut them well so I have each nail differed sizes! The salon was totally empty, and no wonder! I told her at the end and I just hope she does better job for the next customer!

I literally called 4 hours ahead and told them i needed and acrylic fill they told me okay we can make an appointment for 5pm. I was super excited and then i parked in a very expensive place to make sure i was on time. I walk in told them I had an appointment sat down then they tell me not only dont they remove acrylic they dont even do acrylic at all. so i spent 45 minutes driving for nothing and my nail untouched it was a waste of my time they should of told me this before I made the appointment.

It used to be kpop nail salon in flushing but they moved to city.Yesterday will be 4th time coming to this nail salon on mostly for special occasions.I live near Manhattan so its good part that they move to city which was perfect for me yesterday.Yesterday I did Disney gel nails done along with pedicure because will be going away to Disney world. Gel nails with design was $130 and pedicure with gel nail design was another $85. It may sound expensive but let me tell you its worth that price.I only got gel nails done which it last you about a month. Mine always lasted for a month and it started to peel off.Whatever design you show to nicole she will do that for you. Unlike other nail salon they once told me I cant do this for you so which it was pretty disappointing.It been an year the last time I stopped by but nicole remembered me and said its been a long time which was a big plus for a star.Their store name is coco nails. Overall it was a great experience with them yesterday.

I would have rated this place a 5, but they got new management and have turned into a night mare. The new boss makes you feel so unwelcome by bombarding you the second you walk in and blocking you from walking any further. He follows that with an asinine wait time with a smile - as if he wants you to leave. There are 50 nail salons in the area - go somewhere else.

I really tried with this place. They fit me in the first time, I had a group deal for gel mani/pedi. I knew they charged “tax,” it was still a decent deal. But they said come back for the pedicure. Call for appt. I called and called and the manager didn’t pick up for 3 day and the phone has no vmail. So finally- I stopped by on a Tuesday. I said let’s make an appt Thursday. The woman there didn’t know what was available. I said I should be free after 5:30- so I’ll be there after then- closer to 6- please tell manager to CALL if that wouldn’t work.Long story short- I show up around 6, and am told there’s no appt. I can’t be seen, there is only one person and she’s with a client. Not even a little apologetic. Acted like I was the one who was disorganized.Now it’s past 6 on a Thursday. I passed 10 nail shops on the way home before the rush. And I’m wasting time looking for a place without an hour wait on the last weekday before the weekend.Super annoying. Cute dog does not make up for it.

Been a customer for over 10 years and Im always pleased with my service.

My gel nails chipped after a week. They repaired two nails and within a day or two, an additional nail chipped.

Cut me multiple times during my manicure and pedicure, told me I needed to pay cash and take money out of the atm, tipped $10 despite the fact that she cut me multiple times and had the audacity to say “I’ll let it go this time, but next time we require 20% tip”. Don’t go here.
