Great place to get your nails done you want a challenge they can do any design you want .

Do not come here. the place is extremely unsanitary, the customer service is horrible and rushed, not worth your money or time. i didn’t see any of the tools being sanitized and all of the surfaces looked dirty. the only reason i stayed for the service is because i had an event to go to and didn’t have time to wait somewhere else. you’re better off going somewhere else in the neighborhood, pls don’t go here!

I came during the holiday season while visiting. Doesn’t have the amenities I’m used to in Texas and Baltimore but I was satisfied with my nails (acrylic overlay) and pedicure ( a few rough spots on the heel remained). The staff was friendly. The color selection could be broadened. This was my first nail adventure in NYC.

I received a manicure and pedicure with the gel nail polish for my birthday tomorrow. The girl did an excellent job but she filed a few of my nails a little too short on one hand. I was a little upset about that and had to stop her from ruining the remainder! As stated prior, it was an excellent job and the staff is thorough. They practice safety procedures for the pandemic.

They are super nice. And they all do a beautiful job. This place is a must go. My nail lady name is Vanessa. They do feet too and its a comfortable experience.

Honestly, I enjoyed the lady that worked on my nails but this truly is the most un-sanitized place EVER. The only reason I didn’t leave is because the lady waited for me 5 minutes after closing time. There were flies EVERYWHERE in the pedicure area. The space is so crammed. 3 chairs and 3 working ladies. They are dirty and the thing I find the weirdest is the clothing some of the girls wear. I have nothing against women wearing what they want, but to be wearing see-through clothing in a professional environment? I understand being a flexible boss, but that is too much. I could literally see one of the girls undergarments through her outfit. Never ever coming back.

AVOID this place. The customer service is terrible. I went here once and as soon as I walked in I had to ask if someone worked here. Then I had to shout across the room to ask for a pedicure. It shouldnt be this difficult to ask for a service Im paying for. There were flies everywhere throughout the place. Imagine sitting there with a swarm of flies and youre just trying to relax. None of the workers to seemed to care. I will never go back again.

Loveeeed how they turned out!! Second time coming, got a different tech (her name is Vanessa), but still got great results! Now I have a backup plan in case one isnt available. Gave them four stars because the person who did my pedicure didnt do the best job for the bottoms of my feet 😔. Didnt get her name. Ill just recommend getting a pedicure with Jennifer shes amazinggggg at them and at SNS jobs too!! 40 for SNS/ 25 for pedicure.

They always do my feet beautifully specially when i always wait until its way over due because of work and life business. But when i do come they make my feet reborn and remind me how pretty i am :)))I like how they grate your calus with some serious tools that reminds me of cheese frater. Eeeew but brilliant! It does the job. I understand spanish and i hear all the gossip grom the feet grater lol.

Im torn on this one. The nail care was excellent! However the one thing that ruined it for me was how one employee behaved. The pedicure tech was AWFUL!!! I TREATED MY daughter, myself and my husband (who had recently experienced three strokes) to a day of pampering. A very expensive one at that! Anyway this awful woman refused to do his pedicure after making him move twice from one station to the next. Which for him was extremely difficult. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes repeatedly and made in a painfully clear she didnt want to do the job.

Went here 3weeks ago first time, for fill in. The gentleman that owns the place did my nails and unbelievably my nails STILL look good. Other places, after 2weeks you start to see the nail looking bad. He made me feel right at home, he took his time and even had great conversation😊 Im new to the area, but this is my spot now. Excellent service!

Great shop. Everything else around was closed so I took a chance. So glad I did. Will go back.

I have been a customer of Roxys for many years. They are great. Husband & wife take good care of you. The place is crowded because of their high demand in the community. Beautiful work!!

Im sure every manicurist is different but the one who did my nails was not good. I got a gel mani pedi, pretty standard anywhere you go. I chose a dark color and when she was done the skin around the nails was covered in polish. When I pointed it out to her she said it would wash off, which, obviously, it will not.This place has been here for a long time though, so maybe I was just unlucky?

I did not like the service she acted like she didnt wanna do my pedicure. She ignored me when I asked her to fix my toe nail. Instead of talking to me she slapped my foot to tell me when to put my feet in the water and she got mad when I didnt understand why she was slapping my foot and the girl been around for 20 years and still doing only pedicures and manicure. She should be a boss. if, I could give no stars to this I would, bad attitude dirty place.

They d a great job here. I dot do my nails regularly but when its due i come to these ladies and they do an amazing job. I have ankle pain this time so it was a little uncomfortable getting a pedicure but any other time they are smooth.

I came Into ro you at a rather busy time and was seen within the first 10 minutes. An older Asian man did my nails and I was more than satisfied with his service. He educated me on the abs nail method and he was really kind. I recommeNd this place if you want beautiful nails and quick solid service. See the older Asian man, he’s the best!

Everyone here is great. They dont do appointments first come first serve, thats the only downsize and its small. I always leave a happy customer

Went for the first time. The place was so dirty. Nothing looks sanitized. I got dip on my nails. Its only been one day and already two of them chipped. While she was shaping it she broke one of them and ignored it. She pretended that it wasnt even broken. I had to tell her twice to fix it. She left my nails odly shaped and really thick. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Felt very rushed. At the end she says in a sarcastic voice I hope they last long. DONT GO HERE!

Jennifer was a great tech. Sh e pays attention to detail and is diligent in the task at hand.

Not very friendly and some of the staff are pretty shady. They tried to charge me a different price for gel removal than what was on the posted price menu. When I asked about it, they got flustered and made an excuse that didnt make any sense. Also, one of the nail techs was eating a full McDonalds meal at one of the stations. Overall, avoid.
