I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Their work is okay at best I come here for the convenience of it being right across the street from where I live but then I have to settle for quality or lack thereof. The man who does mine now consistently makes my pointer fingernail crooked. Its always super busy in here so you dont get the right amount of attention paid to your individual need.

They use old CHEAP nail polish. They have the same polish you can find in rite aid,not professional. Their gel polish is old and the colors are outdated/basic. Their floors are filthy. They can’t even shape acrylic nails the way you ask. Poor rundown filthy shop. People only flock here because it’s the only one in the neighborhood.Go elsewhere!!!

AVOIDDD!! The wax was DOUBLE DIPPED IN COVID! They did someone’s eyebrows and used the same stick in the wax. Getting that persons bacteria in the wax and therefore on others as well. they are extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. Not to mention the prices are higher than before. The nails does not even last. Wasn’t given the shape I asked for. Have had them on for a week and had already broken one in quarantine. The eyelashes didn’t last for more than one day. Not to mention they were put on wrongly, with one eye looking more full than the other. Looked terrible! Eyebrows were also done in a similar way, one looked more waxed than the other. Will not be coming back here due to the high likely hood of getting a fungus or infection! finding a better salon than this one.

It’s been a week and my gel nails started to come off like they use cheap products mind u it was my first time there and it will be my last. They need new management and a remodel the massage chairs was broken down looks like from the 1970’s. It’s way too small in there that u can catch covid so quick. It’s unsanitary there. My advice pay a lil more and it will last a lil more.

So I went today for a simple manicure. I guess Mindy caught an attitude because I was not trying to spend 70 bucks like I usually do. For some reason they work quality isnt the same. Last time I got my nails done it chipped away even though it was supposed to last longer being how it was the gel tips. Anyway, today when I went to do my manicure it was a rushed job. She was done under 5 minutes. I noticed that my thumb nail was messed up and when I asked her to fix it she along with her husband flipped out on me. She then proceeded to grab my arm and try to wipe the nail polish off talking about heres your money take off the polish. I guess she thought she was hurting my feelings when she said I cant go back. I already decided not to return after I seen the type of job she was doing based on the amount that I was paying. I guess I need to stop being lazy and make my way uptown to Envy nails like I used to do before I moved down here.

I am very disappointed I took my nails off because they were hurting and they looked very very bad absolutely sure they used MMA and I will never go back again

There is only 1 or 2 people who are good here with nails but you have to wait awhile for them... dont suggest waxing here at all.

I like Crystal Nail Salon, they do my nails and my eyebrows, theyre the best

This is the only Nail shop I go to. Ive been going here for 3 years on and off (I moved south for a year) and Im never disappointed!

This place is horrible I went to get my nails done and the last rush right through and my nail are gross different sizes different shapes and the nail polish was put on horribly when I complained they acted like they couldn’t understand me and when I told them to take them off they we rushed and look horrible they wanted to charge me a extra 10 to take them off i spent 60 on nail that I want to cry every time I look down on them

Cheap prices =cheap service. 5 minute, bare minimum pedicure. On top of that very unsanitary practices. Using the same wet towels, foot files and cuticle cutters on all customers. Didnt give me the nail shape I asked for either. The unsanitary-ness is where I draw the line. Not going back.

I went here twice and both experiences were great! They make sure nothing is too bad and are nice & accepting on what you ask.like for the water to be more hot or less, for a nail to be done differently.but mindy & her husband are the best designers

They use to take pride in their work.lately I have not been happy with their work.They also charge a fee for credit cards.The fee varies. The more u spend the more they charge for the credit card payment.That makes absolutely no sense

Ok the place is a C+ with cleanings. The eyebrows and or feet by Joy is a A+. As for the nails my nails were done by 12:25 pm. Im posting this at 8pm the next day and my nails look a week old. Its about 5-7 techs and only 2 of them can give you what you ask. Mindy ( owner) can be fiesty but business is business and she may need to be checked when she messes up.

They do great nails here. Only thing I dont like is when I used my debit card my reciept said $44.00 and they card 52.00 to my card . I would recommend not using your debit or credit card with them.

Mindy is good but she’s starting to become over priced for things that don’t last . As soon as I get my nails done, give them about 4 days and they look old . Her gel polish is cheap, they comeOff right away .... idk the designs are old af but expensive smh

This is a good place to go. Also the prices are reasonable. Im about to get my nails done this week and see how they do acrylic nails. So far from when I got a regular manicure they good.

Good prices, but if your looking for an upscale, clean, not loud environment you wont get it here. Most people that come are very noisy and the supplies they use on your nails and feet are not sanitized, if your in a hurry the nail techs rush with you but if your looking for a place that you can relax and have someone taking their time with you this is not the place for you.

Went to do a full set when I showed a picture of what I wanted done for color the woman chose a total different color just painted it however. I did not like the job done so I asked if she could change the color & she proceeded to tell me that I would be charged an extra $7 after paying almost $40 for me to do my full set, eyebrows for both myself & my mother. Very unhappy with the work ended up paying extra at another place to redo the entire job that they failed to do.

I love mandy n her husband n all the staff.ive been going here for many yrs .unfortunatelyIve been lied too on numerous occasions.ive constantly stated i travel alot will the gel last a week? Mandy said yes.my nails peeled the following day.this happened twice.i spend no less than 80 n no more than 100 dollars every teo weeks n they charge me 3.00 to pay with a debit or credict card.mandy would walk by me while im getting a manicure n snatch of my lashes she put on two weeks ago.it hurt.i asked is this the proper way to take them off?She said yes.i went to do or dye salin in vermont n was told my lashes were missing n damaged.she refused to replace my lashes until they grew back n she got them healthy.i had to follow up with do or dye for two months at no charge to me for them to oil my lashes n nuture them back to health.she explanned that my lashes could have simply been removed by using an oil.i will say they do an excellent job on my feet.unfortunately they will lie to u n manipulate u to get that extra dollar.i give great tips n im not very picky.i just expect what i pay for.my nails should not be peeling one day later.i thought i built a repore with these people.obviously it was fake, just to get my money.beware!

Very reasonable prices. Not as busy as the place on Ave C. Takes credit card. Has a TV to entertain you while youre getting your nails done.

My nail were horribly uneven and thick. I traveled from out of town and was told this was a good place...I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN....

Nasty customer service !!! Mindy refuses to attend customers on what they need. She tells people to go else where if they don’t do the service that THEY WANT NOT NEED !!! They need to shut this place down.
