I work at the noodles and company a few doors down from sports clips and had a run in with one of the staff members April. We treated her with nothing but respect. One of my team members forgot to give her the drink she ordered. A quick fix. She started to yell and cuss at my team member for something very small and fixable. I understand being upset but for a quick easy fix it is not right to start swearing and yelling. As someone who works in customer service I would’ve thought we would have been treated better.

My experience at Arlington Heights Sports Clips is always at the highest quality among any stylist or barber around. The people always treat me with attention.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with (Niloo); she is so skilled and so sweet. Great atmosphere, great services and a great haircut.

Their “check-in” system is terrible. Once I was told via their app that I had 25 minutes to wait. Suddenly it went down to 5 and I missed my slot and had to wait another 30 minutes. Today I left my house when it told me I had 19 minutes. It’s a 5 minute drive. I get there and they’re taking some guy who’s not in the queue. My name disappears from the board. I ask what’s up and they tell me they have to check me in again and now I’m behind 5 other people for over an hour. Walked out and won’t return.

Give good haircuts but the wait takes forever especially if you want someone specific and it took longer than expectedEdit in 2019: After using their app and finding the perfect stylist I highly recommend this place. The app lets you check in before hand and come just in time for your haircut. Only complaint is they use products on you as a way to have you buy some for home to make you feel like it’s gonna work like that at home.

Went in to get a buzz cut and was told it would be 30 minutes. The stylist started taking their regulars before those in the cue. After an hour of waiting I went up and asked why others got to skip the question system and was told it would only be 25 more minutes.I ended up leaving and hit up a little independent barbershop. Went in no line and 10 minutes later I was out. $12 vs $24. Its an easy choice to never visit sports clips again.

This is a wonderful place to get a childs hair cut. The price is very reasonable. Sara did a marvelous job, and never lost her patience with our 4-year-old. The cut is very high quality! I highly recommend this location.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for almost 7 years. I have always had really good service from the manager and other stylists. They have had the same stylists consistently for several years, which is reflected in the quality of service. They are busy consistently, but the wait times are usually reasonable.

Trying something new is liking going out on the lim. I would recommend getting the hot towel. After a few weeks I loved my haircut

I have gotten my hair cut here dozens of times. Sometimes better than others! Id say my biggest peeve about it is the inconsistencies. They try by occasionally taking notes after your cut but its not the best.

New to the area and needing a haircut, I looked into a number of places and tried out this Sport Clips on a Saturday afternoon. As a walk-in, I expected to wait a while and one of the stylists working the counter was both courteous and honest about how long. Gave me time to explore the plaza. Located in an upscale center... nice shops and eateries. Anyway, as a first-time visitor I was given the full treatment, Wash, cut, hot towel face wrap and shoulder massage. I recieved a great cut at a reasonable price. I recommend them.

Terrible stylists here. Charge me $30.00 for cut with just scissors. Looked nothing like a fade at all. Looked like I stepped out of a pet salon. Will not recommend.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. The lady barely spoke English. Cut it totally different then I tried repeatedly to explain. Dont go here if you value your looks.

Niki and Jill are the best, and they ALLWAYS make you look good. Theres never an awkward moment, theyre warm, fun, nice, and inviting, plus they cut hair like pros. This is the only place I let touch my hair, and I definitely recommend it to any guy who cares about his hair.

Terrible customer service. Will blatantly ignore customers and not be up front about wait times. Waited for over an hour with multiple assurances that I would be next - only to have people who walk in from the street sat before me.

Horrendously slow. The hair cutter found the need to do desk work for 15 minutes and sweep the floor twice while there were 6 people waiting.
