I’ll start off by saying that the ladies that work there are very sweet. However, being sweet doesn’t translate to quality service. The manager really rushed my manicure, a walk-in came in and needed to be in and out within 30 minutes and the nail technician was told to hurry up and finish me so she could get started on the other women. So the manager of the studio ended up finishing my manicure, and it seemed she had no idea what she was doing or how to cure the gel polish. On top of that, it’s been two days since my manicure and up close I don’t think it looks that great. There’s already some chipping, as well as my nails weren’t filed properly. I like a round shape, and one is a square and the other is some diagonal line. They keep catching on things but I’m afraid to file them and mess the nail polish up. I’ll be looking for a different place in the neighborhood

I came here to get rid off the powder manicure I had done for vacation. The service was quick and my nails looked so much better without it. Vicky has done a tremendous job with healing my nails and covering the m with the nail polish so immaculately perfect that I NEVER had a better application. Definitely recommend her service and the salon in general. The lady in the front of the house is super sweet and welcoming.

Very nice nail salon close to Penn Station. They offer a variety of services including silk wrap, which is a natural alternative to acrylic nails. The ladies at the salon are polite and sweet! Christine did my manicure and pedicure with care and I am very happy with the results!

Ive been going to Forever Young for years since I work around the corner and Ive never been disappointed. They are always professional, nice, and good at what they do. Ive gotten manicures, pedicures, massages, and eyebrow waxes. Im dying to try out their spa packages, just havent had the time.

This is a great nail salon. Ms. Dana does my nails, waxing and massages and she does a wonderful job. The salon is clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The prices are fair and quality is good. I highly recommend it.

Ive been here several times. I have always had pleasant experiences. Today Kim serviced me and she was the worst. Rude. Aggressive and didnt respond well to questions I had. She told me not to complain and was upset when a color selected was changed. She told me she has a bad day but that wasnt my fault. I asked her for her boss and she got more upset. She was upset when I asked her about prices and was just mean. She said she was upset because I asked for another person to service me. When the owner is on site she is usually the most pleasant person but not today. I did my best to remain calm. But the best way to reflect my dissatisfaction is my taking my business to another location. No one deserves to be tested this way when purchasing a service.

Ive coming to this place for many times, since 2015 ( if I dont mistaken), I like the music and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Some of the manicurist are nice and do an excellent job, BUT unfortunately today I had the DISGRACE to do my nails with Christine, a very rude woman that dont take any feedback as a constructive criticism. During the manicure she hurt me few times with the cuticle nipper, she pulled my hand so hard it hit me with the edge of the plexiglass, the one they use as separation, it was a sloppy manicure, after she finished I just wanted to give her my feedback but she went from Christine to Karen in 2 seconds, started yelling at me and over talking, she didnt want me to talk, I had to raise my voice to put her in her place, she was defiant and VERY RUDE...what really upset me more it was when I was leaving she said something that I couldnt heard, I turned back and asked what she said but she just limited to say have a good day...I kept my cool because she doesnt worth, I hate to waste my time and energy arguing with ignorant people..AS consequence I WILL TAKE MY $$$ TO SOMEWHERE ELSE...!

Chasing away my Winter Blues at Forever Young. I LOVE this place the prices are great they are clean and safe! the service is wonderful. i get my nails done every 2 weeks and it lifts my spirits. I highly recommend them.

Popped in after work on a Friday, was afraid i would get turned away cause i hadnt called and made an appointment, but was ushered in very politely. My temp was taken and i filled out a form (you know how it is in a post covid world now.) I was handed off to Schanet (i believe that was the name on the tag) she was very sweet and surprised when I selected 2 colors for my nails (i love variety and color in my life). She did a wonderful job, and as busy as they were for a Friday, i didnt feel rushed, or like any shortcuts were taken. Id definitely come back again, also the pedicure chairs looked divine, and i know these hooves could use a lil care next time. Lol

The worst nails I’ve ever hadI relied on the google reviews to go here, the nails looked so nice but when I got there they where charging nearly $80 for short square acrylic infills.The lady put more nail glue on my nails than the product powder. Nails filed wonky, she kept getting dust in the gel polish and curing then filing it offI was told I would be finished in 1hr 20mins max but I was there way over 2hrs!!!

Went to get a manicure for the first time in a long time. I was immediately greeted by the owner of the nail spa who was extremely nice and welcoming.The interior was bright, clean, and spacious. They offered magazines and tea as I sat down. It was also quiet and relaxing in this establishment, with light music in the background and lowered voices amongst both employees and patrons--which I appreciated. My nail technician was quick and skilled. After the the top coat, I was ushered to a drying table with built in fans to help expedite the drying. The technician even gave me a quick upper back massage while my nails were drying! The whole process took less than an hour.I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I hope to visit again soon!

I think its the cleanest and fanciest nail shop in New York🤗 The shop was so clean that it could be taken care of safely. Not only were the employees too kind, but they also excelled in nail art. I recommend this place to people💅

I am so glad I stumbled upon this salon. The women here are exceptional. I felt completely taken care of when I walked in the door and Christine took her time on my gel mani/pedi and did an excellent job on my nails. I highly recommend and I look forward to getting my nails done here again.

Did my nails around 2.5 weeks ago. I had a goos experience, the staff is friendly. My nail polish is still holding today aside from new growth. Will be returning :) (pictures with brownish background are from the day after they were done. Pictures with whitish background are from right now). I can’t remember my nail techs name but it was something along the lines of dana, or tana.

I have been to many nail salons in NYC and NJ, but this is my favorite. The salon is always clean, which can be hard to find, and they do a really good job polishing, which is also hard to find. I highly recommend visiting.

I came here for my friend because he wanted to get his nails done and it was fine until the receptionist took my phone and dropped it. My screen protector cracked, she took it as I was filling out the review to get the $20 gift card.

This was my first time coming to forever young nail and spa. The experience was amazing. They greeted me as if I was a long time customer and gave the best pedicure that I have ever received. This nail shop is amazing! Very easy to get to off the train. Eunice will take your covid temperature at the front door, and make you complete paper work. All nail polish is brand new, WiFi is free and you can use all major credit cards. I really enjoyed my experience with Ms. Kim the nail tech. Donna is great too! Please stop by and get your nails done or other services at this wonderful nail spa.

This place is so professional with pedi and mani even with gels. I also took aroma therapy for body and facial and it was just so amazingly healing. My daughter got her nails done for the Christmas and she loves her dazzling designs all hand crafted.Definitely coming back again for the services I got here.

I came here to have my acrylic nails soaked off because they were to thick and wide for my nail shape. Christine got them off and replaced them with SNS powder. It took an hour to take the acrylic off and she never complained. Thank you Christine!

My first time in nyc this pass weekend, I figured I should try out the nail salon, I found this one, went here, nice clean and very artsy. My requested services were to get a clear—hand mani. Lady that did my nails did a horrible job! It was very low quality and I tried to get them to fix em but she did not listen. She igged me on to the next customer. On top on asking for a tip at checkout! I will nvr come here again.Very unprofessional!

Got the pedicure manicure back massage special which included amazing treatments, 20 min leg/foot massage, sugar menthol scrub, manicure and a 10 minute back massage. Martha was my pedicure magic genie!! Attention to detail and did the most thorough job I’ve ever had and left me feeling better than ever. After walking all day I was relieved to find Martha and experience her expert pedicure.

Love lily as a technician. Wonderful work. Sadly under new management and they now rush technicians. I had a gel mani today and once drying she moved to a new client but then I was left there with my nails done for over 5 minutes until I asked the woman at the desk if they should be wiping my nails down. She then came over and wiped them down. No lotion or warm towel like usual. Sadly I need to find a new salon

Forever young nail& spa is so nice! I got the facials from Julia, a facialist/ beautician who’s been working in this department for 15 years. She not only took care of acne but also eczema on my face, which makes skin care so hard for me. My experience here was so different from the other spa places for facials because she not only looks at the face but also takes account of how muscle strains in other body areas can cause skin irritation on face. The room is also very well equipped, I am so glad that I got all service and that my dry yet oily skin didn’t react to any of the regimen used. Also, she’s very knowledgable so I received a lot of tips OTHER THAN “eat healthy and sleep well”.In general, the place is big and the staffs are nice. I will be coming here for more and 100% recommend facials!

Decided to stop in because I had some time to kill before taking a trip out of town. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I came back for the second time today because the service the first time was great. You walk in they take your coat, offer you water, and both times they got started right away. What I like the most is they do not pressure you to do anything extra. If you plan to be a repeat customer make sure to sign up using your phone number, after the 10th time you get a free service.

The place was clean and but they cannot and should not be offering powder gel manicures. They are using sub-par, clumpy polishes, top coats and powders. It took the woman doing my nails 3 trys to keep the top coat from clumping and even on the last try they still looked horrible. And at the end of the manicure my fingers were so sore from the constant filing (they had to take 2 layers of top coat off 3xs). They also charge $10 more than my usual place and had the nerve to charge me full price for the botched manicure. They need to stay in their Lane and offer what they are good at. Not to mention the street they are on is where all the meth addicts like to hang out. I got cat called and almost touched by some loser loitering by the front door. Then in the middle of the manicure the same man starts pulling on the door trying to scare all the women inside. The owner had to lock the door. Im staying away.

They use files and not electric files for powder polish and they file pretty rough and it hurts. Then bc they only use files, the powder stays thick near the nail bed. Also left the glue under nails and on fingers. Not impressed. Not shiny either

I’m so disappointed! This is my go to place, so of course when I was going on vacation and needed a powder dip gel manicure. I think my manicurist didn’t let the polish bond well enough because I spent $45 on it, and they all FELL off two days later.For the money I spent I’m disappointed.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, they work very badly, I treat all the girls and they all do their job very badly, I got a pedicure with a girl named Fanny Mexicana and what made me a sloppy pedicure, very badly done, and the back of the heel had a very bad stone, when I asked him, he said yes, I wanted him to do the work with me, I had to pay 20 dollars more, I came to the conclusion that he did the wrong job to find more benefits for her. very bad experience that place the work they do does not have quality, that room I do not know deserves a single star, I give it zero.
