The place is way too expensive and the quality of work doesnt match up to the price. I paid $63 for a maní and pedí for awful quality of work. It really wasnt worth it and the massage was terrible. I usually get a massage along with the maniand pedi but its really terrible. Save your money guys, go somewhere else. Not worth the time of day.

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE. Work is sloppy!!!The guy began my nails & was so rough. didnt understand what I was saying about my nails. He was so rude to me because of that. The dip color was coming on CLEAR, not white so I asked him to stop & if I could pick a different color. He just grunted & dismissed me & continued so I pulled my hand & asked to talk to someone so I could explain. Someone finally came & he got up & started complaining about me loudly like if I wasnt there & went to the back-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE. I tried to pay for what was done & LEAVE. but she insisted on fixing them.The lady finished my nails but not how I asked & she was so rough she kept hurting my fingers .1 dip nail broke that night. I left with horrible nails & a bleeding finger from her filing off skin!!!!

Seriously one of my favorite places to get my nails done. The service is so great and all the staffs are super nice especially the owner. The workers give ideas to make your nail design so much cuter. The gel nails I got lasted for more than 3 weeks!! I definitely recommended this place to my friends and they all loved it. The prices are good and the nails last super long!!!!

This can be one of the top nail salons I’ve been to. The treatment you get here is so much better than the many other places and the results are great too. They really do make sure everything is clean and I’m very pleased with my results on my gel nails. Thank you, ladies!Thank you so much!

I started coming here when I lived up the block and really enjoyed their service. I love having a warm cup of tea while getting my nails done. The ambiance is great, not too loud. I now live slightly further away but still continue to commute to this location because of their great service and color options.

The staffs here were very professional and open-minded to any requirement. I usually went here doing color gel. They provide a large selection of colors and I did notice that their gels are high-quality. My nails can last for a long time, which is really satisfies me.

I love to make nails, I do a new nail style almost every 2 weeks. This place is the best I can find in Midtown West, with great services, patient attitude and clean place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very happy with the results I got here. The girl who did it for me was very clear in telling me what she was doing and even offered me some tips! They are very careful, clean and polite here! I do plan on visiting again with my mother.

3.5 based on one visit so far. Clean salon with disposable plastic for pedicure bath. Regular pedicure $25 Spa pedicure $59. Certain nail colors are more ($3?) so ask about your color. They ask to add onto the service as they go so listen well when they ask. And check how much it costs. My specialist Jin was not pushy and she was thorough with her service and gave great massage. Came in for a gel manicure. A woman was about to start my nails, but when another customer came in, a man (the owner?) took over. Everything was rushed and painful. He kept digging his nails into my cuticle to take off the nail polish that was not in place. He also forgot to remove my cuticles on the left hand and tried to do so AFTER they were painted. There are several bubbles and dents and overall they look terrible. Will not be coming back.

Filthy filthy place. They dont clean the supplies, though claim they do. They reuse plastic liners in the pedicure tub. Emmy (I heard her called) cut my bfs toe and it was oozing blood. Then she didnt apologize. Another woman had an open sore on her mouth and it wasnt covered. This place should be shut down. Go at your own risk.

I asked for coffin shaped nails and the only girl on duty said she couldn’t do that. So I reasoned with here and asked for almond and somehow ended up with round. Did the powder set, and it started lifting after 6 days. I was told it would last longer than gel. I was very careful with upkeep because this had happened before with the gel chipping, and I would very much like to keep my natural nail. I’ve been here before and I figure perhaps powder would be better... but again I was let down. I’ve given this place so many chances and it always ends the same way.

The people here are so sweet and caring. I do plan on coming back. I did a simple mani/pedi and they took their time on me to do things well to make my nails, feet and hands look healthy and gorgeous. I am super satisfied and will highly recommend.

Customer service was very poor,my pedicure was done really lazy and they also made up prices as they went instead of following the price list. My nails on both hands and feet were filed crooked and I had to fix them once I was home. This place is overpriced and over rated. When I paid before they even returned my card I was asked about a tip, I always tip at the nail shop but it is rude for them to insist. I did tip in the end, but I will not be returning.

I’ve been there a couple of times. I usually get color gel mani and pedi which is in their special package now. I am satisfied with the quality of the outcome. It is a good choice for its quality and the fair price!

This is easily the worst manicure Ive ever received. Ive gotten powder dip for YEARS on the east side and my first experience here was awful. They let the powder run all over my fingers and didnt fix it, Im going to have to go pay for some other place to fix this. They even tried to overcharge me by $40 when I told them they had a sign advertising $63, they corrected the price to $93. I will never return to this place. Id rather cross midtown for a manicure than patronize this establishment again.

Theyre not great, but they are the best I can find in Midtown West. My nails look good and they usually hold up. I walk up from 49th & 11th. Just wish someone would open more in the Hells Kitchen area that would do an awesome job.

Horrible. The man that did my pedicure broke a chunk of my toe nail off, I have no idea how and then proceeded to hurt my toe with the clipper. The manicure was with a different lady and just as disappointing. I walked out of there in pain and the bill for the mani pedi some how was $75. Also there are tons of mosquitos in there, I live in the neighborhood and had never seen a mosquito around here. Stay away!

This is the worst gel manicure I have ever received. They filed down my nails so thin and didnt even use a gel top coat at the end of the manicure– It was just a regular top coat. My nails broke after two days, due to how paper thin they were. Chipping started after 3 days. NOT WORTH IT and the color choices suck.

The workers there are all really nice and how they all say welcome makes it feel really nice.

Nothing fancy at all. Just a neighborhood Mani/pedi place but ... they use disposable liners in their footbaths, which prevents the spread off germs, so Im fan!

Budget manicure and pedicure. They put disposable liners in the pedicure tubs.so you dont have to worry about grossness from other patrons.

I specifically asked for a white color. They sat me down started the pedicure. Rushed through it since they were running late. A very tense 20 min session so far. Then stared my manicure and not even half way through, told me they dont have enough white nail polish and wiped it off. Sent me home w pearl nails that I did not ask for and kept telling me: change is good. At the end they charged me full price and did not even show any curtesy. Horrible experience.

Ive give this place a try three time now and all three times Ive been unhappy. The last time I went there it looked like I had done the manicure myself.
