I am a proud and happy long-time member at Exotic 9! I have been going here for 4 years and there has never been a time that I was disappointed in their services. When I first came here, I had dip nails from another salon and after the removal the nail technician told me I had a fungal infection. So they provided me a nail serum to help for the next 2 weeks and it saved my nails! The previous nail salon had seen my infection and claimed that it was “bruising” from the nail drill, once I found out it was an infection I was appalled. That previous nail salon only cared about my money and not my nail health. From then on, I fell IN LOVE with Exotic 9! This place is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Alex takes his time and dedication; he is quick and efficient whenever he does my dip manicure. Tina always makes my feet feel like I’m walking on a cloud after my pedicures. When I leave the salon I am feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and confident! Exotic 9 is the definition of excellent service. Thank you for all your hard work!

I have had some involved art requests at my visits over the past year with Alex…holidays, farm animals, ombré and everything in between and he always delivers!! I’m always welcomed by name and every service from a gel manicure by Anna or Emma to pedicures by Emma are always on time as scheduled (the online booking service is very convenient). Not to mention well done and finished with a paraffin treatment! I love this place!

Yesterday was my first time at Exotic 9 Nails. Alex applied the absolutely best set of acrylic nails I have ever had in the 30 years I have been having my nails done. I am so grateful a friend recommended I try Exotic 9 Nails after I was complaining about the salon I have been going to for 5 years in Plaistow continuing to disappoint me. I have found the best nail salon in the area and will never go anyplace else again. Thank you Alex for the amazing care and quality you exhibited applying my nails. You have a life long client.

They use to be really good years ago but now it seems its all about quantity, not quality. My gel coat started peeling off three days after getting my nails done. I wont be back.

Hands down the best nail salon in Derry. Super clean, relaxing space, easy to book an appointment (and request a specific tech) online, and just overall amazing work. I had a dip mani and gel pedicure and they were both the beat I’ve had since moving to New Hampshire

I started going to Exotic 9 Nails about a month ago after seeing amazing nails on my instagram feed. I wanted to try a new place that could accommodate some of the fun nails I wanted to try. I started going to Andrew and I love it here! Im always taken on time, or a few minutes before my appointment; he takes his time, you can see that he takes pride in his work with everything he does, he is so gentle with all the tools he uses, and he has always given me great nails that I receive so many compliments on. Definitely check this place out!

Ive only been here twice but both times I was extremely happy with my nails! Kelly was the first time and Andrew was the second. Andrews design skills are amazing! Ive been to a few different nail salons over the years and this one is my favorite. Highly recommend making an appointment because they seem to always be booked! Online booking is a plus for me! I am always happy with my experience at Exotic 9 Nails. The staff are professional, accommodating, and do an excellent job. While my primary nail technician has been Kelly and now Andrew (due to scheduling), and both of them are great, on occasion someone else did my nails. Each and every time, I have been satisfied with quality of work.

I have been to many places and this is the only place that Im satisfied with. Have been going here for over 10 years.

I am never disappointed. I always look forward to going to see Emma and leaving with pretty nails. Everyone is so friendly and the place is very clean. They have a WIDE variety of products and colors to choose from, or like me you can basically get the same color most times. I also like that I can schedule my appointments right online. I use to go here quite a bit and went back but will not again since it was the most expensive nail set for just plain pink nails with not evan a design or nothing. $46 for a set is a lot and ya lady did a good job tho nothing special then other places can do. I told her i wanted specific color and showed her picture and she couldn’t even be bothered to keep looking for the that color just wanted me to pick something and get it over with.

Ive been getting my nails done at Exotic 9 for the past year after it came highly recommended. I used to be a person who would get their nails done once a year for an event or vacation because I found the whole experience awkward at other salons. Exotic 9 is NOT like other salons. Ive been about 5 times this past year (which is a lot for me) and I will definitely be making this place part of my routine. Every time Ive been in, its quiet, clean, and the staff is very friendly. My favorite thing is that they seem to only take a certain number of appointments at a time (and all the booking is done online) so there are no long waits and walk-ins so it never feels crowded. The other staff Ive interacted with are really great but Emma is absolutely the best! Not only does she take her time to make sure my nails look amazing, she is so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Exotic 9!

I was in search of a new nail salon as Im new to the area, based off the reviews I decided to make an appointment at exotic 9 nails. I was taken on time, that I can say positively. The whole staff was neutral not friendly not mean just very straightforward. Communication level is a little bit difficult. I had three different people helping me that day, a technician for my feet, a technician for my eyebrows and a technician for my nails. My technician who did the pedicure was pretty good she was quiet I asked her a few questions that she didnt know the answer to but thats fine. The lady who did my eyebrows didnt really ask me much about my preferences and she left wax on my eyebrows which she tried to remove a few times but at one point I just told her to leave it ill remove it when i got home. The gentleman who did my nails didnt really seem interested in my preferences or took pride in his work. I asked him if he was familiar with ballerina nails or ombre finishing and he just kind of looked at me blankly. When I go to a business place of service I have an expectation that the people doing that service hold a standard to themselves and for the establishment they work at. that was not what was provided to me today no one took pride in their work. Some of my nails came out nice some of them came out crooked And Polish on the edges were not nicely paintedI did have to tell him one of my nails I did not like at all and he attempted to fix it by just shaving it you could tell he was annoyed. Aside from all this they were having some work maintenance done to the building which did not make for a relaxing atmosphere. It was disappointing based off of the reviews. I will not be returning

I have been on my feet a lot lately and treated myself to a pedicure. Im glad I did! It was clean and quiet in the salon. The young woman who did my pedicure was professional and thorough. The hot stone massage was a real treat. And the movie that was playing was entertaining. I would definitely recommend Exotic 9 Nails!

I’m new to getting my nails done but this is by far the best place I’ve been to!! My nail technician did an incredible job achieving the vision I had for my manicure and when she needed a little more help with the artistry of what I was looking for another technician jumped right in to help. They were very kind and the overall atmosphere of this place was very relaxing. I would absolutely come back here again as well as recommend this salon to everyone!

I saw Kyo to get powder dip nails with tips & he did an incredible job! He took his time to ensure high quality nails and they’re honestly the best nails I’ve ever had done for me after going to a few different places. Plus, he’s so fun to talk to! Great experience.

Ive been to so many different nail places & this place is my top favorite. The people are so nice & make sure you love what theyve done before you leave. To add on top of it they are only accepting appointments due to COVID19 & when you arrive you have to wait for them to come let you in to confirm that you actually have an appt. As soon as you walk in the first thing you do is wash you hands. They keep up with their cleaning and sanitizing after every customer. My nails are always perfect. I couldnt ask for better

I just moved to NH and a friend from work recommended Exotic 9 Nails. I was extremely impressed with the services I received (gel manicure/pedicure). The hot stone massage on arms and legs as part of the service was such a nice touch, as well as, the hot wax hand dip! This was above and beyond service with a smile, in a nice clean facility, with great people, and very affordable. I will use them again and again! THANK YOU!

My daughter and I have been going to Exotic 9 nails for many years. Since they first opened, when they were across from Clam Haven. We have never had a bad experience and they have always done a great job with our pedicures and our nails. We wouldnt go anywhere else. I Highly recommend them!

I have been seeing Kelly ever since my first appointment at Exotic 9 and we clicked immediately. I was so nervous to find a new place for my nails when I moved but was sooo lucky to have found this place. Highly highly suggest this place as a whole but most importantly highly suggest my friend Kelly!

I have had a couple different people do my nails and been very satisfied with the result each time. Super clean and the employees are always nice and welcoming.I have never had a pedicure here so I have no reference.I usually get acrylics but I have had just gel before. I highly recommend Lucy. She does incredible designs!!! I’m always bringing in pictures from Pinterest to show her, having very high expectations and she delivers.As far as down sides the only one I can think of is weekends are busy and they can’t always accommodate but for the quality you get I can understand. This place is great! Honestly giving them 5 stars because they deserve it.

Absolutely FABULOUS!!! I was welcomed immediately, and although I did not make an appointment they treated me kindly. I got the prettiest gel nails I have ever seen from a very nice technician with whom I could actually converse with. I LOVE how the manicure and pedicure areas are totally separated, and the ventiliation is certainly working well. This place is WELL WORTH the trip, absolutely coming back again ❤❤❤

Our appointment there was terrible and I would never go there again they charged us 170.48 for two 11 year olds and they were very disrespectful they lied about the prices I defiantly recommend never going there they tried charging us 170.48 without even telling us and just taking our card it was very disturbing!

This was my second tme visiting the salon. It was recommend by a friend of mine and I must say it was as amazing as she described. Very professional, very meticulous and detail orientatied. I’ve seen both Andrew and Tina they both did a fantastic job. It is worth the drive if you don’t live in Derry that is for sure.

My daughter prefers this place. They are friendly and professional. A big thank you to them for their honesty as well. They accidentally overcharged my daughter. I received a phone call shortly after leaving the appointment asking us to come back to retrieve the money owed to us. Its nice to know honest people still exist!

They do absolutely beautiful nails, and I like how they have the large screen tv going. The Tools seem like they are a little on the dirty side tho, hence the 4 stars.

First time coming to this salon. I came here because I was given HIGH reviews. When I called I asked for the 2 people that were highly recommended, they weren’t going to be available that day. So After telling the woman on the phone what I was looking for she told me to go with Stephanie. I get there, and the whole process was rushed. I can’t STAND when you come to a salon for service that is suppose to be a relaxing and soothing experience and you feel as if you are a burden to them. My nails are nubs. She cut them so far back, the massage was nothing. Just an up and motion and that was it. Even the drying process was rushed. She obviously had somewhere to go because she grabbed her drink and jacket and waited for a tip. I’m so bummed. I waited for months to get my feet done, and was very disappointed. I wish I had waited.

The staff were super friendly, the salon was clean, and the woman who did my nails (Jen Lee?) was so patient and really took the time to do a wonderful job. i had a full set done today and will most DEFINITELY be back in the future.i did not experience the push to only do pink and white as stated in the one negative review of this salon. i was given a tremendous palate color options, both solid colors and multicolor tips and the nail tech was very detailed in describing the process as well as the different prices.
