Rose is amazing. I let her know I was in a rush and she made sure I was seen and dealt with right away. She had so much patience with me because I couldn’t decide on a color. My gel nails still look great and it’s been about a week. She took care of my nails and was super kind. I appreciate the urgency of the staff and the welcoming vibe. Danny did a great job with my nail art. I was very impressed! The staff were friendly and accommodating.The shop only takes cash, but there is an ATM in the shop.But as great as the nail are was, I was a little concerned on my second visit with their cleanliness. Their tools were used on customer after customer without being soaked in any cleaning solutions. Occasionally they would put their tools in a sanitizing machine, but they did not leave them in there nearly long enough for them to be properly sanitized. At one point, I noticed there was only maybe a minute between the tools being put in sanitizer after being used on one customer, and then being used on me.The tables where they did the manicures were dirty from use on previous customers. It was pretty gross. It hadnt been wiped down in a while. Also, they knicked mine in my partners toes quite a few times, making us bleed. Im very sad by this as I had I hopes for my first visit.

My fave nail salon! I drive almost 30 minutes just to have my nails done here. They do such a great job with pedicures. The manicures are very clean and precise. I came in for a nail polish change and instead of the nail tech to just paint my nails, she filed my nails, buffed them, cleaned up my cuticles and was patient when I tried to choose my color. This is the only nail shop Ill go to in New York. They also have specials every now and then. The place is clean and comfortable. They use new tools on everyone. Out of all the times Ive been there, they were only late one time--this was when they first opened. Since then, theyve always been on time with my appointments. Be sure to make an appointment. I believe the accept walk-ins, but they are always busy, so try to call before you arrive.

Just went for the first time with my roommate and we had an amazing experience! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The technicians were all so talented and can recreate any nail look you want. Expect attention to detail in a relaxing environment!

Had to get a fill and a pedicure. The fill was fine. Normal. But the Pedicure was awesome. I got the Deluxe. The womans name was Rose. She was awesome! She did a great massage & did a french pedicure on my toes that is PERFECT 👌 I go here regularly and definitely recommend it to anyone who needs their nails to be perfect 🔥

Kathy the owner is my nail tech. Been with her for about 6 years, since she was working out of the shop on 161st Street. So proud of her for getting her own place. Shes the best! A perfectionist and never afraid to try something new. My whole family goes here. We love them!

This is my second time going with my friend and each time has been great! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They also have plexi glass up.

Love this place. They are professional, quick, and theres always plenty of techs working. Its a no frills, laid back type of place, and the workers seem happy and are always joking around with each other and the customers.

Best nail technician I’ve ever met !!!!! Him and his wife are very sweet both work very hard and with care, they love what they do and that’s why their work is great, even tho wait time can me a little frustrating if their are busy the wait is ALL worth it . I love them !!! Also the staff is very friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero effort into nails and bad quality.

Good service bit long wait

Was there from 12 until 1:30 just waiting! Timing is horrible super disorganized! Some of the workers take appointments some don’t super disorganized and is crowded there was way too many people in a tiny salon theres corona happening still. Made me sign in in a paper but it was still an hour wait or longer. This salon is ghetto. The nails were ok she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing honestly

Great find!! I would’ve said 4 stars, because the place is pretty somber inside and could use a little freshening up, but this fantastic manicure was $10 and this is how they (still) look a week later!!

Was a loyal customer until the level of service changed. I would book appointments because I have a really busy schedule, only to be told that I had to wait one to two hours. Went to Kathy, the owner, nails were pretty but gel polish came off to often. Went to her husband, who was great but consistently changed appointment times at time I arrived. Decided I could not pay for service, when I didn’t know what to expect. Looking for a new shop.

I was recommended this salon by a friend. I went there for dip powder & a gel pedicure consistently for 2 months. The wait is over an hour & they gave me a fungus on 4 nails and 1 of my big toenails in one visit.

First off, Ive never had bad work from them. Their nails always stay on super long for me, the little hello kitty charms they put on stay a while, they do the shape I want, theyre in touch with modern trends - their work is solid. I did have an issue with the salon that wasnt related to their work, but I spoke with them and they offered to have me come in and make it right. I did, and they handled the problem to my satisfaction, which is all I want as a customer (besides good work) - to be respected. The salon has a great girls club vibe, theyre very friendly and talkative, and the mood is generally upbeat there. They can get busy so its always better to call ahead, but they do take walk ins. Definitely one of the better salons in the New York.

The final product is okay but the location was not clean. The metal tools were steralized but the files were very clearly not. When painting the tech often got paint on my skin and used her nail to painfully scrape it off.

Horrible conception of timing. They are always canceling appointments last minute with no remorse. I’ve seen this happen to several customers and it’s very unprofessional. I had a 12:30pm appointment scheduled for the day after Christmas and after coming all the way uptown my appointment was switched to 3 o’clock then 6:30 PM to eventually being canceled and being told to come back the next day. Here we are the next day and I’m being told to come back Monday or Tuesday, yet I’m traveling for vacation (which I told the manicurist in advance!) It’s time to find a new salon. Way too unprofessional.

This salon has great nail service, an array of colors to choose from (including gel that actually matches regular polish), comfortable massage chairs, is very clean (without that harsh nail smell). Most importantly, their nail technicians are very thorough and work very hard at their jobs.

This is super close to my work. I love their quiet and laid back atmosphere....and how quick they are to always fit me in during my lunch break. They have great deals on mani and pedis and are super accommodatingI love their full service and am proud to be a regular here

I’m not Nigel (his mother). This USED to be a great nail salon when it was Sexy Nails and properly run. Last week I went in and the couldn’t even do art on my toe as advertised. When I insisted they did a horrifying job. What was suppose to be a relaxing treat for me ended up a nightmare. When I paid and reluctantly tipped (I shouldn’t have) I felt like I was ripped off as the prices went up. Omg and NO service. Unfortunately my Mom has a favorite nail salonist who knows she is ill and suggested I bring her on Tuesday. I did and he’s not there and the people were ultra RUDE and mean to us. NEVER again. My money goes else where. Millie I feel sorry for you. We always treated you nice and with respect. Que Pasa? Praying for your doul

Walked in to get gel nails with dip powder...the lady put acrylic on my nails when I said something the pregnant lady started yelling in another language! No where I have ever gone has put acrylic over powder STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A NIGHTMARE! ANOTGER LADY CAME FOR A FILL OF DIP PIWDER AND THE MAN THAT DID HER NAILS didnt even know it was powder

It is small, clean, there are not many staff but they are very hard-working and they keep the rules, they wear a mask, they have separations and they work very well, I really like how they work even though they are not very cheap, go and look at the prices and compare.
