I cannot get over how amazing my experience with the gentleman at the front desk was. he was so kind and polite, and genuine!!! i haven’t even had my nails done yet, but if they’re anything like the service so far i will definitely be coming back.
I had such a lovely experience at this salon. The name of this salon is more then just a name it’s a whole vibe. The decor is beautiful and everything is clean and new. I’ve had a few different technicians and they all were great. The last man I had (sorry forgot his name) he was funny and skilled with the dip manicure. The manager is a wonderful human. His name is Todd. He makes everyone feel so welcomed and accommodated. I always enjoy our conversations.
Super satisfied by their cleaness. As soon as we came in, we had our temperature taken and were asked to wash are hands right after. Made us feel safe. They were very attentive and kind. The nail technician took her time and did an excellent job. I hope to return.
I loved it here the host was very open and sociable it is very clean and the man doing my nails did an amazing job and left my nails shiny and looking exactly like the picture
Great customer service
I totally recommend this place! They are so kind and so great at what they do! 10 out of 10!
I’ve been coming here almost 8 years for eyelash extensions with Tina, and I have never been disappointed. She always does an excellent job and my lashes stay for weeks- hence why I have been such a long time client. Zen has always been a clean and relaxing environment. Todd is gracious will always make you feel welcome when you walk in.
This is the most Amazing Nail and Beauty Bar. I have been going here for years. I have tried other nail salons and there is no comparison. The entire staff is professional and extremely friendly. You really will never enjoy a more relaxing and comfortable place. I would give it 10 ⭐️S. Highly recommend Zen come try them out
I have been going to Zen since August of last year. Tina does my nails, I usually get a gel manicure. Sometimes I bring in pictures when I want nail art done. Tina does a fabulous job. I have gotten many compliments. Ashley does my pedicures. I find everyone there very nice and very friendly. I would recommend Zen to everyone. The place is very clean and I feel very comfortable there.
Best nail salon ever! Clean and comfortable and relaxing.
So relaxing and beautiful, this salon lives up to its name. The atmosphere is calming. All the technicians are excellent. Theres absolutely NO chemical smell at all. Its almost hard to believe this is a actually a nail salon. The perfect way to de-stress. Highly recommended!
Absolutely the best manicure and pedicure I have had! I chose the hot stone massage for both my feet and hands and they feel so good! You’re able to pick your aromas for the oils, scrubs and lotions. Smells so good. Lisa did an excellent job on my feet/legs with the hot stones and then polished my toes beautifully. Jimmy was so pleasant to converse with - I was disappointed when the manicure was over! My 10 year old daughter was attended to by Sunny, and her toes and fingers look beautifulm! I only wish we were staying longer than Monday morning! We might have to go back tomorrow :) The place is tranquil - tastefully decorated in earthly browns and greens and gorgeous piano music played in the background. We thoroughly enjoyed!
Got my nails done on Friday, Sunday two fell off, Monday another fell off. I called and he said to come back and fixed them and then tried to charge $15! I told him I would not be paying for nails that lasted barely 48 hours. Left and yesterday three fell off again!!! This placebos a joke! Don’t waste your money on this poor product.
One star off for price, paid $50 for a dip manicure- the top coat started chipping off the very next day. Very frustrating, especially with that price point. Dip manicures are supposed to last for at least 3-4 weeks, it’s not a good sign that mine were already deteriorating. Also, I’ve never experienced a dip manicure go under UV light?! I was told by my nail tech at another salon that I frequent, that dip polish cures without UV which is why it is a “healthier choice” than gel. Seems like taking a short cut and probably why they chipped so fast. One star off for quality/cleanliness- When you’re paying to get a luxury treatment you would expect to get what you pay for. There was no cuticle trimming, soaking of the fingers, or cuticle care in general, which I have never encountered. As for cleanliness/sanitation, the dip powder was not poured into a separate bowl, the nails were dipped right into the main container which is a no-no for sanitary purposes. Also, most high end nail salons I’ve been to make you wash your hands as well as their own before they even start the service.Stars were earned for the following;1 star for friendly service and hospitality. The host was very kind and personable and so were the nail technicians.Another star for the ambiance; it was definitely zen, as the name suggests. The other patrons were also very friendly. Most of them seemed like regulars which is usually a good sign because it shows they are satisfied with their results and service. And the third star was earned for the relaxing music, because what person doesn’t want to feel peaceful when they’re treating themself to something nice.Overall, this is definitely not a place I see myself returning to in the near future, mostly due to the price and quality. Salons in the surrounding areas use the same products OPI etc. so I’m not sure why they are charging so much. I don’t mind paying a luxurious price, as long as I get what I’m paying for.*NOTE* They give clients a card that gives $5 Off their next service if you leave them a 5 Star Review, might be why the reviews vary.
I saw great reviews and really wanted to like this place. I was impressed that they use an autoclave on their instruments. The tech I saw did not speak any English...so it was impossible to convey my wishes. She did a very sloppy job on the mani and pedi. Despite the fact that they sterilize their instruments, many other items in the shop are filthy. The bottles of lotions etc. all have mold around the top. Although the owner was very gracious and kind, I will not be returning.
I went in really went in wanting to like, it the owner was very kind and a perfect host. The problem wasnt with the hospitality it was with the product I was in there for about 3 hours for acrilic nails and a pedicure the acrylic nails are amazing however when it came to a pedicure the oils werent even warm for half of the massage the pedicure wasnt dry yet I had to leave causing it to smudge on the nails. The very next day they chipped. The quality of their nailpolish is extremely unsatisfactory. I sadly will not be going back.
Literally just left this place. Its pretty great 👌Starting from the beginning- walked in probably 15-20 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. Place looks super nice. Clean. Relaxing. Theres one of those waterfall glass wall things that makes a lovely sound and super relaxing music. The receptionist guy was real nice. Calling me by name and happy/smiling, which was really nice. And the lady doing my nails invited me back into the room to start, before my appointment time. She did my nails-almond shape, acrylic, full set with regular polish- and she asked me about how I liked them so far a couple times throughout the process. And she was open when discussing length/design options and the fees that would go along with them- which I really appreciated. We got done with my nails and she let me go pick my color. I took my time but she was patient and didnt seem to mind.Thing to be mindful of is they do cash tips, so I went to the convenience store two doors down to use the ATM. Not aa big deal, just something to remember for next time. She did great on the shape and length. Very nice lady. This is definitely going to be my to go nail place now :) Im excited that I found somewhere Im comfortable and confident in! Totally recommend it! 👌👍👌
Best servicen atmosphere. It really is Zen.
Im actually pretty surprised at how many great reviews there are. I went last week because of the great reviews, it was close by, and they had Dip powder/SNS. They were nice, but I was double booked and rushed the entire time. She was bouncing back and forth between me and another client! She didnt even cut my cuticles. It was sloppy, uneven, and started chipping off within a couple of days. Sitting at the nail bar was uncomfortable and the granite was freezing directly under my hands (it would have helped if she had even put down a paper towel or something)... and it was $50(!!!). I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel a bit scammed. I wont be going back. Im giving 2 stars and not one because it was clean and the aesthetic was nice.
Super clean, good prices, staff is very pleasant. My favorite nail salon. Highly recommended!
Very neat and clean. Ashley was professional and engaging.
Awesome place my kids and wife love it there and lulu is the best my kids go there just to see lulu. Super clean and professional!!
This place is awful worst pedicure. No massage chair. Not as described in menu or online for pedicure. Didnt last even a week. Dont waste your money.
Im giving this salon 3 stars because my experience wasnt terrible but, it also wasnt great.I had a 10 a.m. appointment for a pedicure. I live less than and half mile away so I decided to walk. I arrived at 10 on the dot and the salon was closed. Okay, whatever, I get it we are all human and things happen. I get a call at 10:02 stating that they are running late and are about to pull up any minute. Again, whatever..About a minute later two ladies arrive, one younger the other older, to open the salon; I followed them in. I was prepared to let them gather themselves before they began my service. Right away the younger of the two asks for my appointment information(with a slight attitude). I made an appointment for an ultimate pedicure, which includes a hot stone massage. A service which I did NOT recieve and was luckily not charged for.My pedicure went okay until more customers came in and the older of the two ladies was rushed to finish the job. After that everything else was rush, rush, rush. I was rushed to pay due to the fact that there was no receptionist and the younger girl said that she would too busy to check me out later. Again with annoyance in her tone.I thought it was just something about me until another customer was treated in a similar fashion. The facility was clean with a nice aroma and atmosphere but, I feel like the quality of service is slightly lacking.Needless to say I wont be returning. I do hope that any future customers will have a better experience than I.
Very rude to me because i removed the foils of my finger tips because it was burning after being on for over an hour.Have never and would never go back
This was was my first and last time going to Zen.My friend and I went recently for what we thought would be a good experience based on the amount of people waiting to get their nails done, fun music, complimentary water, and a handful of employees who spoke English very well. Unfortunately, our experience at Zen was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had.My friend and I both got a pedicure and a full acrylic set. The pedicures were average but I felt rushed as people were waiting. After my pedicure I was told to wait for someone else to do my nails. ( 15 minutes of waiting) I tried explaining to the women that I wanted my nails short- she was not listening and in such a rush to work on the next person that she couldnt take the time to do what I was asking. She was only doing one coat of polish before I spoke up and told her that it needs two (two coats are always applied). Long story short.. They look awful. The edges were not filed, paint was still tacky hours later not to mention the swollen and bleeding cuticles my friend had from the man doing her nails. It was clear that the employees at Zen are only focused on rushing through jobs to take as many people as possible. If they could be quick and do a great job that would be one thing.. But our nails have never looked worse and going to zen has by far been the biggest waste of money. When I was leaving, I went over to the girl who did my toes to give her a tip. She looked at me and said oh Im sorry but I didnt do your nails I said yes you did.. Went back and forth with her a couple of times before she realized she had done my nails because I reminded her she called the nail polished I picked out too gloomey. With all this being said I would think twice before going to Zen. What appeared to be a nice setting and great polish selection turned out to be a nightmare.
Love this place!!!I have been going to Zen since they opened and I would NEVER go anywhere else! The techs ALWAYS do a great job at accomodating their clients needs. Its always a very clean and peaceful enviroment! The service is well worth the dollars spent!
I love it there. Tracy is my favorite. Lulu is adorable too.
As a bride getting ready for her wedding, I had a very negative experience at Nail & Beauty Bar. I booked an evening appointment for me and a couple of my girl friends and was really looking forward to a fun night with them and maybe some wine or champagne. When I arrived, the front desk guy was accommodating and had great customer service, but my nail technician was the worst and no one offered us anything to drink or eat, even though I had told them in advance that it was for a bridal party. The nail technician we had was clearly mad that they were short staffed and she was responsible for doing all of our nails plus one or two other customers who were in that night, and she made her frustration known, publicly, by rolling her eyes and nasty side comments. When my friend mentioned that my wedding was in a few days, she didnt even look up from what she was doing. She didnt smile or even fake a congratulations. Nothing. I was so turned off by the whole experience and I didnt even like my final bridal nails, at all. I will never go back here.
Very nice and relaxing spa like nail salon.
It was a nice environment and I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. It smelled a little off mold lije something had gotten wet and the odor was still lingering but outside of that, it was great. A bit pricy for what Im used to paying in Atlanta for the same services, but things are just more expensive here. $90 for a mani and pedi seems like a lot but I was pleased.
A great pedicure experience, very sanitary and so relaxing.
Super professional. I took my 2 daughters there for a spa day they got a manicure and a pedicure. And loved it there. Super friendly staff and i felt so welcomed there i got a pedicure my self .. shhhh dont tell my wife. Great customer service and wasnt expensive at all. The best part of the experience was LULU go there and see for your self. I love this place be back and will tell all my friends.Leo Getz
I went to zen last week and there was some problems with how my nails came out and the time I was there but they made me an apointment today and redid them all over for me and they came out great.
Took my cousin and a few girls here for her bachelorette day. Everyone loved it. They opened only for us for a few hours as part of the party reservation we had .....Allowed us to bring beverages, and since there were only a handful of us, allowed some little snacks too. They were so nice. Didnt feel rushed....called us to confirm. Were very organized. We each had to make sure we individually called to say what we wanted so they could have the right/ enough people to get done what was asked. It also helps thats is open and relaxing and calming. The acrylics are done in a seperate room so the fumes dont bother other people...and the waxing was good too. Very neat clean friendly accomodating. Cant say enough. Would go back if i needed to. (Never get nails done, but if I did...I would trek back there for sure!). Thaanks
Worst pedicure ever and took two and a half hours!
It was very relaxing
Always serene and peaceful, with great staff
So relaxing, great service, and great employees
